Abstract
Beschrieben wird ein Plasmawerkzeug für die Erzeugung eines kalten Plasmastrahls (10). Das Plasmawerkzeug zeichnet sich dadurch aus, dass es eine Plasmadüse, insbesondere eine Plasmadüse, die für Betrieb von Hand dimensioniert ist, aufweist, wobei mindestens die Spule (6) des Anpassungsnetzwerks in die Plasmadüse integriert ist, für Betrieb mit einem Hochfrequenz-Generator zusätzlich der Kondensator C2, während dem der Kondensator C1 im Generator selbst oder in dessen Nähe angeordnet sein kann.
