- the vortex circulation type incineration device is friendly to atmospheric environment as the air pollution substances contained in the exhaust gas can be almost removed by recirculating the exhaust gas generated in the first incinerator through the second burning chamber and the air- circulating/dust-collecting chamber; environmental pollution can be prevented by re- striding discharged incomplete combustion gas; a caloric volume is increased by collecting residual heat of the recirculated exhaust gas and thus quickly drying wastes and an oxygen enrichment ratio is increased by mixing the recirculated gas with high pure oxygen and applying the mixed gas to burning, whereby quick and complete combustion of the wastes by burning at high temperature is accomplished and great economic benefit can be realized through maximizing of an efficiency of energy transformation due to increased temperature; furthermore, because the recirculated exhaust gas is applied to the burning, an operating cost can be reduced as an amount of chemicals which are used for removing the toxic gases can be reduced, and a cost for installation is inexpensive as the device according to the present invention is constructed with a relatively simple structure.

- the vortex circulation type incineration device constructed as described above is able to reduce generation of air pollution and thus is environment friendly because the exhaust gas generated during incineration of wastes in the first incinerator is recirculated so that air polluting substances contained in the exhaust gas is removed by almost more than 90 to 95%.
- Exhaust gas generated as the wastes are burned, contains a variety of air pollution substances and the exhaust gas is flowed through the exhaust pipe Pl into the second burning chamber 20 connected to the first incinerator 10 by the exhaust pipe Pl at an upper end of the first incinerator 10.

Abstract
L'invention concerne un dispositif d'incinération du type à circulation en vortex, qui comprend: un premier incinérateur muni en son extrémité supérieure d'une ouverture d'évacuation des déchets, en son extrémité inférieure d'une partie d'élimination des cendres et, sur un côté inférieur, d'un brûleur de chauffage; une seconde chambre de combustion dans laquelle sont installés une plaque perforée conique percée d'une pluralité de trous de ventilation et au moins un brûleur d'allumage, laquelle chambre est reliée au premier incinérateur par une conduite d'échappement située en son extrémité supérieure; une chambre de circulation d'air et de collecte de poussières reliée à la seconde chambre de combustion par une conduite de raccordement, chambre qui comprend, à une extrémité supérieure, une entrée d'écoulement d'air à travers laquelle pénètre l'air extérieur, et à une extrémité supérieure interne, un panneau perforé percé d'une pluralité de trous d'écoulement; et une conduite de circulation reliée d'un côté à une extrémité inférieure de la chambre de circulation d'air et de collecte de poussières et de l'autre côté, à un côté inférieur du premier incinérateur. L'invention permet d'éliminer diverses substances toxiques contenues dans les gaz d'échappement et de prévenir la pollution de l'air en un processus répété, les gaz d'échappement produits dans le premier incinérateur étant instantanément comprimés pour exploser ensuite dans la seconde chambre de combustion, et être mis en circulation en vortex par la plaque perforée conique.
