定时器 T3 记录两次刷牙之间允许的间隔时间。 当完成一次有效的 刷牙过程后, 定时器 T3 复位, 并重新开始计时。 如果在设定的第三预 定时间内, 没有发生有效的刷牙过程, 则 T3输出计时到达信号, 03变 为高电平, 并通过图 1中所示的声 /光显示装置 3输出告警信号, 提醒用 户刷牙。 在该实施例中采用的技术术语 "高电平"、 "低电平" 等是相对的, 目的是为了更直观地解释本发明的技术方案。 在了解其计数内容的基础 上, 本领域的技术人员容易理解, 这些 "高电平"、 "低电平" 分别也可 以采用相反极性的信号来代替, 而并没有脱离本发明的实质和宗旨。
图 3示出根据本发明另一个实施例的刷牙监测和提醒系统。 包括检 测装置 Dl、 计数器 Cl、 C2、 C3、 定时器 Tl、 Τ3, 以及与门 Α2、 A3。 其中与门 Α2和计数器 C2结合, 对时钟脉冲 CLK进行计数, 实^上构 成一个定时器。 其中与门 A3和计数器 C3结合, 对时钟脉沖 CLK进行 计数, 实质上也构成一个定时器。
在该实施例中, 判断刷牙动作有效和无效的过程与图 2所示实施例 完全相同, 在此不再赘述。
当刷牙动作有效, 即 01输出为高电平时, 与门 Α2打开, 时钟脉冲 CLK通过与门 Α2输入计数器 C2的计数输入端, C2开始对时钟脉冲计 数。
当刷牙动作无效, 即 01输出为低电平时, 与门 Α2关闭, C2停止 计数; 同时与门 A3打开, 时钟脉冲 CLK通过与门 A3输入计数器 C3 的输入端, C3开始对时钟脉冲计数。
C3 的计数上限设定为与一次刷牙过程中允许停顿的最长时间对应 的时钟脉冲个数。 当 Ol 为无效的持续时间超过该允许停顿的最长时间 时, C3将输出计时到达信号, 将 C2复位, 04变为高电平, 表示刷牙过 程失败, 需要重新开始。
如果在整个刷牙过程中, 没有发生停顿超过允许停顿的最长时间的 事件, 则计数器 C2 的将达到与一次刷牙过程所需最短时间对应的计数 值, 02输出为高电平, 表示刷牙过程有效, 提醒用户可以停止刷牙了。
同时, 定时器 Τ3 被复位, 并开始下一次计时。 如果在设定的时间 内, 例如 8小时, 没有再次发生有效的刷牙过程, 则 03将变为高电平, 提醒用户刷牙。 这一过程与图 2所示实施例完全相同。
以上通过具体的实施例对本发明的技术方案进行了阐述。 但是本领 域的技术人员容易理解, 本发明不限于这里所讨论的具体实施方式, 而 是可以在不脱离本发明的实质和宗旨的情况下, 对其进行各种修改和变 化, 这样的变化和修改将都落入本发明的保护范围。
例如, 在阅读上述实施例的基础上, 本领域的普通技术人员容易理 解, 本发明也可以应用于电动牙刷。 在此情况下, 一旦电动牙刷的驱动 装置动作, 即可判断刷牙动作有效, 然后以与上述类似的方式进行判断, 也可以达到本发明监测用户的刷牙状况, 提醒用户适时刷牙, 帮助用户 养成良好刷牙习惯的目的。
此外, 本发明的上述技术方案既可以通过软件的方式实现, 也可以 通过硬件的方式实现, 或者通过硬件和软件相结合的方式实现。 无论采 用那种方式实现, 都将落入由权利要求所限定的范围。
由于本发明创造性地提出对刷牙动作有效和无效的判断, 并且采用 一种非常筒单的方式来实现这种判断, 使得检测刷牙动作所要求的传感 器非常简单, 从而大大降低了牙刷的制造成本。
同时, 由于在对刷牙动作的统计中, 剔除了实际没有刷牙的动作, 而仅仅统计实际有效的刷牙动作,从而使得对刷牙过程的评判更加准确。

Claims

权 利 要 求
1. 一种牙刷, 包括:
检测装置, 用于检测牙刷的运动;
第一判别装置, 用于根据所述检测装置的输出信号来判别刷牙动作有效 或无效。
2. 如权利要求 1所述的牙刷, 其中如果在第一预定时间内所述检测装置 连续没有检测到牙刷运动, 则所述第一判别装置判断刷牙动作无效; 否 则, 所述第一判别装置判断刷牙动作有效。
3. 如权利要求 2所述的牙刷, 其中所述检测装置选自下列器件组: 滚珠 倾斜开关、 水银开关、 干簧管与磁铁结合的开关、 加速度传感器。
4. 如权利要求 2所述的牙刷, 其中
当牙刷运动时, 所述检测装置输出连续的脉冲; 并且
所述第一判别装置包含第一脉冲计数器, 用于对所述脉冲进行计数; 当所述第一预定时间内所述第一脉冲计数器记录的脉冲少于第一预定个 数时, 判断该第一预定时间内刷牙动作无效; 否则, 判断刷牙动作有效。
5. 如权利要求 1所述的牙刷, 进一步包括第二判别装置, 用于 4 据所述 第一判别装置的判别结果, 判断刷牙过程的有效或无效。

当牙刷运动时, 所述检测装置输出连续的脉冲; 并且
所述第二判别装置包含第二脉冲计数器, 当所述第一判别装置判断刷牙 动作有效时, 对所述脉冲进行计数;
如果在第二预定时间内所述第二脉冲计数器记录的脉冲个数少于第二预 定个数, 则判断刷牙过程无效; 否则, 当所述第二脉冲计数器计数达到第三预定个数时, 判断刷牙过程 有效。
7. 根据权利要求 5的牙刷, 进一步包括:
第一计时器, 当所述第一判别装置判断刷牙动作有效时, 进行计时, 否 则, 停止计时; 以及
第二计时器, 当所述第一判别装置判断刷牙动作有效时,该计时器复位, 当所述第一判别装置判断刷牙动作无效时, 进行计时;
其中当第二计时器计时达到第三预定时间时, 第一计时器复位, 并且判 断刷牙过程无效;
当第一计时器计时达到第二预定时间时, 判断刷牙过程有效。
8. 如权利要求 5所述的牙刷, 进一步包括第三判别装置, 用于判断在第 三预定时间内是否发生了有效刷牙过程。
9. 如权利要求 1、 5或 8所述的牙刷, 进一步包括输出装置, 用于输出 所述第一判别装置、 第二判别装置、 以及第三判别装置的判断结果, 其 中当第三判别装置判断在所述第三预定时间内没有发生有效刷牙过程 时, 所述输出装置输出提醒刷牙的信号。
10. 一种刷牙监测和提醒方法, 包括:
判断刷牙动作的有效或无效;
如果有效, 则对有效的刷牙动作进行计时;
当该计时达到第一预定时间长度时, 指示刷牙过程完成。
11. 如权利要求 10所述的方法, 进一步包括:
如果无效, 则对无效的刷牙动作进行计时;
当该计时达到第二预定时间长度时, 指示刷牙过程失败; 以及
一旦判断刷牙动作有效, 则对无效刷牙动作的计时复位。
12. 如权利要求 10或 11所述的方法, 进一步包括: 如果在第三预定时间内没有发生刷牙过程, 则发出提示刷牙的信号。
