Abstract

L'invention concerne un dispositif opto-électronique comportant une cathode présentant au moins un métal à valence zéro; une anode; et un matériau organique à activité opto-électronique, ladite cathode se trouvant en contact avec au moins un sel d'ammonium organique. Dans certains modes de réalisation, le sel d'ammonium organique présente la structure (I) dans laquelle R1-R4 sont indépendamment, à chaque occurrence, un radial C1-C20 aliphatique, un radical C3-C20 cycloaliphatique ou un radical C3-C20 aromatique, et X- est choisi dans le groupe composé d'anions inorganiques monovalents, d'anions organiques monovalents, d'anions inorganiques polyvalents, d'anions organiques polyvalents et de mélanges de ceux-ci.
