Se consigue que la base se adapte a la posición del respaldo del asiento infantil, o viceversa, evitándose así que la inclinación del respaldo no sea la adecuada en función del peso del niño.

Description

BASE PARA UN ASIENTO INFANTIL DE SEGURIDAD PARA AUTOMÓVILES
La presente invención se refiere a una base para un asiento infantil de seguridad para automóviles .
ANTECEDENTES DE LA INVENCIÓN
Es obligatorio que los niños viajen en los automóviles en asientos infantiles de seguridad especialmente diseñados para ello.
Estos asientos infantiles están agrupados en diferentes grupos, dependiendo del peso del niño que las ha de utilizar. Algunos de los asientos para niños recién nacidos y hasta 9 kilogramos de peso (Grupo 0) también puede utilizarse en los cochecitos convencionales, de manera que tienen un doble uso: para pasear al niño y para utilizarlas en el automóvil como asiento de seguridad.
Estos asientos de seguridad pueden colocarse en el asiento delantero o trasero y se sujetan al asiento del automóvil mediante el cinturón de seguridad del vehículo o mediante unos ganchos, conocidos con el nombre de Isofix.
Cuando la sujeción se realiza con el cinturón de seguridad del vehículo, ésta se realiza pasando el cinturón de seguridad por debajo del asiento y sobre la parte superior del respaldo. Para conseguir que el cinturón de seguridad quede sujeto en esta posición se ha de pasar por unas ranuras laterales previstas en la parte inferior del asiento y por una ranura prevista en la parte superior del respaldo.
Se ha comprobado en la práctica que la colocación del cinturón de seguridad en las ranuras laterales de la parte inferior del asiento es incómodo, e incluso puede ser complicado si el adulto que coloca el cinturón de seguridad no es experimentado. Para solucionar estos inconvenientes se ideó el sistema de sujeción descrito en la patente ES200200603, del mismo titular que la presente solicitud.
Este documento describe una base que se sujeta mediante el cinturón de seguridad del automóvil, sobre la que se fija de manera amovible el asiento infantil.
Por otro lado, se conocen asientos infantiles de seguridad con su respaldo reclinable entre diferentes posiciones, dependiendo de la edad del niño que viaja en el mismo. Aunque cumplen con todos los requerimientos de seguridad, el respaldo de estos asientos no se apoya sobre la base, ya que dicha base es fija, es decir, no dispone de ningún elemento que se adapte a la posición variable de dicho respaldo.
DESCRIPCIÓN DE LA INVENCIÓN
Con la base de la invención se consiguen resolver los inconvenientes citados, presentando otras ventajas que se describirán.
La base para un asiento infantil de seguridad para automóviles de la presente invención comprende dicha base medios de fijación amovible del asiento infantil a la misma y dicho asiento infantil comprende un respaldo de inclinación regulable, y se caracteriza por el hecho de que dicha base comprende medios de apoyo regulables de dicho respaldo.
Ventajosamente, dichos medios de apoyo regulables comprenden un soporte regulable verticalmente. Además, dicho soporte comprende en su parte superior un alojamiento para un elemento previsto en el respaldo del asiento infantil.
Ventajosamente, dicho soporte está inclinado, pudiéndose regular, si se desea, dicha inclinación. Preferentemente, el respaldo del asiento infantil comprende una varilla que puede colocarse en una pluralidad de posiciones.
Según una primera realización, dicho elemento que se introduce en el alojamiento es dicha varilla prevista en el respaldo del asiento infantil.
Según una segunda realización dicho alojamiento tiene forma tubular, y dicho elemento es un saliente que se introduce en dicho alojamiento de forma tubular. Dicho saliente es solidario a dicha varilla prevista en el respaldo de dicho asiento infantil.
Con la base de la presente invención se consigue que la base se adapte a la posición del respaldo del asiento infantil, o viceversa, evitándose asi que la inclinación del respaldo no sea la adecuada en función del peso del niño.
BREVE DESCRIPCIÓN DE LOS DIBUJOS
Para mejor comprensión de cuanto se ha expuesto se acompañan unos dibujos en los que, esquemáticamente y tan sólo a titulo de ejemplo no limitativo, se representa un caso práctico de realización.
La figura 1 es una vista en perspectiva de la base de la presente invención, según una primera realización;
Las figuras 2 y 3 son vistas en perspectiva del asiento infantil colocado en la base según dicha primera realización, estando el soporte de la base en dos posiciones diferentes, asi como la varilla prevista en el respaldo del asiento infantil;
Las figuras 4 y 5 son vistas en perspectiva de la base con el asiento infantil colocado en posición, según una segunda realización, antes del acoplamiento entre el soporte y el vastago previsto en la varilla; y Las figuras 6 a 8 son vistas en perspectiva de la base de la presente invención según dicha segunda realización, estando el soporte colocado en tres posiciones diferentes .
DESCRIPCIÓN DE UNA REALIZACIÓN PREFERIDA
La base de la presente invención, identificada en general mediante la referencia numérica 1 y representada en la figura 1, que comprende un soporte 2 desplazable verticalmente.
La base 1 también comprende medios para la fijación amovible del asiento infantil y medios de sujeción del cinturón de seguridad 6. Aunque no se han representado, la base 1 también puede comprender el sistema de sujeción conocido como Isofix, formado por unos ganchos que se fijan a unas barras previstas en el asiento del automóvil.
Por ejemplo, los medios de fijación amovible pueden estar formados por unos ganchos 7. Debe entenderse, sin embargo, que estos medios de fijación amovible y de sujeción pueden ser cualesquiera, pudiendo ser fácilmente deducibles por cualquier técnico en la materia. Además, dichos medios no se describen ni se representan en detalle porque no forman parte de la presente invención.
Dicho soporte 2, que está ligeramente inclinado tal como puede verse en la figura 1, y cuya inclinación se puede regular si se desea, es desplazable verticalmente, y comprende en su parte superior un alojamiento 3 para una varilla 4 prevista en la parte trasera del respaldo 5 del asiento infantil. Dicho asiento infantil comprende un respaldo 5 articulado, cuya inclinación puede regularse entre una pluralidad de posiciones. Este asiento infantil puede utilizarse en el automóvil como asiento de seguridad pero también puede utilizarse en un cochecito o incluso como hamaca. Dependiendo de la edad del niño, el respaldo puede colocarse más o menos inclinado cuando va en el cochecito o cuando se utiliza como hamaca, sin embargo, cuando se utiliza en un automóvil, la inclinación depende exclusivamente del peso y de la edad del niño que la utiliza.
Dicha varilla 4 puede colocarse en una pluralidad de posiciones, dos de las cuales se han representado en las figuras 2 y 3. Aunque en las figuras se ha representado esta varilla 4 alojada en unos orificios, es evidente que la regulación de la posición de dicha varilla 4 puede realizarse de cualquier manera adecuada.
Para una correcta utilización del sistema de sujeción de la presente invención, el soporte 2 se ha de colocar en su posición correcta, que dependerá del peso del niño que utilice el asiento infantil. Para ello, está previsto que dicho soporte incluya una serie de indicaciones para las diferentes posibles posiciones del mismo.
En correspondencia, el respaldo se ha de colocar también en su posición adecuada dependiendo del peso del niño que lo utilice.
Cuando se acopla el asiento infantil sobre la base 1, la varilla 4 ha de alojarse en el alojamiento 3 previsto en su parte superior. Si esto no se produce, significa que la posición del respaldo del asiento o de dicho soporte es incorrecta. De esta manera, se elimina la posibilidad de un mal uso del asiento infantil en un automóvil debido a la incorrecta posición del respaldo.
En las figuras 4 a 8 se ha representado una segunda realización de la base 1 de la presente invención. El funcionamiento de esta base 1 está prácticamente igual que la realización descrita anteriormente.
En esta segunda realización se utilizan las mismas referencias numéricas para los elementos iguales o equivalentes a la realización anterior. La principal diferencia entre ambas realizaciones es que en esta segunda realización el alojamiento 3 tiene una forma tubular, en cuyo interior se aloja un saliente 8 previsto en la varilla 4 colocada en el respaldo 5 del asiento infantil.
También en este caso la varilla 4 puede colocarse en varias posiciones en el respaldo, en función del peso del niño que utiliza el asiento.
Tal como se puede apreciar en las figuras 4 y 5, para una correcta utilización del asiento infantil en el automóvil es necesario que el alojamiento tubular 3 y el saliente 8 de la varilla 4 estén alineados para permitir que el saliente 8 se introduzca en el alojamiento 3 (figura 5) . En el caso de que no esté alineados (figura 4) el saliente 8 no podrán alojarse en el interior de dicho alojamiento 3, impidiendo la utilización del asiento, ya que la persona que monte en asiento en la base 1 apreciará fácilmente que hay un error en la colocación del soporte 2 o de la varilla 4, pudiendo consultar las instrucciones para determinar cuál de estos elementos está en una posición incorrecta en función del peso del niño que ocupará el asiento.
En las figuras 6 a 8 puede apreciarse que el alojamiento 3 es desplazable a lo largo del soporte 2, de manera que puede aportar diferentes posiciones. Estas posiciones determinan el grado de inclinación del respaldo, tal como puede apreciarse en las figuras.
A pesar de que se ha hecho referencia a una realización concreta de la invención, es evidente para un experto en la materia que la base descrita es susceptible de numerosas variaciones y modificaciones, y que todos los detalles mencionados pueden ser substituidos por otros técnicamente equivalentes, sin apartarse del ámbito de protección definido por las reivindicaciones adjuntas.

R E I V I N D I C A C I O N E S
1. Base (1) para un asiento infantil de seguridad para automóviles, que comprende dicha base (1) medios de fijación amovible del asiento infantil a la misma y dicho asiento infantil comprende un respaldo (5) de inclinación regulable, caracterizada por el hecho de que dicha base (1) comprende medios de apoyo regulables
(2) de dicho respaldo (5) .
2. Base según la reivindicación 1, caracterizada por el hecho de que dichos medios de apoyo regulables comprenden un soporte (2) regulable verticalmente.
3. Base según la reivindicación 2, caracterizada por el hecho de que dicho soporte (2) comprende en su parte superior un alojamiento (3) para un elemento (4; 8) previsto en el respaldo (5) del asiento infantil.
4. Base según la reivindicación 2, caracterizada por el hecho de que dicho soporte (3) está inclinado.
5. Base según la reivindicación 3, caracterizada por el hecho de que el respaldo (5) del asiento infantil comprende una varilla (4) que puede colocarse en una pluralidad de posiciones.
6. Base según las reivindicaciones 3 y 5, caracterizado por el hecho de que dicho elemento que se introduce en el alojamiento (3) es dicha varilla (4) prevista en el respaldo (5) del asiento infantil.
7. Base según la reivindicación 3, caracterizada por el hecho de que dicho alojamiento (3) tiene forma tubular.
8. Base según las reivindicaciones 3 y 7, caracterizada por el hecho de que dicho elemento es un saliente (8) que se introduce en dicho alojamiento (3) de forma tubular .
9. Base según la reivindicación 8, caracterizada por el hecho de que dicho saliente (8) es solidario a dicha varilla (4) prevista en el respaldo (5) de dicho asiento infantil.
10. Base según la reivindicación 4, caracterizada por el hecho de que la inclinación del soporte (2) es regulable.
