Abstract

Ledit moule comprend : un ensemble moule d'injection et un ensemble moule de soufflage. L'ensemble moule d'injection comprend une matrice mobile (4) et une matrice fixe (5) placées verticalement du haut vers le bas. La matrice mobile (4) peut se déplacer verticalement, commandée par un moteur d'entraînement. La matrice fixe (5) possède au moins une rangée d'ouvertures d'injection (9), et la matrice mobile (4) possède au moins une rangée de noyaux (1) dotés d'ouvertures de soufflage correspondant aux ouvertures d'injection (9) de la matrice fixe (5). L'ensemble moule de soufflage comprend deux plaques de moulage (10) situées de part et d'autre du noyau (1). L'une ou l'autre des deux plaques de moulage (10) possède au moins une rangée d'ouvertures de produit fini (101) correspondant au noyau (1). Le déplacement horizontal des deux plaques de moulage (10) est commandé par un autre moteur d'entraînement.
