  • the invention is devised in manner such that in stead of employing traditional method of scooping up animal waste, such of a dog or cat waste, the new said invention device uses the combination methods of picking up, grabbing and scooping actions, such actions are done from the jaws of the device which is controlled by the user's hand or fingers, which are worn or strapped to the device, to collect waste into a slipped over bag supported by device container, the slipped over bag may be slipped back in reversed direction after the waste is collected inside the container, the jaws can be then closed and locked so that the bag can be tied up to protect and secure waste inside bag, and the waste is ready for disposal hygienically and securely.

Abstract

L'invention concerne un dispositif portable de collecte de déjection animale comprenant deux boites rectangulaires (1 et 2 de la figure 1, ou figures 22, 24) se rejoignant à une extrémité, et s'ouvrant à l'autre extrémité où elles forment les deux mâchoires (3 et 4 de la figure 1); deux lanières (8 de figure 2) ou poignées (56 de figures 23, 24) fixées au corps du dispositif frâce auxquelles un utilisateur peut complètement et pleinement commander avec les doigts afin de fermer et/ou d'ouvrir le dispositif pour ramasser une déjection animale avec les actions de saisie et d'écopage de la déjection. Deux paires de verrous (5 de la figure 1) sur les côtés droit et gauche sont utilisées pour verrouiller les mâchoires afin d'aider l'utilisateur à nouer le sac facilement, et/ou à garder de manière sûre la déjection dans le dispositif de manière à ce que la déjection puisse être jetée plus tard. Le dispositif de collecte de déjection animale peut aisément être fixé (24, 25, 26 des figures 12 et 13) à un bras extensible (30 et 31 de la figure 14) pour que l'utilisateur n'ait pas besoin de se pencher trop bas pour collecter la déjection animale. Le dispositif peut encore être plié à plat et réduit à une taille plus petite (23 de la figure 10, 11) pour faciliter le stockage et le transport.
