Abstract

La invención tiene por objeto, como indica su enunciado un soporte para códigos secretos cuyo soporte, posee una lámina de plástico transparente afectada por una línea perimetral de troquelado o corte discontinuo que define en la misma una amplia tarjeta central y un marco perimetral, con la particularidad que dicho marco perimetral está fijado a una lámina base con un adhesivo que denote cualquier manipulación mientras que la tarjeta, resulta fácilmente desprendible mediante rasgado por la línea perimetral troquelada, para poder detectar la información de que es portadora cuando se separa de la lámina base.

OBJETO DE LA INVENCIÓN
La presente invención se refiere a un soporte que ha sido especialmente concebido para almacenar un código secreto, como por ejemplo el PIN de un teléfono, el número personal de una tarjeta de crédito, etc, asegurando al usuario del mismo, en el momento de su recepción, que la información secreta contenido en dicho soporte se ha mantenido inaccesible.
El objeto de la invención es conseguir un soporte que además de cumplir de forma plenamente satisfactoria la función básica anteriormente citada, permita que la impresión del código se realice por sistemas láser y que la lectura del código, por parte del destinatario del mismo, pueda realizarse en condiciones óptimas.
ANTECEDENTES DE LA INVENCIÓN
Existen múltiples soluciones para almacenar un código secreto, siempre y cuando éste sea impreso por medios convencionales. No sucede lo mismo cuando se pretende una impresión láser, donde el número de soluciones es mucho más reducido.
Una de tales soluciones consiste en utilizar dos láminas superpuestas, una lámina base, de cualquier tipo de papel adecuado, y una lámina superior, de naturaleza plástica y transparente, que es la portadora del código secreto, mientras que la lámina base presenta un fondo de camuflaje para dicho código, que hace que éste último resulte invisible en tanto no se produce la separación entre ambas láminas.
Esta solución trae consigo una problemática que se centra fundamentalmente en los siguientes aspectos:
- Para que el código secreto no resulte directamente legible su impresión tiene que ser muy tenue, lo que dificulta su visualización una vez que ha sido desprendido de la lámina base.
- Para que ante una supuesta violación del soporte quede constancia del hecho, entre ambas láminas se aplica un adhesivo de características especiales que hace que cuando se fija nuevamente la lámina plástica a la lámina base el fondo adopte un tono blanquecino que evidencia la manipulación, lo que encarece sustancialmente la fabricación del producto.
DESCRIPCIÓN DE LA INVENCIÓN
El soporte para códigos secretos que la invención propone, perteneciendo al grupo de los últimamente citados, es decir al grupo de aquellos que permiten la impresión del código por sistema láser sobre la cara frontal o exterior del mismo, resuelve de manera plenamente satisfactoria la problemática anteriormente expuesta, en los dos aspectos comentados, asegurando una visualización perfectamente nítida y en óptimas condiciones del código secreto de que es portador, asegurando además la evidenciación de cualquier manipulación indebida sobre el mismo, y todo ello sin necesidad de utilizar adhesivos especiales que encarezcan el producto.
Para ello y de forma más concreta el soporte que se preconiza está constituido a partir de una lámina base, que puede ser de papel, de plástico u otro material apropiado, sobre la que se fija frontalmente una lámina de plástico transparente, que como acaba de decirse es portadora en su cara frontal del código secreto grabado mediante impresión láser o chorro de tinta (ink-jet), con la particularidad de que dicha lámina de plástico transparente está dotada de un troquelado perimetral que define un marco fijo inamoviblemente a la lámina base por ejemplo mediante un adhesivo que denote el desacoplamiento, y una tarjeta central, que es la que incorpora el código, y que para poder desprenderse del marco, a través de una lengüeta operativamente establecida al efecto, debe desgarrarse con respecto a dicho marco, lo que evidencia la maniobra en cuestión.
Esta tarjeta puede estar unida al resto del soporte simplemente a través de la citada línea perimetral de troquelado, o bien puede estar asistida por una capa de adhesivo que permita un fácil desprendimiento de la misma.
En cualquier caso y de acuerdo con una característica esencial de la invención, el código vendrá materializado en impresiones láser o de chorro de tinta (ink-jet) del mismo color intenso que el fondo definido por la lámina base, de manera que dicho código resulte perfectamente visible cuando se produce el desacoplamiento de la tarjeta. Sin embargo y para que no exista posibilidad alguna de detección de dicho código cuando el soporte está intacto, se ha previsto que la citada tarjeta cuente con líneas de plegado, de manera que el código está desestructurado, es decir fragmentado en porciones que con la tarjeta extendida son absolutamente indescifrables, pero que cuando la tarjeta se pliega sobre sí misma a través de las citadas líneas de plegado, se combinan para mostrar claramente el citado código.
Se consigue de ésta manera, de acuerdo con el objetivo de la invención, un soporte seguro y eficaz, con unas óptimas prestaciones.
DESCRIPCIÓN DE LOS DIBUJOS
Para complementar la descripción que se está realizando y con objeto de ayudar a una mejor comprensión de las características del invento, de acuerdo con un ejemplo preferente de realización práctica del mismo, se acompaña como parte integrante de dicha descripción, un juego de dibujos en donde con carácter ilustrativo y no limitativo, se ha representado lo siguiente:
La figura 1.- Muestra, según una representación esquemática en planta, un soporte para códigos secretos realizado de acuerdo con el objeto de la presente invención.
La figura 2.- Muestra un perfil en sección longitudinal del soporte de la figura anterior.
La figura 3.- Muestra una sección similar a la de la figura 2 en fase de independización de la tarjeta portadora del código. La figura 4.- Muestra, finalmente y según una vista en perspectiva, la tarjeta de la figura anterior debidamente plegada sobre sí misma para poder acceder al código de que es portadora.
REALIZACIÓN PREFERENTE DE LA INVENCIÓN
A la vista de las figuras reseñadas puede observarse como el soporte que la invención propone está constituido a partir de una lámina base (1), que puede tener la configuración rectangular de las figuras o cualquiera otra que se estime conveniente, y que puede ser de papel, cartulina, plástico u otro material apropiado, con un fondo intenso sobre su cara interna (2) para ocultar o camuflar la clave o código (3), de la que se hablará más adelante.
Sobre ésta lámina base (1) se establece una lámina de plástico transparente (4), formal y dimensionalmente coincidente con aquella, lámina transparente en la que se define un núcleo o tarjeta que se corresponde con la propia referencia (4) y que la afecta mayoritariamente, y un marco perimetral (5), de manera que mientras dicho marco (5) está unido de forma inamovible a la lámina base (1) con la colaboración de un adhesivo (6) de características apropiadas, que evidencie un posible desacoplamiento e impida una nueva fijación entre ambas láminas, la tarjeta central (4) puede incluso carecer de adhesivo de fijación, o estar fijada a la lámina base (1) con un adhesivo (7) de fácil desprendimiento, por cuanto que la fijación para dicha tarjeta (4) viene determinada por la línea troquelada o de precorte (8) que la relaciona con el marco (5), de manera que la única manera de desmontar la tarjeta (4) del marco (5) es rasgando dicha línea troquelada (8). De acuerdo con un ejemplo de realización práctica en el que el fondo (2) de la lámina base (1) sea de color negro, el código (3) también será de color negro, y se materializará en minúsculos motivos desestructuradamente repartidos por la tarjeta (4) que tras la independización de la misma siguen ocultando la clave, incorporando la tarjeta (4) líneas de plegado (9), como las dos representadas en la figura 1, que permiten el plegado de la tarjeta sobre sí mismo, tal como muestra la figura 4, plegado en el que los diferentes motivos unitarios (3) constitutivos del la clave desestructurada se estructuran para dar lugar a una clave perfectamente legible (3') a la que sólo se accede mediante independización por rasgado de la tarjeta (4) y posterior plegado de la misma.
Para favorecer la maniobra de desprendimiento de la tarjeta
(4) con respecto a la lámina base (1), aquella incorpora una lengüeta (10) que facilita a su vez el agarre manual de dicha tarjeta.

Ia.- Soporte para códigos secretos, del tipo de los constituidos mediante la combinación funcional de una lámina base, opaca, y una lámina transparente fijada a la anterior, de manera que sobre la lámina base se establece un fondo visible a través de la lámina transparente que oculta la clave impresa mediante láser o chorro de tinta (ink-jet) sobre dicha lámina transparente, caracterizado porque la lámina de plástico transparente está afectada por una línea perimetral de troquelado o corte discontinuo que define en la misma una amplia tarjeta central y un marco perimetral, con la particularidad de que dicho marco perimetral está fijado inamoviblemente a la lámina base con un adhesivo que denote cualquier manipulación tendente a la independización entre ambos elementos, o el marco está afectado por multi-cortes que denoten dicha manipulación, mientras que la tarjeta resulta fácilmente desprendible mediante rasgado por la línea perimetral troquelada, para poder detectar la información de que es portadora cuando se separa de la lámina base.
2a.- Soporte para códigos secretos, según reivindicación Ia, caracterizado porque la tarjeta rasgable queda fijada a la lámina base mediante un adhesivo que facilite su desacoplamiento, o simplemente apoyada sobre la misma en ausencia de adhesivo.
3a.- Soporte para códigos secretos, según reivindicaciones anteriores, caracterizado porque la tarjeta que configura una lámina de plástico transparente incorpora líneas transversales de plegado, que permiten el replegado de dicha tarjeta sobre sí misma, con la particularidad de que las impresiones de láser o de chorro de tinta (ink-jet) correspondientes al código están desestructuradas y repartidas por los sectores definidos en la tarjeta por las citadas líneas de plegado, de manera que la estructuración de la clave se produce automáticamente cuando la tarjeta se pliega sobre sí misma por tales líneas de plegado.
4a.- Soporte para códigos secretos, según reivindicaciones anteriores, caracterizado porque los motivos participantes en el código son, además del mismo color que el fondo establecido en la lámina base, de una misma y fuerte intensidad cromática.
