[0006] 上記ショーツ等の衣類では、身体が屈んだときにヒップの形状変化を吸収するには 、ストレッチ生地の使用が欠かせないが、ストレッチ生地を用いてもヒップ下部には生 地をヒップ中央部に寄せる力、即ちヒップ下部の生地が伸びきつて突っ張るようにず れ上がる力が働くが、その突っ張る力を緩和するクッション効果が弱いため、ずり上が り防止状態の持続性、安定性に欠ける。
[0007] 本発明は、このような問題を解決するためになされたものであり、その目的とするとこ ろは、上記のようなショーツ、水着等の衣料においてマチ部の後端部と後身頃の内 股後部との縫合部にダーッを設けることによりずりヒップ裾ラインの上がり防止状態の 持続性、安定性の向上を図ることのできるショーツ、水着等の衣料を提供すること〖こ ある。
課題を解決するための手段
[0008] 本発明は、発明の内容の理解を助けるために図 1〜4に付した符号を参照して説 明すると、下方開放状の足口（15)を左右対称に形成した伸縮性を有する前身頃（1 1)と、伸縮性を有する後身頃（12)と、前身頃（11)の下端の内股前部 (22)と後身頃 (12)の下端の内股後部（23)との間に配設されて股間部を覆うマチ部（13)とを備え ており、前身頃（11)の左右端縁（16) , (16)と後身頃（12)の左右端縁（19) , (19) とは縫合され、マチ部（13)の前端部（13a)は前身頃（11)の下端の内股前部（22) に縫合され、マチ部（13)の凸円弧状に形成した後端部（13b)は後身頃（12)の下 端の凹円弧状に形成した内股後部（23)に縫合され、足口（15)まわりには伸縮性を 有する帯状材料または紐状材料（28)が設けられているショーツ、水着等の衣料にお V、て、前記マチ部（13)の凸円弧状に形成した前記後端部（13b)の曲率は前記後 身頃（12)の下端の凹円弧状に形成した前記内股後部（23)の曲率よりも大きくし、こ れら後端部（13b)と内股後部（23)とを縫合してヒップ下部の膨らみ体形に合うよう立 体化するダーッ（26)を設けて!/ヽることに特徴を有するものである。
[0009] この場合において、前記前身頃（11)の左右端縁（16) , (16)の各下端部は足口（ 15)内周のヒップ裾ライン（15a)の下端部と交差させ、かつ、前記左右端縁（16) , (1 6)の各上下方向中間部から下端部までの間の部分を外方へ凸形の曲縁（16a)で つなぐ形に裁断し、該曲縁（16a)の上下方向中間部より下方部（16b)は直線または 曲線状に形成し、前記後身頃（12)はこれの左右端縁（19) , (19)の各上下方向中 間部から下端部までの間の下方部分（19a)を下方拡がりの形に裁断し、前記後身頃 (12)の左右端縁（19) , (19)と前記前身頃（11)の左右端縁（16) , (16)との縫合 線 (L)は後部ウェスト部（20) , (21)力 ヒップの頂部 (T)より外側に迂回してヒップ 裾ライン（15a)に至るように形成することができる。
発明の効果
[0010] 上記構成のショーツ、水着等の衣料によれば、マチ部の凸円弧状に形成した後端 部の曲率は後身頃の下端の凹円弧状に形成した内股後部の曲率よりも大きくし、こ れら後端部と内股後部とを縫合してヒップ下部の膨らみ体形に合うよう立体化するダ ーッを設けている。したがって、前述した図 5〜図 7に示す従来のショーツで得られる 立体効果の及ぶ範囲 A1に、更にヒップ裾ラインの、マチ部後端部と後身頃の内股後 部との縫合線と交差する交差部周辺 C1 (図 1参照)までを加えた B1 (図 1参照）の広 範囲（Bl =A1 +C1)、すなわちヒップ下部の膨らみ体形に十分に近づける広範囲 に立体ィ匕でき、し力もその B1部分だけを足口まわりの伸縮性を有する帯状材料また は紐状材料のテンションが効果的に働くように小さめに設計することが可能になった 。これにより伸縮性を有する帯状材料または紐状材料の緩みを考慮しても十分効果 的なテンションを確保することができ、ヒップ裾ラインのずれ上がり防止状態を保ち続 けることができるに至った。
[0011] また、身体が屈んだときにヒップ下部では生地がヒップ中央部に寄せよう伸びきつて 突っ張るように生地のずれ上がり力が働くが、この突っ張る力をマチ部の後端部と後 身頃の内股後部との縫合部に膨らむような形で設けたダーッにより吸収緩和すること ができ、クッション効果がより高くなり、ヒップ裾ラインのずり上がり防止状態の持続性、 安定性を向上できる。

発明を実施するための最良の形態
[0014] 図 1は本発明の一実施例を示すショーツの正面図、図 2は同ショーツの前身頃、後 身頃、及びマチ部の展開平面図、図 3はショーツを着用状態で示す背面図、図 4は 本発明の他の実施例を示すショーツの前身頃、後身頃、及びマチ部の展開平面図 である。
[0015] 図 1〜3において、本発明の一実施例を示すショーツ 10は、下腹部を覆う前身頃 1 1と、臀部を覆う後身頃 12と、前身頃 11の下端の内股前部と後身頃 12の下端の内 股後部との間に配設されて股間部を覆うマチ部 13とを主要構成部材としてなる。前 後身頃 11 , 12、及びマチ部 14はストレッチ生地力もなる。
[0016] 図 5に示すように、前身頃 11は脇線 14, 14間の幅 Wよりも広い幅寸法に裁断して あり、その下端に下方開放状の足口 15, 15を左右対称に切り込み形成する。図示 例ではその切り込みを深く入れてハイレグ用の足口 15を下方開放状に形成している 。足口 15の内周上のほぼ後ろ半分のヒップ裾ライン 15aは前中心線 Sとほぼ平行に 形成している。前身頃 11の左右端縁 16, 16の各下端部は左右の足口 15, 15の各 ヒップ裾ライン 15a, 15aの下端部と交差する形に形成している。
[0017] 前身頃 11の左右端縁 16, 16の各上下方向中間部力も各下端部までの間を外方 凸形の円弧状の曲縁 16aに形成する。曲縁 16aの曲線は、図 8のように椅子に座つ た時などに描くヒップ下部の曲線 Rに可及的に近づける形状にするためである。ただ し、その曲縁 16a全体のアールがきついと、直立姿勢時に当該箇所に弛みじわが発 生しやすい。これを解消するため、その曲縁 16aの上下方向中間部より下方部 (臀溝 部の直上部を覆う部分） 16bは直線または緩やかな曲線状に形成することが望ましい
[0018] 一方、後身頃 12はこれの左右端縁 19, 19がそれぞれ下方に至るに従い漸次拡が る斜線状になる形に裁断している。その際、左右端縁 19, 19は、必ずしも、そのゥェ スト部 20から下端部までの上下方向全長にわたって真っ直ぐな斜線状に形成する必 要はなぐ少なくともその上下方向中間部から下端部までの間の下方部分 19aを、下 方拡がりの形に裁断しておけばよい。例えば、図 2の一点鎖線で示す Eと E'のような 曲線にしたり、同図の二点鎖線で示す Fと F'のような曲線にしたりすることは任意であ る。
左右端縁 19, 19のウェスト部 25から上下方向中間部までの間は斜線、曲線など任 意に描くことができ、例えば、図 2に二点鎖線 Q1に示すごとき円弧縁に形成してもよ ぐこの場合はそれに対応して前身頃 11の左右端縁 16, 16のウェスト部 21から上下 方向中間部までの間は二点鎖線 Q2のように裁断する。
[0019] このように裁断された前身頃 11と後身頃 12とは左右端縁 16, 16、 19, 19どうしを 縫い合わせて筒状に形成し、前身頃 11の下端中央に凹円弧状に形成した内股前 部 22と、後身頃 12の下端中央に同じく凹円弧状に形成した内股後部 23とはマチ部 13でつなぐ。その際、マチ部 13の凸円弧状に形成した前端部 13aは前身頃 11の内 股前部 22に縫合される。マチ部 13の凸円弧状に形成した後端部 13bは後身頃 12 の内股後部 23に縫合される。前身頃 11の足口 15の下方開放部分は、後身頃 12の 下方部分 19aの下端と内股後部 23とをつなぐ傾斜下端縁 24と、マチ部 13の左右の 端縁 25とでエンドレス状につながれる。
[0020] ここで注目すべきは、上記マチ部 13の凸円弧状に形成した後端部 13bの曲率は 後身頃 12の下端の凹円弧状に形成した内股後部 23の曲率よりも大きく裁断し、これ ら後端部 13bと内股後部 23とを縫合してヒップ下部の膨らみ体形に合うよう立体ィ匕す るダーッ 26を設ける点である。ダーッ 26を設けることにより後端部 13bと内股後部 23 との縫合線 Mの左右方向中央付近が最も高く外方へやや盛り上がるような形の膨ら みが縫合線 Mに沿ってできる。
このようにダーッ 26を設けると、図 5〜図 7に示す従来のショーツ (前身頃 31の左右 端縁 32, 32の各下端部の曲縁 32aと、後身頃 33の左右端縁 34, 34の各下方拡が り形状の下方部分 34aとを縫合するとともに、同一曲率のマチ部 38の後端部 38bと 後身頃 33の内股後部 39とを縫合しているもの）により得られる立体効果の及ぶ範囲 A1に、更に図 1に示すごとくヒップ裾ライン 15aの縫合線 Mと交差する交差部周辺 C 1までをカ卩えた B1の広範囲に立体ィ匕でき、ヒップ下部の膨らみ体形に十分に近づけ る広範囲に立体ィ匕できる。
[0021] 前身頃 11の左右端縁 16, 16と後身頃 12の左右端縁 19, 19との各縫合線 Lは、 図 3に示すように、着用時に後部ウェスト部 21, 20の外側寄り箇所力 ヒップの頂部 Tの外側に迂回させてヒップ裾ライン 15aに至るように形成する。そのためには、図 2 のように、後身頃 12における左右端縁 19, 19の下端部間の幅 Pを前身頃 11におけ る左右端縁 16, 16の下端部間の幅 Hに対して 0. 6倍以上で 4倍以下に設定する。 図 2では、 Pと Hの幅をほぼ同じ程度に設定している。 [0022] 前身頃 11及び後身頃 12のウェスト部 21, 20にはストレッチレース 27を縫い付ける 足口 15まわりには伸縮性を有するテープやレース等の帯状材料または紐状材料 2 8を縫い付けて設けている。その帯状材料または紐状材料 28としては、緊迫力が弱 いとヒップ裾ラインの臀溝部へのフィット力が弱ぐヒップ裾ライン 15aのずり上がり防 止の効果が得にくくなり、緊迫力が強過ぎるとヒップ裾ライン 15aのずり上がり防止効 果は高まっても着用感が悪くなるため、適度の緊迫力を必要とする。ここに、緊迫力と は、試験方 ¾[IS— L— 1018を準用し、定速伸長形引張試験機を使用して、たとえ ば、測定間隔 10cmの試験片を 18cmまで伸ばして 15cmまで縮めたときの力をいう 上記帯状材料または紐状材料 28の、設定伸度 80%時の緊迫力試験で 50%時の 緊迫力の好ましい範囲は、 0. 3〜7N (ニュートン）である。より好ましくは 1. 5Nである 。緊迫力 1. 5Nの帯状材料または紐状材料 28としては、例えば、ポリウレタン弾性糸 140デニール以上の太さの糸を 8本以上もしくはポリウレタン弾性糸 280デニール以 上の太さの糸を 5本以上使用して形成されたものである。
[0023] 上記のように縫製されたショーツ 10は、前身頃 11の左右端縁 16, 16の各下端部 を外方へ凸形の曲縁 16aに形成するとともに、後身頃 12の左右端縁 19, 19の各上 下方向中間部から下端部までの間の下方部分 19aを下方拡がりの形に裁断して両 者 16a, 19aを縫合しているので、ヒップ部裾まわりにヒップ下部及び臀溝部の体形 に近い立体的な適度の膨らみができる。したがって、ヒップ裾ライン 15aが図 3に示す ごとくヒップの臀溝部 29に深くフィットしてヒップの下部を深く十分に包み込むことがで きることになり、椅子に座ったり、激しく腰を曲げるなどして動いたりしてもヒップ裾ライ ン 15aがずり上がるのをよく防止できる。
[0024] とくに、マチ部 13の凸円弧状に形成した後端部 13bの曲率は後身頃 12の下端の 凹円弧状に形成した内股後部 23の曲率よりも大きくし、これら後端部 13bと内股後部 23とを縫合してヒップ下部の膨らみ体形に合うよう立体ィ匕するダーッ 26を設けている ので、前述した通り、図 5〜図 6に示す従来のショーツで得られる立体効果の及ぶ範 囲 A1に、更に図 1に示すごとくヒップ裾ライン 15aの縫合線 Mと交差する交差部周辺 CIまでを加えた Blの広範囲、即ちヒップ下部の膨らみ体形に十分に近づける広範 囲に立体ィ匕でき、し力もその B1部分だけを帯状材料または紐状材料 28のテンション が効果的に働くように小さめに設計することが可能になった。これにより帯状材料また は紐状材料 28の緩みを考慮しても十分効果的なテンションを確保することができ、ヒ ップ裾ライン 15aのずれ上がり防止状態の持続性、安定性を向上できる。
[0025] また、身体が屈んだときにヒップ下部には生地をヒップ中央部に寄せる（生地が伸 びきり、突っ張るように生地がずれ上がる）力が働くが、この突っ張る力をマチ部 13の 後端部 13bと後身頃 12の内股後部 23との縫合部に膨らむような形で設けたダーッ 2 6により吸収緩和することができ、クッション効果が高くなり、ずり上がり防止状態の持 続性、安定性に優れる。
[0026] 前身頃 11と後身頃 12との縫合線 Lはヒップの頂部 Tを避けてその外側に迂回させ てある。したがって、ヒップ下部を深く包み込むことができるようにヒップ裾線を下方に 延出させるパターンを採用しても、前身頃 11と後身頃 12の縫合線 Lがヒップ頂部 Tを 通るようにしたものの場合のように直立姿勢時にヒップ下部、臀溝部に弛み皺やだぶ つきが生じることが殆ど無くて、ヒップを広く深く包み込むことができるものとなる。
[0027] また、前身頃 11と後身頃 12との縫合線 Lはヒップの頂部 Tを避けて外側に迂回させ ることにより、後身頃 12のヒップ頂部 Tの生地自体力もつ伸縮性を確保することがで き、この伸縮性によりヒップ頂部 Tの激しい動きにもよく対応できるため、ずり上がり防 止のためのダーッの長さや大きさは、後身頃 30の縫合線 Lをヒップ頂部 Tに通過させ る場合に必要なダーッのそれよりも少なくて足り、その結果、直立姿勢時にヒップ下 部、臀溝部に弛み皺やだぶつきが発生することが殆ど無くなり、美しいヒップ裾ライン 15aを出すことができる。また座り姿勢でも縫合線 Lによる違和感がほとんど無くなり、 またタイトな薄い外衣を着用したときにもその縫合線 Lに沿ったライン力ヒップの最も 高い頂部 Tを通過する場合よりも外衣に目立ちに《なる。
[0028] 図 4は本発明の他の実施例のショーツの前身頃、後身頃、及びマチ部の展開平面 図である。この実施例では、前身頃 11の曲縁 16a全体が上記実施例の曲縁 16a全 体の曲線よりも比較的緩やかな曲線で形成されている点、上記実施例の足口 15のヒ ップ裾ライン 15aが前中心線 Sとほぼ平行に形成されているのに対し、この実施例の 前身頃 11の足口 15のヒップ裾ライン 15aは曲縁 16aとほぼ対称に形成され、前中心 線 Sとヒップ裾ライン 15aの延長線とが成す角度 βは 40°以下、好ましくは 35°に設定 してある。また、後身頃 12の左右端縁 19, 19の下端部間の幅 Ρを前身頃 11の左右 端縁 16, 16の下端部間の幅 Ηに対して約 0. 65倍程度に設定してある。そのほか後 身頃 12の形態や、マチ部 13の後端部 13bと後身頃 12の内股後部 23との縫合部に ダーッ 26を設けること、前後身頃 11, 12の縫合線 Lを着用時に後部ウェストの外側 寄り箇所力もヒップの頂部 Tを避けてその外側に迂回させることなどについては上記 実施例の場合と全く同様である。
[0029] この実施例のショーツにおいても、ヒップ裾ライン 15aのずり上がりをよく防止できる とともに、ずり上がり防止状態の持続性、安定性の向上を図り得るという効果は上記 実施例の場合と同様に得ることができる。
[0030] 本発明の対象とする衣料は、ショーツに限られず、水着やレオタードなどにも同様 に適用でき、また男性用のプリーフにも同様に適用できる。

Claims

請求の範囲
[1] 下方開放状の足口（15)を左右対称に形成した伸縮性を有する前身頃（11)と、伸 縮性を有する後身頃（12)と、前身頃（11)の下端の内股前部（22)と後身頃（12)の 下端の内股後部（23)との間に配設されて股間部を覆うマチ部（13)とを備えており、 前身頃（11)の左右端縁（16) , (16)と後身頃（12)の左右端縁（19) , (19)とは縫 合され、マチ部（13)の前端部（13a)は前身頃（11)の下端の内股前部（22)に縫合 され、マチ部（13)の凸円弧状に形成した後端部（13b)は後身頃（12)の下端の凹 円弧状に形成した内股後部（23)に縫合され、足口（15)まわりには伸縮性を有する 帯状材料または紐状材料（28)が設けられているショーツ、水着等の衣料において、 前記マチ部（13)の凸円弧状に形成した前記後端部（13b)の曲率は前記後身頃（ 12)の下端の凹円弧状に形成した前記内股後部（23)の曲率よりも大きくし、これら 後端部（13b)と内股後部（23)とを縫合してヒップ下部の膨らみ体形に合うよう立体 化するダーッ（26)を設けていることを特徴とする、ショーツ、水着等の衣料。
[2] 前記前身頃（11)の左右端縁（16) , (16)の各下端部は足口（15)内周のヒップ裾 ライン（15a)の下端部と交差させ、かつ、前記左右端縁（16) , (16)の各上下方向中 間部から下端部までの間の部分を外方へ凸形の曲縁（16a)でつなぐ形に裁断し、 該曲縁（16a)の上下方向中間部より下方部（16b)は直線または曲線状に形成し、 前記後身頃（12)はこれの左右端縁（19) , (19)の各上下方向中間部から下端部ま での間の下方部分（19a)を下方拡がりの形に裁断し、前記後身頃（12)の左右端縁 (19) , (19)と前記前身頃（11)の左右端縁（16) , (16)との縫合線 (L)は後部ゥェ スト部（20) , (21)からヒップの頂部 (T)より外側に迂回してヒップ裾ライン（15a)に至 るように形成している、請求項 1記載のショーツ、水着等の衣料。
