Abstract
L'invention concerne une courroie transporteuse qui présente au moins une couche de renfort en tissu caoutchouté ou câbles caoutchoutés (1a, 1b, 1c), une plaque (2) de recouvrement en caoutchouc située côté porteur et un revêtement antiadhérent (6) en polyéthylène à poids moléculaire ultraélevé (UHMW-PE) sur la surface située du côté porteur. Pour obtenir une haute ignifugation, une tenue suffisante aux hautes températures, une résistance élevée aux huiles et aux graisses et un encrassement réduit de la surface située du côté porteur, la plaque de recouvrement en caoutchouc (2) située du côté porteur est à base de caoutchouc nitrile ou de caoutchouc au chloroprène, et une couche de caoutchouc (5) à base de caoutchouc au styrène-butadiène qui sert d'intermédiaire d'adhérence est disposée entre la plaque (2) de recouvrement en caoutchouc située du côté porteur et le revêtement antiadhérent (6).
