Der Fördergurt gemäß Figur 1 wurde hinsichtlich seiner Eigenschaften überprüft, dabei zeigte er eine hohe Öl- und Fettbeständigkeit, eine besonders hohe Flammwidrigkeit und eine ausreichende Temperaturbeständigkeit. Auf dem Gurt transportiertes, auch klebriges oder öliges Material ließ sich auf Grund der Antihaftbeschichtung problemlos und vollständig entfernen. Dabei zeigten sich keine Ablöseerscheinungen zwischen tragseitiger Decklage 2 und Antihaftbeschichtung 6.
Bei einem Fördergurt ähnlichen Aufbaus, allerdings ohne die als Haftbrücke wirkende Gummischicht 5, konnte keine Haftung zwischen tragseitiger Deckplatte 2 und Antihaftbeschichtung 6 erzielt werden, somit verblieb keine Antihaftschicht auf dem Fördergurt und transportiertes Gut blieb haften. Die Rückstände ließen sich nur mit aufwändigen und teuren Abstreifersysteme entfernen, die außerdem noch den Gurt stark mechanisch angriffen und die Standzeit des Gurtes verkürzten.

Claims
1.
