实施例 一: 如附图 1-附图 4所示, 一种儿童推车, 包括推车车 架 1、 前轮组件 2、 后轮组件 3 , 所述的推车车架 1包括位于所述的 推车车架 1两侧部的侧支架 18、位于所述的两侧的侧支架 18之间的 前轮支架 4 , 所述的侧支架 18包括后轮支架 5、 下推把杆 6, 所述的 前轮组件 2设置在所述的前轮支架 4 的前端部, 所述的后轮组件 3 设置在所述的后轮支架 5 的下端部。 所述的前轮支架 4 的后端部连 接有连接座 25, 所述的前轮支架 4为单根且其后部与所述的连接座 25相固定地连接并且形成一个整体。 所述的下推把杆 6的下端部与 所述的连接座 25相转动地连接, 所述的前轮支架 4上沿其前后方向 滑动地设置有滑动套 8,所述的后轮支架 5的上端部与所述的滑动套 8相转动地连接, 所述的侧支架 18还包括上连杆 10、 下连杆 11, 所 述的上连杆 10的后端部与所述的下推把杆 6相转动地连接, 所述的 上连杆 10的前端部与所述的滑动套 8相转动地连接, 所述的下连杆 11的上端部与所述的连接座 25相转动地连接, 所述的下连杆 11的 下端部与所述的后轮支架 5相转动地连接。
如各附图所示, 所述的每侧的上连杆 10上可转动地连接有座位 杆连接件 16, 所述的座位杆连接件 16上滑动地连接有座位杆 13, 所述的座位杆 13 的后端部与所述的连接座 25相连接, 所述的座位 杆 13上设置有座位。 所述的座位杆 13的后端部与所述的连接座 25 相转动地连接。
所述的下推把秆 6上活动的设置有上推把杆 7,所述的推车车架 1展开时, 所述的上推把杆 7与所述的下推把杆 6之间相对锁定。 所 述的上推把杆 7可以滑动地设置在所述的下推把杆 6上, 也可以转 动地设置在所述的下推把杆 6 上。 这种结构目的是使推车车架可以 折叠至更小的体积, 而展开时儿童推车的高度便于使用者推行。
所述的两侧的下推把杆 6之间设置有可折叠的后撑 12, 所述的 后撑 12的两个外端部分别与相应侧的下推把杆 6相转动地连接, 所 述的后撑 12使得儿童推车处于展开状态时更加稳定。
如附图 1所示, 所述的连接座 25上具有第一止转件 19, 所述的 推车车架 1展开时, 所述的下连杆 11抵在所述的第一止转件 19上。 所述的连接座 25上具有第二止转件 20, 所述的推车车架 1展开时, 所述的下推把杆 6抵在所述的第二止转件 20上。 通过所述的第一止 转件 19与所述的第二止转件 20, 使得儿童推车展开限位, 展开时更 加稳定。
所述的连接座 25 具有分别向两侧横向延伸形成的第一连接部 23, 每侧的下推把杆 6的下端部分别与相应侧的第一连接部 23相转 动地连接, 每侧的下连杆 11的上端部也分别与相应侧的第一连接部 23相转动地连接。两侧的第一连接部 23上都设置有所述的第一止转 件 19与所述的第二止转件 20。
所述的滑动套 8具有分别向两侧横向延伸形成的第二连接部 24, 每侧的上连杆 10 的前端部分别与相应侧的第二连接部 24相转动地 连接, 每侧的后轮支架 5的上端部也分别与相应侧的第二连接部 24 相.转动地连接。
所述的儿童推车上还设置有锁定机构, 该锁定机构将所述的儿 童推车锁定于展开位置。 当将锁定机构解锁时, 如附图 2-附图 4所 示, 可将儿童推车折叠, 如附图 5 所示, 最终儿童推车可折叠至较 小体积。 比如, 所述的锁定机构可以是在所述的下推把杆 6 上滑动 地设置有锁销, 在所述的连接座 25上开有锁孔, 所述的下推把杆 6 上设置有控制所述的锁销的控制件, 锁定时, 所述的锁销插在所述 的锁孔内, 解锁时, 所述的锁销脱离所述的锁孔。
实施例二: 如附图 6、 附图 7所示, 一种儿童推车, 包括推车车 架 1、 前轮组件 2、 后轮组件 3, 所述的推车车架 1包括位于所述的 推车车架 1两侧部的侧支架 18、位于所述的两侧的侧支架 18之间的 前轮支架 4 , 所述的侧支架 18包括后轮支架 5、 下推把杆 6, 所述的 前轮组件 2设置在所述的前轮支架 4 的前端部, 所述的后轮组件 3 设置在所述的后轮支架 5 的下端部。 所述的前轮支架 4 的后端部连 接有连接座 25,所述的下推把杆 6的下端部与所述的连接座 25相转 动地连接,所述的前轮支架 4上沿其前后方向滑动地设置有滑动套 8, 所述的前轮支架 4有两根, 并且所述的两根前轮支架 4 的后部分别 与所述的连接座 25相转动地连接, 所述的两根前轮支架 4分别与所 述的滑动套 8 的两侧部相滑动地设置, 所述的后轮支架 5 的上端部 与所述的滑动套 8相转动地连接。所述的侧支架 18还包括上连杆 10、 下连杆 11 ,所述的上连杆 10的后端部与所述的下推把杆 6相转动连 接, 所述的上连杆 10的前端部与所述的滑动套 8相转动连接, 所述 的下连杆 11 的上端部与所述的连接座 25相转动地连接, 所述的下 连杆 11的下端部与所述的后轮支架 5相转动地连接。
所述的滑动套 8的两侧部分别开有通孔 27, 每侧的前轮支架 4 分别滑动地插在相应侧的通孔 27内。每侧的通孔 27内具有限位面 28, 当所述的推车车架处于展开状态下, 每侧的前轮支架 4分别抵 在相应的限位面 28上。所述的限位面 28使得儿童推车处于展开状 态时, 两侧的前轮支架 4之间能稳定地展开。
所述的每侧的上连杆 10上可转动地连接有座位杆连接件 16, 所述的座位杆连接件 16上滑动地连接有座位杆 13 , 所述的座位杆 13的后端部与所述的连接座 25相连接,所述的座位杆 13上设置有 座位。所述的座位杆 13的后端部与所述的连接座 25相转动地连接。
所述的下推把杆 6上活动的设置有上推把杆 7, 所述的推车车 架 1展开时,所述的上推把杆 7与所述的下推把杆 6之间相对锁定。 所述的上推把杆 7可以滑动地设置在所述的下推把杆 6上, 也可以 转动地设置在所述的下推把杆 6上。这种结构目的是使推车车架可 以折叠至更小的体积, 而展开时儿童推车的髙度便于使用者推行。 所述的两侧的下推把杆 6之间设置有可折叠的后撑 12, 所述的 后撑 12的两个外端部分别与相应侧的下推把杆 6相转动地连接, 所 述的后撑 12使得儿童推车处于展开状态时更加稳定。
所述的连接座 25上具有第一止转件 19 ,所述的推车车架 1展开 时, 所述的下连杆 11抵在所述的第一止转件 19上。 所述的连接座 25上具有第二止转件 20, 所述的推车车架 1展开时, 所述的下推把 杆 6抵在所述的第二止转件 20上。 通过所述的第一止转件 19与所 述的第二止转件 20, 使得儿童推车展开限位, 展开时更加稳定。
所述的连接座 25 具有分别向两侧横向延伸形成的第一连接部 23, 每侧的下推把杆 6的下端部分别与相应侧的第一连接部 23相转 动地连接, 每侧的下连杆 11的上端部也分别与相应侧的第一连接部 23相转动地连接。两侧的第一连接部 23上都设置有所述的第一止转 件 19与所述的第二止转件 20。
所述的滑动套 8具有分别向两侧横向延伸形成的第二连接部 24, 每侧的上连杆 10 的前端部分别与相应侧的第二连接部 24相转动地 连接, 每侧的后轮支架 5的上端部也分别与相应侧的第二连接部 24 相转动地连接。
所述的儿童推车上还设置有锁定机构, 该锁定机构将所述的儿 童推车锁定于展开位置。 当将锁定机构解锁时, 可将儿童推车折叠, 最终儿童推车可折叠至较小体积。 比如, 所述的锁定机构可以是在 所述的下推把杆 6上滑动地设置有锁销, 在所述的连接座 25上开有 锁孔, 所述的下推把杆 6 上设置有控制所述的锁销的控制件, 锁定 时, 所述的锁销插在所述的锁孔内, 解锁时, 所述的锁销脱离所述 的锁孔。

Claims

权利要求:
1、 一种儿童推车, 包括推车车架 (1)、 前轮组件 (2)、 后轮组 件 (3), 所述的推车车架 (1) 包括位于所述的推车车架 (1) 两侧 部的侧支架 (18)、 位于所述的两侧的侧支架 (18) 之间的前轮支架
(4), 所述的恻支架 (18) 包括后轮支架 (5)、 下推把杆 (6), 所 述的前轮组件 (2) 设置在所述的前轮支架 (4) 的前端部, 所述的 后轮组件 (3) 设置在所述的后轮支架 (5) 的下端部, 其特征在于: 所述的前轮支架 (4) 的后端部连接有连接座 (25), 所述的下推把 杆 (6) 的下端部与所述的连接座 (25) 相转动地连接, 所述的前轮 支架 (4) 上沿其前后方向滑动地设置有滑动套 (8), 所述的后轮支 架 (5) 的上端部与所述的滑动套 (8) 相转动地连接, 所述的侧支 架 (18) 还包括上连杆 (10)、 下连杆 (11), 所述的上连杆 (10) 的后端部与所述的下推把杆(6)相转动地连接, 所述的上连杆(10) 的前端部与所述的滑动套 (8) 相转动地连接, 所述的下连杆 (11) 的上端部与所述的连接座 (25) 相转动地连接, 所述的下连杆 (11) 的下端部与所述的后轮支架 (5) 相转动地连接。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的儿童推车, 其特征在于: 所述的前轮 支架 (4) 为单根且其后部与所述的连接座 (25) 相固定地连接并且 形成一个整体。
3、 根据权利要求 1所述的儿童推车, 其特征在于: 所述的前轮 支架 (4) 有两根, 并且所述的两根前轮支架 (4) 的后部分别与所 述的连接座 (25) 相转动地连接, 所述的两根前轮支架 (4) 分别与 所述的滑动套 (8) 的两侧部相滑动地设置。
4、 根据权利要求 3所述的婴儿推车, 其特征在于: 所述的滑动 套 (8) 的两侧部分别开有通孔 (27), 每侧的前轮支架 (4) 分别滑 动地插在相应侧的通孔 (27) 内。 .
5、 根据权利要求 4所述的婴儿推车, 其特征在于: 每侧的通孔 (27) 内具有限位面 (28), 当所述的推车车架处于展开状态下, 每 侧的前轮支架 (4) 分别抵在相应的限位面 (28) 上。
6、 根据权利要求 1所述的儿童推车, 其特征在于: 所述的每侧 的上连杆 (10) 上可转动地连接有座位杆连接件 (16), 所述的座位 杆连接件 (16) 上滑动地连接有座位杆 (13), 所述的座位杆 (13) 的后端部与所述的连接座 (25) 相连接, 所述的座位秆 (13) 上设 置有座位。
7、 根据权利要求 6所述的儿童推车, 其特征在于: 所述的座位 杆 (13) 的后端部与所述的连接座 (25) 相转动地连接。
8、 根据权利要求 1所述的儿童推车, 其特征在于: 所述的下推 把杆 (6) 上活动的设置有上推把杆 (7), 所述的推车车架 (1) 展 开时, 所述的上推把杆 (7) 与所述的下推把杆 (6) 之间相对锁定。
9、 根据权利要求 1所述的儿童推车, 其特征在于: 所述的两侧 的下推把杆 (6) 之间设置有可折叠的后撑 (12), 所述的后撑 (12) 的两个外端部分别与相应侧的下推把杆 (6) 相转动地连接。
10、 根据权利要求 1 所述的儿童推车, 其特征在于: 所述的连 接座 (25) 上具有第一止转件 (19), 所述的推车车架 (1) 展开时, 所述的下连杆 (11) 抵在所述的第一止转件 (19) 上。
11、 根据权利要求 1 所述的儿童推车, 其特征在于: 所述的连 接座 (25) 上具有第二止转件 (20), 所述的推车车架 (1) 展开时, 所述的下推把杆 (6) 抵在所述的第二止转件 (20) 上。
12、 根据权利要求 1 所述的儿童推车, 其特征在于: 所述的连 接座 (25) 具有分别向两侧横向延伸形成的第一连接部 (23), 每侧 的下推把杆 (6) 的下端部分别与相应侧的第一连接部 (23) 相转动 地连接, 每侧的下连杆 (11) 的上端部也分别与相应侧的第一连接 部 (23) 相转动地连接。
13、 根据权利要求 1 所述的儿童推车, 其特征在于: 所述的滑 动套 (8) 具有分别向两侧横向延伸形成的第二连接部 (24), 每侧 的上连秆 (10) 的前端部分别与相应侧的第二连接部 (24) 相转动 地连接, 每侧的后轮支架 (5) 的上端部也分别与相应侧的第二连接 部 (24) 相转动地连接。
