1、本发明婴儿推车在折叠时,当锁定装置解锁以后通过折叠 牵引机构使前轮支架向后转动和使后轮支架向前转动,在此过程中对前撑杆施加一定的向下压力,前纵向杆、后纵向杆、前撑杆和后撑杆均相对转动并在竖直方向上向下运动而靠近前轮支架和后轮支架,整个折叠操作简单快捷。婴儿推车在展开状态时,前轮支架延伸了前纵向杆的长度,后轮支架延伸了后纵向杆的长度,因此,使得整个婴儿推车较高,使得婴儿推车的座位能够设置在较高的高度,确保婴儿推车具有高景观视野,也使用户在推着婴儿推车行走时与车内的婴幼儿很近,只需稍微弯腰就可以与婴幼儿互动,能很方便地照顾婴幼儿,更人性化;而婴儿推车在折叠时前轮支架向后转动,并且后轮支架向前转动,又使得婴儿推车折叠后体积小,便于携带。
2、本发明的婴儿推车在折叠状态时,前轮与后轮到达相正对的位置。因此,婴儿推车在前撑杆与地面大致平行的折叠状态时,前轮与后轮并不是在竖直方向上的叠加状态,减小了婴儿推车折叠状态的厚度,使得婴儿推车折叠后体积小,更方便携带。
3、本发明在折叠时通过踩踏转动杆上的踩踏部而使转动杆转动,转动杆转动时就通过牵引杆拉动前轮支架向后转动,而且在踩踩踏部时就通过第一弹簧顶压后轮支架的固定块而对后轮支架施加向前的力,使得后轮支架向前转动和前轮支架向后转动同时进行,整个操作非常的方便快捷。
4、本发明的的座位架包括座位杆,座位杆后部与前纵向杆的上部或后撑杆的下部转动连接,座位杆的前部与前撑杆之间设有与二者转动连接的连动杆。因此,在婴儿推车折叠时,座位杆与连动杆也 在各自转动连接的位置出现转动,使得座位架一起折叠,操作方便,折叠顺畅。
5、本发明结构简单,能够使座位保持较高的高度,并且折叠后体积小,便于携带,达到两全其美的效果,适合推广应用。

【具体实施方式】
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步描述:
实施例1:
如图1至图4所示,一种婴儿推车,在锁定装置解锁后能从展开位置移动至折叠位置,包括前纵向杆1和后纵向杆2,所述的前纵向杆1与后纵向杆2相互交叉并在交叉位置绕轴线B转动连接,所述的前纵向杆1上部绕轴线C转动连接有后撑杆3,所述的后纵向杆2上部绕轴线D转动连接有前撑杆4,所述的后撑杆3与前撑杆4绕轴线E转动连接,所述的前纵向杆1下部绕轴线F转动连接有前轮支架5,所述的前轮支架5上连接有前轮5a,所述的后纵向杆2下部绕轴线H转动连接有后轮支架6,所述的后轮支架6上连接有后轮6a,并且所述的前轮支架5与后轮支架6之间设有在婴儿推车需要折叠时能使前轮支架5向后转动并使后轮支架6向前转动而折叠的折叠牵引机构7。如图1至图4所示,婴儿推车在折叠时,当锁定装置解锁以后通过折叠牵引机构7使前轮支架5向后转动和使后轮支架6向前转动,在此过程中对前撑杆4施加一定的向下压力,前纵向杆1、后纵向杆2、前撑杆4和后撑杆3均相对转动并在竖直方向上向下运动而靠近前轮支架5和后轮支架6,整个折叠操作简单快捷。婴儿推车在展开状态时,前轮支架5延伸了前纵向杆1的长度,后轮支架6延伸了后纵向杆2的长度,因此,使得整个婴儿推车较高,使得婴儿推车的座位能够设置在较高的高度,确保婴儿推车具有高景观视野,也使用户在推着婴儿推车行走时与车内的婴幼儿很近,只需稍微弯腰就可以与婴幼儿互动,能很方便地照顾婴幼儿,更人性化;而婴儿推车在折叠时前轮支架5向后转动,并且后轮支架6向前转动,又使得婴儿推车折叠 后体积小,便于携带。在本实施例中,婴儿推车的座位可以采用柔性的座兜直接挂接在婴儿推车上。
如图4所示,在婴儿推车折叠状态时,所述的前轮5a与后轮6a到达相正对的位置。因此,婴儿推车在前撑杆4与地面大致平行的折叠状态时,前轮5a与后轮6a并不是在竖直方向上的叠加或错开状态,减小了婴儿推车折叠状态的厚度,使得婴儿推车折叠后体积小,更方便携带。
如图5至图8所示,所述的折叠牵引机构7包括与后轮支架6绕轴线I转动连接的转动杆72,所述的转动杆72与前轮支架5之间设有与二者转动连接并在转动杆72转动时能拉动前轮支架5向后转动的牵引杆73,所述的牵引杆73前部与前轮支架5绕轴线J转动连接,所述的牵引杆73后部与转动杆72绕轴线K转动连接。在婴儿推车折叠时,只需使转动杆72相对后轮支架6,转动杆72的前端就翘起而通过牵引杆73拉动前轮支架5向后转动。在使转动杆72转动时,可以通过用脚踩踏转动杆72后端而使转动杆72转动,此时利用杠杆原理,并且在踩踏转动杆72的同时向前踩踏后轮支架6,这样就使得前轮支架5向后转动和后轮支架6向前转动同时进行。当然,在需要转动杆72转动时,也可以通过向上拉动转动杆72的前端而使转动杆72相对后轮支架6转动。
如图2所示,所述的前轮支架5上设有延伸部71,所述的牵引杆73转动连接在延伸部71上,从而使得婴儿推车折叠时更顺畅灵活。
如图7和图8所示,所述的后轮支架6包括支架杆61和设置支 架杆61一侧的固定块62,所述的转动杆72上设有被踩踏时能使转动杆72转动的踩踏部76,所述的固定块62与踩踏部76之间设有第一弹簧74,所述的后轮6a连接在支架杆61上。婴儿推车在折叠时通过踩踏转动杆72上的踩踏部76而使转动杆72转动,转动杆72转动时就通过牵引杆73拉动前轮支架5向后转动,而且在踩踩踏部76时就通过第一弹簧74顶压后轮支架6的固定块62而对后轮支架6施加向前的力,使得后轮支架6向前转动和前轮支架5向后转动同时进行,整个操作非常的方便快捷,而且第一复位弹簧74还起到对转动杆72复位的作用。
如图8所示,所述的转动杆72上设有向下延伸的凸出部75,所述的锁定装置包括能相对后轮支架6滑行并在婴儿车展开时能够抵靠凸出部75而阻止转动杆72转动的锁定块91,所述的后轮支架6内设有与锁定块91连接并能拉动锁定块91滑行的拉索92,所述的后轮支架6内还设有能使锁定块91复位的第二弹簧93。在解锁时,通过拉动拉索92而使锁定块91滑行,锁定块91滑行以后就为转动杆72上的凸出部75让开位置,这样就能向下才懂踩踏部76而使转动杆72转动。当然,所述的锁定装置也可以采用其它常规的锁定结构,例如在具有转动关系的两根连杆之间设置卡勾与卡销的锁定结构,当卡勾与卡销脱离时就解锁,当卡勾与卡销卡合时就锁定。
如图5和图8所示,所述的前撑杆4上端绕轴线G转动连接有手推杆14,所述的拉索92穿过后轮支架6、后纵向杆2和前撑杆4后与手推杆14下部连接,从而使得手推杆14转动时得以拉动拉索92 而使锁定块91滑行解锁。手推杆14的设置向上延长了前撑杆4的长度,更方便用户推着婴儿推车行走。而且在婴儿推车折叠时,转动手推杆14就能拉动拉索92而使锁定装置解锁,操作非常的方便快捷。而手推杆14与前撑杆4的锁定则可以采用本领域常规锁定结构,在此不再赘述。
实施例2:
实施例2与实施例1的区别在于:
如图9至图11所示,所述的婴儿推车还包括座位架10,所述的座位架10包括座位杆101,所述的座位杆101、后撑杆3和前纵向杆1绕轴线C同轴转动连接,当然,所述的座位杆101后部也可以是仅与前纵向杆1的上部转动连接,或者,所述的座位杆101后部仅与后撑杆3的下部转动连接,所述的座位杆101的前部与前撑杆4之间设有与二者转动连接的连动杆102,所述的连动杆102上部与前撑杆4绕轴线M转动连接,所述的连动杆102下部与座位杆101绕轴线N转动连接。因此,在婴儿推车折叠时,座位杆101与连动杆102也在各自转动连接的位置出现转动,使得座位架一起折叠,操作方便,折叠顺畅。
如图9和图11所示,所述的后撑杆3上端还设有可拆卸前扶手11。
实施例3:
实施例3与实施例2的区别在于:
如图12至图14所示,所述的前轮支架5上设有凸出块12,所 述的凸出块12与后轮支架6之间设有底部撑杆13,所述的底部撑杆13一端与凸出块12绕轴线Q转动连接,另一端与后轮支架6绕轴线P转动连接。底部撑杆13的设置可以使得婴儿推车在展开状态更稳定。而且底部支撑13与前轮支架5的连接位置偏离牵引杆73与前轮支架5的连接位置,以及底部支撑13与后轮支架6的连接位置偏离转动杆72与后轮支架6的连接位置,所以在婴儿推车折叠时不会出现干涉卡滞,确保婴儿推车收合灵活。
如图12和图13所示,所述的座位杆101前端绕轴线R转动连接有腿部支撑杆16。
实施例4:
实施例4与实施例3的区别在于:
如图15所示,所述的后撑杆3下部绕轴线S转动连接有靠背15。当然,所述的靠背15也可以转动连接在前纵向杆1的上部。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种婴儿推车,在锁定装置解锁后能从展开位置移动至折叠位置,其特征在于:包括前纵向杆(1)和后纵向杆(2),所述的前纵向杆(1)与后纵向杆(2)相互交叉并在交叉位置转动连接,所述的前纵向杆(1)上部转动连接有后撑杆(3),所述的后纵向杆(2)上部转动连接有前撑杆(4),所述的后撑杆(3)与前撑杆(4)转动连接,所述的前纵向杆(1)下部转动连接有前轮支架(5),所述的前轮支架(5)上连接有前轮(5a),所述的后纵向杆(2)下部转动连接有后轮支架(6),所述的后轮支架(6)上连接有后轮(6a),并且所述的前轮支架(5)与后轮支架(6)之间设有在婴儿推车需要折叠时能使前轮支架(5)向后转动并使后轮支架(6)向前转动而折叠的折叠牵引机构(7)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的婴儿推车,其特征在于:在婴儿推车折叠状态时,所述的前轮(5a)与后轮(6a)到达相正对的位置。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的婴儿推车,其特征在于:所述的折叠牵引机构(7)包括与后轮支架(6)转动连接的转动杆(72),所述的转动杆(72)与前轮支架(5)之间设有与二者转动连接并在转动杆(72)转动时能拉动前轮支架(5)向后转动的牵引杆(73)。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的婴儿推车,其特征在于:所述的前轮支架(5)上设有延伸部(71),所述的牵引杆(73)转动连接在延伸部(71)上。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的婴儿推车,其特征在于:所述的后轮支架(6)包括支架杆(61)和设置支架杆(61)一侧的固定块(62),所述的转动杆(72)上设有被踩踏时能使转动杆(72)转动的踩踏部(76),所述的固定块(62)与踩踏部(76)之间设有第一弹簧(74),所述的后轮(6a)连接在支架杆(61)上。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的婴儿推车,其特征在于:所述的转动杆(72)上设有向下延伸的凸出部(75),所述的锁定装置包括能相对后轮支架(6)滑行并在婴儿车展开时能够抵靠凸出部(75)而阻止转动杆(72)转动的锁定块(91),所述的后轮支架(6)内设有与锁定块(91)连接并能拉动锁定块(91)滑行的拉索(92),所述的后轮支架(6)内还设有能使锁定块(91)复位的第二弹簧(93)。
  7. 根据权利要求1或2所述的婴儿推车,其特征在于:还包括座位架(10),所述的座位架(10)包括座位杆(101),所述的座位杆(101)后部与前纵向杆(1)的上部或后撑杆(3)的下部转动连接,所述的座位杆(101)的前部与前撑杆(4)之间设有与二者转动连接的连动杆(102)。
  8. 根据权利要求3所述的婴儿推车,其特征在于:所述的前轮支架(5)上设有凸出块(12),所述的凸出块(12)与后轮支架(6)之间设有底部撑杆(13),所述的底部撑杆(13)一端与凸出块(12)转动连接,另一端与后轮支架(6)转动连接。
  9. 根据权利要求6所述的婴儿推车,其特征在于:所述的前撑杆(4)上端转动连接有手推杆(14),所述的拉索(92)穿过后轮 支架(6)、后纵向杆(2)和前撑杆(4)后与手推杆(14)下部连接,从而使得手推杆(14)转动时得以拉动拉索(92)而使锁定块(91)滑行解锁。
  10. 根据权利要求7所述的婴儿推车,其特征在于:所述的前纵向杆(1)上部或后撑杆(3)下部转动连接有靠背(15),所述的座位杆(101)前端转动连接有腿部支撑杆(16)。
