Abstract

L'invention concerne un outil pour produire les bagues de variation de focale et de mise au point d'un dispositif d'ajustement d'objectif pour caméras de télévision en circuit fermé. L'outil selon l'invention sert à former une rainure hélicoïdale dans une surface interne de la bague de variation de focale ou de mise au point du dispositif d'ajustement d'objectif. Cet outil comporte une pointe et un support. La pointe comprend une partie usinée qui est ménagée sur une zone supérieure de la pointe, et présente un angle d'attaque (α) qui est compris entre 54 et 58 degrés par rapport à l'horizontale, un angle de coupe (β) qui est compris entre 25 et 30 degrés, et un angle de dépouille (γ) qui est compris entre 5 et 10 degrés, ainsi qu'une partie d'accouplement qui est ménagée sur une zone inférieure de la pointe. Ledit support comporte un orifice d'accouplement dans lequel s'engage la partie d'accouplement de la pointe, ainsi qu'une partie de serrage.
