本发明的优点: 本发明通过套筒与握把的新颖组合结构, 使按摩器的结构 更为简化, 并可使内部的抵压杆及磁铁等构件更易于安装。 而且本发明各构件 的组合操作方便, 且组合的结构除了以螺接固定外, 还以焊接固定, 所以结构 组合也较为稳固。 更由于本发明具有多个磁性件, 使得按摩器在进行按压时, 可同时利用各磁性件形成人工磁场, 以达到复健医疗的功效。
本发明既适于有身体疲劳或肌肉酸痛的不适者使用, 利用按摩件进行按压 的动作, 可达到解除身体疲劳, 恢复精力的功效, 也适合普通人群作为保健使 用。 附图说明

现列举以下较佳实施例并配合附图, 详细说明本发明的结构、特征及功效。 首先, 如图 1〜图 4所示, 本发明第一较佳实施例所提供的按摩器包含有: 一握把 10,具有一把体 11可供手部握持,一置筒孔 12贯通形成于把体 11, 一第一抵部 13及一第二抵部 14分别形成于把体 11二侧。
一第一套筒 20, 具有一筒体 21可插设于握把 10的置筒孔 12, 一置磁孔 22由第一套筒 20向上凹设形成, 且其概呈一圆形断面, 一筒头 23接设于筒体
21, 一抵筒部 24恰可抵设于握把 10的第一抵部 13, 一穿孔 25形成于置磁孔
22底部。
一抵压杆 30, 具有一杆座 31 , —凸柱 32可穿设于第一套筒 20的穿孔 25, 凸柱 32的顶部形成一半球状表面,一抵顶部 33凸设于抵压杆 30—端的外周圆, 一容置孔 34设于抵压杆 30的底部, 容置孔 34由抵压杆 30底部向上凹设形成 且概呈一圆形断面。
一第二套筒 40, 具有一筒体 41可插设于握把 10的置筒孔 12, 一置磁孔 42由第二套筒 40向上凹设形成且其断面呈一圆形, 一筒头 43接设于筒体 41, 一抵筒部 44恰可抵设于握把 10的第二抵部 14。
一磁铁 50, 其一端容设于第一套筒 20与第二套筒 40的置磁孔 22、 42, 磁 铁 50的断面外形尺寸概与置磁孔 22、 42大略相同。
经由上述结构, 按摩器的握把 10可供使用者握持, 将抵压杆 30的凸柱 32 抵顶需要按摩的部位, 此时凸柱 32与磁铁 50连接, 连接后磁铁 50会产生一磁 场, 由凸柱 32发散环绕于按摩器并由第二套筒 40接收, 由此, 磁力线在按摩 器外侧形成一磁场, 并在使用者按摩的同时利用磁场, 剌激人体血液循环以及 磁场的运作。
除了上述实施例之外, 本发明也可实施如下:
如图 5所示, 为本发明第二较佳实施例, 其中磁铁 50A的数量改为三个, 各磁铁 50 A为相互错置排列, 也可达到与上述实施例相同的功效。
再如图 6所示, 本发明第三较佳实施例与前述实施例大体相同, 其中: 第 一套筒设有一内螺紋 27B, 抵压杆形成有一外螺紋 37B可螺固于第一套筒的内 螺纹 27B, 使抵压杆可锁接于第一套筒。
另外, 如图 7所示, 本发明第四较佳实施例还包含有一第二磁铁 70C设置 于抵压杆的容置孔, 第二磁铁 70C可加强对按摩部位的磁力强度。
此外, 如图 8所示, 为本发明第五较佳实施例, 此较佳实施例的特点在于, 其还包含有一第一弹性件 81D套设于抵压杆的凸柱, 以及一第二弹性件 82D设 置于第二套筒并抵顶磁铁。 由此, 第一弹性件 81D与第二弹性件 82D可对按摩 器产生一阻尼作用, 以在操作时产生一减震的功效。
最后, 如图 9所示, 为本发明第六较佳实施例, 其中第一套筒还具有一内 螺纹 29E, 第二套筒还具有一外螺紋 49E, 第一套筒与第二套筒通过内螺纹 29E 与外螺纹 49E相互锁固。
如图 10〜图 12所示, 本发明第七较佳实施例所提供的按摩器 210, 包含有 一握杆 220、 一挡板 230、 三按摩件 240, 以及三磁性件 250。
握杆 220为采用金属材质制成的中空圆杆, 用以供使用者握持。
挡板 230为金属材质制成, 其概呈椭圆形, 挡板 230的底面为焊接固定于 握杆 220的顶端。
各按摩件 240为金属材质所制成, 其概呈锥形, 各按摩件 240的底端焊接 固定于挡板 230的顶面, 并呈横向排列, 且各按摩件 240的内部为中空, 使得 各按摩件 240的内部形成一容室 242。
各磁性件 250呈圆柱形, 其表面呈颗粒状, 各磁性件 250为装设于各按摩 件 240的容室 242内。
经由上述结构, 当使用者要使用按摩器 210时, 以单手握住握杆 220, 将 各按摩件 240按压在穴道或疲劳酸痛的部位, 用以进行按摩的动作, 在各按摩 件 240进行按压的同时, 各磁性件 250可形成一人工磁场, 以促进身体的血液 循环, 回复身体的健康与提振精神。
由此, 本发明不仅可利用各按摩件 240解决疲劳酸痛的问题, 还可由各磁 性件 250带动身体的血液循环, 以达到复健医疗的目的。
如图 13所示, 为本发明第八较佳实施例所提供的按摩器 260, 其主要结构 与第七较佳实施例大体相仿, 惟其差异在于- 挡板 261的顶面设有多个接设部 2612, 各接设部 2612的周缘具有螺纹, 而各按摩柱 262也具有一接设部 2622,接设部 2622的周壁具有螺紋,使得各按 摩柱 262的接设部 2622可螺合于挡板 261的接设部 2612, 另外,握杆 263具有 一封块 2632,封块 2632为嵌设于握杆 263的底端,或者以摩擦熔接的方式接设 于握杆 263, 并加以研磨使其呈圆角形状, 使其具有适当平衡重量, 更可提供较 好的手感。
再如图 14与图 15所示, 为本发明的第九较佳实施例, 其包含有: 一握把 310, 具有一把体 311可供手部握持, 一置筒孔 312贯通形成于把 体 311, 一第一抵部 313及一第二抵部 314分别形成于把体 311二侧, 一螺部 315设于把体 311—端的内侧。
一第一套筒 320, 具有一筒体 321可插设于握把 310的置筒孔 312, 一置磁 孔 322由第一套筒 320向上凹设形成, 且其概呈一圆形断面, 一筒头 323形成 于筒体 321, 一抵筒部 324恰可抵设于握把 310的第一抵部 313, 一穿孔 325为 形成于置磁孔 322底部。
一抵压杆 330, 具有一杆座 331, 一凸柱 332可穿设于第一套筒 320的穿孔 325, 一呈半球状表面的抵顶部 333凸设于凸柱 332的外周圆, 一容置孔 334设 于抵压杆 330的底部, 容置孔 334由抵压杆 330底部向上凹设形成且概呈一圆 形断面。
一第二套筒 340, 具有一概呈宝盖状的筒体 341, 一第一外螺部 342形成于 筒体 341 的底部且螺设于握把 310的螺部 315, 一置磁孔 343 由第二套筒 340 向上凹设形成且其断面呈一圆形, 一筒头 344凸设于筒体 341的上端, 一第二 外螺部 345设于筒头 344。
—挡板 350, 具有一概呈椭圆形的板体 351且供握把 310的第二抵部 314 悍接固定, 一螺孔 352设于板体 351的中间且螺固于第二套筒 340的筒头 344 的第二外螺部 345, 二接设部 353接设于板体 351的两侧且周壁设有螺纹。
三按摩件 360, 采用金属材质制成且概呈锥形, 各按摩件 360各凹设有一 容室 361,一周壁设有螺紋的接设部 362分别设于置磁孔 361的底端并分别螺固 于挡板 350的二接设部 353与第二套筒 340的第二外螺部 345, 而各按摩件 360 螺固后再焊接固定于挡板 350上。
一磁性件组, 其具有多个第一磁性件 371, 容设于第一套筒 320与第二套 筒 340的置磁孔 322、343中,各第一磁性件 371的断面外形尺寸概与置磁孔 322、 343大略相同。多个第二磁性件 372容设于抵压杆 330的容置孔 334中,各第二 磁性件 372的断面外形尺寸概与容置孔 334大略相同。三第三磁性件 373,概呈 圆柱形且分别装设于各按摩件 360的容室 361内。
经由上述结构, 当使用者要使用按摩器时, 用单手握住握把 310, 将抵压 杆 330或各按摩件 360按压在穴道或疲劳酸痛的部位, 用以进行按摩的动作, 在进行按压的同时, 磁性件组可形成一人工磁场, 以促进身体的血液循环, 回 复身体的健康与提振精神。
由此,本发明不仅可利用抵压杆 330与各按摩件 360解决疲劳酸痛的问题, 还可通过磁性件组带动身体的血液循环, 以达到复健医疗的目的。
其中, 握把 310、 挡板 350与各按摩件 360之间除了以螺纹啮合接合外并 且以焊接固定, 由此, 可让各组件组合固定更加稳固。
如图 16与图 17所示, 为本发明第十较佳实施例, 其主要结构与第一较佳 实施例大体相仿, 惟其差异在于:
第二套筒 340A中间贯穿设有一穿孔 347A,—螺部 348A设于第二套筒 340A 的外环且螺固于握把 310A的螺部 315A, 挡板 350A也设有一接孔 355A, —舌 板 390A具有一呈扁平椭圆状的刮板部 391A, 以及一接头 392A接设于刮板部 391A的底端, 刮板部 391A对应套设于挡板 350A的接孔 355A, 而接头 392A 对应套设于第二套筒 340A的穿孔 347A, 并且在各构件组装后, 握把 310A为 悍接固定于挡板 350A。 因此, 本实施例可由舌板 390A提供不同的按摩方式。
综合以上实施例, 可归纳得到本发明按摩器结构的特点如下:
1、本发明的套筒结构与握把的新颖组合结构,可使按摩器的结构更为简化, 并可使内部的抵压杆及磁铁等构件更易于安装。
2、本发明各构件的组合操作方便, 且组合的结构除了以螺接固定外, 还以 焊接固定, 所以结构组合也较为稳固。
3、 本发明具有多个磁性件, 使得按摩器在进行按压时, 可同时利用各磁性 件形成人工磁场, 以达到复健医疗的功效。 工业应用性
本发明提供的按摩器, 可解决身体疲劳酸痛的问题, 还可通过磁性件组带 动身体的血液循环, 以达到复健医疗的目的, 适合身体疲劳或肌肉酸痛的不适 者使用, 以解除身体疲劳, 恢复精力。

Claims

权利要求
1. 一种按摩器结构, 其特征在于包含有:
一握把, 具有一把体可供手部握持, 一置筒孔贯通形成于所述把体, 一第 一抵部形成于所述把体一侧;
一第一套筒, 具有一筒体可插设于所述握把的置筒孔, 一置磁孔凹设形成 于所述筒体, 一筒头接设于所述筒体, 一抵筒部恰可抵设于所述握把的第一抵 部, 一穿孔由所述置磁孔底部向所述筒头开通;
一抵压杆, 具有一杆座容设于所述第一套筒的置磁孔, 一凸柱穿设于所述 第一套筒的穿孔, 一抵顶部凸出于所述第一套筒的筒头;
一第二套筒, 具有一筒体可插设于所述握把的置筒孔, 一筒头接设于所述 筒体;
一磁铁, 容设于所述第一套筒的置磁孔。
2. 如权利要求 1所述按摩器结构, 其特征在于: 所述磁铁的数量为二个以 上, 所述各磁铁为相互错置排列放置于所述第一套筒以及所述第二套筒之间。
3. 如权利要求 1所述按摩器结构, 其特征在于: 所述抵压杆以螺纹固设于 所述第一套筒。
4. 如权利要求 1所述按摩器结构, 其特征在于: 还包含有一第二磁铁, 所 述抵压杆还设有一容置孔供容设所述第二磁铁。
5. 如权利要求 1所述按摩器结构, 其特征在于: 还包含有一第一弹性件弹 抵于所述抵压杆与第一套筒之间。
6. 如权利要求 5所述按摩器结构, 其特征在于: 还包含有一第二弹性件弹 抵于所述磁铁与第二套筒之间。
7. 如权利要求 1所述按摩器结构, 其特征在于: 所述第一套筒以螺纹与所 述第二套筒螺设固接。
8. 如权利要求 1所述按摩器结构, 其特征在于: 所述第二套筒还具有一置 磁孔供容设所述磁铁。
9. 如权利要求 1所述按摩器结构, 其特征在于: 所述 ¾把还具有一第二抵 部, 所述第二套筒还具有一抵筒部恰可抵设于所述握把的第二抵部。
10. 一种按摩器结构, 其特征在于包含有:
一握杆; 一挡板, 设于所述握杆;
至少二按摩件, 设于所述挡板, 且各所述按摩件内部具有一容室; 至少二磁性件, 各所述磁性件设于各所述按摩件的容室内。
11. 如权利要求 10所述的按摩器结构, 其特征在于: 所述各按摩件为焊接 固定于所述挡板。
12. 如权利要求 10所述的按摩器结构, 其特征在于: 所述挡板的一侧具有 多个接设部, 各所述接设部的周缘具有螺纹, 各所述按摩件也具有一接设部, 各所述接设部的周壁也具有螺紋, 所述各按摩件的接设部螺合于所述挡板的接 设部。
13.如权利要求 10所述的按摩器结构,其特征在于:所述握杆具有一封块, 所述封块嵌设于所述握杆的底端。
14. 如权利要求 13所述的按摩器结构, 其特征在于: 所述封块以摩擦熔接 的方式接设于所述握杆。
15. 一种按摩器结构, 其特征在于包含有- 一握把, 具有一把体可供手部握持, 一置筒孔贯通形成于所述把体, 一第 一抵部形成于所述把体一侧,一螺部设于相对所述第一抵部的另一侧的内周壁; 一第一套筒, 具有一筒体可插设于所述握把的置筒孔, 一置磁孔四设形成 于所述筒体, 一抵筒部恰可抵设于所述握把的第一抵部, 一穿孔由所述置磁孔 底部向下开通;
一抵压杆, 具有一杆座容设于所述第一套筒的置磁孔, 一凸柱穿设于所述 第一套筒的穿孔, 一抵顶部设于所述凸柱的顶端;
一第二套筒, 具有一筒体可插设于所述握把的置筒孔, 一第一外螺部设于 所述筒体的底部且螺固于所述握把的螺部, 一筒头接设于所述筒体, 一第二外 螺部设于所述筒头上;
至少一第一磁性件, 装设于所述第一套筒与第二套筒的置磁孔中;
一挡板, 具有一板体接设于所述握把, 一螺孔设于所述板体中间并螺合于 所述第二套筒的第二外螺部;
至少二按摩件, 各接设于所述挡板, 且各所述按摩件内部具有一容室。
16. 如权利要求 15所述按摩器结构, 其特征在于: 还含有至少一第二磁性 件, 设于所述抵压杆的容置孔。
17. 如权利要求 15所述按摩器结构, 其特征在于: 还含有至少二第三磁性 件设于所述各按摩件的容室。
18. 如权利要求 15所述按摩器结构, 其特征在于: 所述挡板的一侧具有至 少一接设部, 所述各接设部的周缘具有螺纹, 所述各按摩件也具有一接设部且 其周壁也设有螺紋, 所述各按摩件的接设部各螺合于所述挡板的各接设部。
19. 如权利要求 18所述的按摩器结构, 其特征在于: 所述各按摩件的接设 部也可螺合于所述第二套筒的筒头的第二外螺部。
20. 如权利要求 15所述按摩器结构, 其特征在于: 所述握把相对于所述第 一抵部的另一侧还设有一第二抵部, 所述挡板为抵接并焊接固定于所述第二抵 部。
21. 如权利要求 15所述的按摩器结构, 其特征在于: 所述各按摩件为焊接 固定于所述挡板。
22. 一种按摩器结构, 其特征在于包含有:
一握把, 具有一把体可供手部握持, 一置筒孔贯通形成于所述把体, 一第 一抵部形成于所述把体一侧,一螺部设于相对所述第一抵部的另一侧的内周壁; 一第一套筒, 具有一筒体可插设于所述握把的置筒孔, 一置磁孔凹设形成 于所述筒体, 一抵筒部恰可抵设于所述握把的第一抵部, 一穿孔由所述置磁孔 底部向下开通;
一抵压杆, 具有一杆座容设于所述第一套筒的置磁孔, 一凸柱穿设于所述 第一套筒的穿孔, 一抵顶部设于所述凸柱的顶端;
