Description
- This application claims priority to U.S. application No. 61/646,705, filed on May 14, 2012, the contents of which are incorporated herein by reference in their entireties.
- It is well known and acknowledged that modern medicine based on chemistry or biology or radiation often comes with undesirable side effects, sometimes serious side effects. For certain disorders, such model medicine is sometimes limited in its effectiveness, thus only being able to control the progression of the disease and not being a long-term or ultimate solution. In such cases, some patients would turn to traditional Eastern medicine which includes, among others, traditional acupuncture, chiropractice, physiotherapy, massage therapy.
- These traditional Eastern medicine methods also have their shortcomings. For example, they may require frequent doctor visits, be invasive (e.g., acupuncture), or also being limited in effectiveness. Specifically, the effectiveness of traditional acupuncture may be too little or too slow (taking too much time). In many cases, Eastern medicine methods may take too much time to see results or have no influence if the underlying conditions are too severe such as big accidents with multiple injuries. Further, as human bodies develop along with the development of the medicine used in medical treatment, in human bodies also have changed to tougher which need up-grade medicines.
- In chiropractice, another traditional Eastern medicine, man power is used to push the spine disc back to liniment. This will not only be dangerous, but also causes paralysis the body. In some worse cases, dislocated or otherwise abnormal spine discs are so locked up that they are impossible to break off. Even after the discs are unlocked, chiropractice is still not a long team solution because the discs will still keep slipping out of the liniment. Thus, chiropractice is unable to stabilize the disc in liniment permanently. If the disc is being pushed back in liniment repeatedly, it may develop to herniated disc which cannot be treated or cured by current medicine.
- On the other hand, physiotherapy may have a little healing effect, mostly by manipulating tendon and ligament and managing or easing the pain by spread the inflammation into different areas inside body. It will take a long time to help change the abnormal condition, but the excises are good to rehab, but not to cure or provide a permanent solution. Similarly, massage therapy, normally manipulating muscle, is good for short-term prevention and relief of tension and does not provide long-term solution. It did not have the power to change any serious damage or condition, but only postpone all the problems.
- Thus, alternative treatment methods are needed to hopefully finally cure the disease or disorders in a time- and cost-effective manner.
- In an aspect, the present invention provides magnetic devices for use on the outer skin of a human body to treat a physical disorder. Each of the devices comprises a magnetic component made of earth magnetic material, a lower metal component for contacting the skin of the human body and configured to match the contour of the skin, an upper metal component for controlling the direction and strength of the magnetic power and optionally configured for hand holding, wherein the upper and lower metal components are on opposite sides of the magnetic component and connected to the magnetic component, and their relative positions remain unchanged when the device is in use, and wherein use of the device is free from electricity.
- In some embodiments, the magnetic component has a round or oval shape or a shape of at least three sides, a diameter or width ranging from about 0.5 inch to 6 inches, a thickness or height ranging from about 0.5 inch to about 6 inches, and the opposites sides where the lower and upper metal components are connected to the magnetic component have substantially flat or even surfaces.

- In some other embodiments, the upper metal component on its top (opposite from the side contacting the magnetic component) has a handle for easy hand holding when it is in use.
- In some other embodiments, each magnetic device further comprises a non-metal cover outside the magnetic component which complete wraps the magnetic components and at least part of the lower and upper metal component.
- In another aspect, the present invention provides non-invasive methods for treating a disorder in a human. FIG. 6 shows an example of the magnetic devices of this invention which has a big curve for contacting human skin. - This invention is a revolution and reform for the treatment or disorders or diseases in the future. It is an organic green medicine without the need to take any natural or synthetic supplements or medicine, it has no side-effects and does not pierce skin. It involves no chemical and does not produce waste and or require recycling.
- It is based on the inventor's many years of exploration for better treatments of disorders or diseases in human bodies. In one aspect, the invention provides a novel class of magnetic devices that provides powerful magnetic signal for infusion into human body (e.g., possibly infusion into the blood which circulates in the body) at the same time are so configured as to fit the contour of skin being contacted for exerting force on the tissue or organ. In another aspect, the invention provides noninvasive methods of treatment of the disorders or diseases by combining the novel magnetic devices and novel techniques derived from the Eastern medicine such as acupuncture, chiropractice, massage, and physical therapy.
- Unlike Eastern medicine, however, this invention has proved to be very effective and can result in surprisingly good result and cure, in a very short period of time in most cases or even instantly in some cases. In fact, the methods of this invention are expected to replace most (e.g., 50-60%), if not all, of the Eastern medicine techniques in the future.
- The novel magnetic devices and methods of this invention have been used to treat emergency medical cases and non-emergency disorders such as chronicle pains and illness, as well as serving as preventive measures (by reducing inflammation).
- For example, without the need to apply force, the invention can break off the dislocated spinal discs of a human patient to instantly release the pressure from the spinal discs, remove damaged tissues and bacteria from the discs, and allow the discs to gain space and heal themselves immediately. Bogging or herniated discs can be treated and cured instantly. Specifically, the magnetic devices and treatment methods of this invention can break down bad tissues surrounding abnormal spinal discs of a human patient and kill the bacteria contained therein. The toxins (including killed bacteria) can then be released from the cartilage in the spinal discs' joints. As a result, the cartilages can be rejuvenated and joints loosened. Once the discs have been loosened, the dislocated or abnormal (e.g., wounded or injured) discs will automatically shift back to the liniment during the body's movement, and start to heal themselves after the gap between the discs is sealed. The patient may, e.g., feel a strong click or shock from the back after a few days or in 2 weeks, indicating that the spinal cord or previously abnormal spinal discs are now in good shape and healthy. This healing can be a permanent result, perhaps throughout the life time of the patient.
- In addition to the just described healing to the physical body, the treatment also brings effective improvement of the internal systems (including) organs of the patient as the spinal discs control directly or indirectly the nerves in other parts of the body. For instance, disorders in the lung, stomach, liver, throat, digest system, and bowel movement have been treated to different degrees by the magnetic devices and methods of this invention.
- The magnetic devices and treatment methods of this invention have also shown to be particularly effective in treating disorders related to brain and center nerve system when they are used in combination with other devices and treatment methods intended for treating the same disorders. It is believed that this invention can break down the blood clouts and clear toxin or unwanted chemicals from tendons and ligaments with blood circulation problem. Thus, blood flow to the brain is unblocked and blood is able to flow in sufficient amount and speed to the brain. At same time, this stimulates the nerves in the brain, to waken-up, or rejuvenate the weakened or damaged nervous and tissues. Many conditions or disorders, such as insomnia, anxiety, migraine and Aneurism, concussions, have been treated instantly by the devices and methods of this invention.
- This invention can cause toxin (such as inflammation or harmful chemicals) in a damaged issue or dysfunctional internal organ (e.g., sweat gland) of a human body to leave the body and regain the function of the tissue or organ, thus healing the damaged tissue or dysfunctional internal organ instead of allowing all the harmful inflammation to be stored in different areas and postpone the problems, thus complicating or worsening the conditions or disorders. Examples of tissues or organs include shoulder, knee, hip, angle, foot, elbow, arm, hand, joint, and wrist.
- The novel magnetic devices and methods of this invention can also be used to treat or remediate pathological conditions that are not necessarily painful or considered serious. Examples of such conditions include scar tissues or damaged muscles.
- It is to be understood that while the invention has been described in conjunction with the detailed description thereof and accompanying figures, the foregoing description and accompanying figures are only intended to illustrate, and not limit the scope of the invention, which is defined by the scope of the appended claims. Other aspects, advantages, and modifications are within the scope of the following claims.
