- the present invention relates to, in an extension manifold for molding plastics connecting the first manifold with the second manifold, an extension manifold for molding plastics controlling thermal expansion comprised forming respectively a hopper type small extension hole in an inlet and an outlet of resin passages in said manifolds, forming a larger extension hole than said hopper type small extension hole in any one passages of said manifolds, together with said small extension hole, and inserting a bush to correspond respectively with said hopper type small extension hole and large extension hole, by means of forced insertion or screw engagement, wherein said bush comprises that in inner surfaces of its both ends tapered faces are formed, in center of its surface a protruded ring is projected, and its length is shorter than whole length of the hopper type small extension hole formed in any one of said manifold and the hopper type larger extension hole and the small extension hole formed in the other one of the manifolds.
- the melted resin is not provided smoothly into the resin passages, thereby plastic articles can not molded smoothly and smartly and each of the extension manifolds should be changed or repaired or cleaned frequently.
- the present invention is to provide an extension manifold controlling thermal expansion of the manifold caused by heat of melted resin by dissolving the defect of the above-stated conventional extension manifold. Furthermore the present invention relates to an extension manifold connected the first manifold with the second manifold that in the inlet and the outlet of the first and second manifolds hopper type small extension holes are formed respectively, in any one hopper type small extension hole of said manifolds a wider large extension hole than said small extension holes is formed in form of a stair, in the other one hopper type small extension hole of said manifolds a female screw is formed in its inner wall and in said small extension holes and a large extension hole of said manifolds a bush that in inner surface of both ends tapered face is formed, the length of the main body is shorter than whole length combined the small extension holes and the large extension hole of said first and second manifolds, in center of its outer surface a protruded ring corresponding to the inner diameter of the large extension hole of said manifold is projected
