Definitions

  • the present invention relates to a commodity hanger and a manufacturing method thereof.
  • Some conventional calendar hangers have a paper surface that is turned up after use of the calendar rolled up above the calendar hanger, and are fastened to the rolled paper surface support plate with a rolled paper surface fastener (see Patent Document 1). It is painful to roll up and keep the monthly calendars together.
  • Patent Document 1 Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2003-211869 (2nd page, Fig. 3)
  • a modern wall-mounted calendar is designed to be hung on a wall or plate with a round hole force at the center of the metal part, or a string sandwiched between the metal parts. Therefore, the monthly calendar has the form of a round hole in the center of the metal part, a form in which a string is sandwiched in the metal part, and a method of separating each month with a paper fastener in the form of a round hole in the center, In the form in which the string is sandwiched between the metal parts, it can be folded back through the string. In this case, however, the calendar paper may be damaged by the string.
  • a calendar or hoster sticks to a wall or board with a thumbtack, so the wall or board is damaged, and a hole is also made in the calendar or hoster itself.
  • "Decorative Product Calendar” includes movie actors, actresses, singers, idols, unique characters, famous paintings and sculptures, photographs and pictures of buildings, etc. More recently, it is the finished product of the power render that turns every month with various photos and pictures registered as World Heritage. If you are a fan or a hobby! /, Such a “decorative calendar” is very important. Even if it is a calendar for turning the moon, it will not be separated from that month. The truth is that it is not separated for permanent storage. [0005] However, if it is not separated for permanent storage, it will not function as a monthly calendar, and it will not be enjoyable as a fan or a person who enjoys it. If you use a thumbtack, etc., even on a single calendar, the holes will open and damage the calendar, so it will not stick to walls or boards. If you can't enjoy it even if you buy it, you end up with nothing.
  • the present invention seeks to solve this problem for such fans and those who enjoy it.
  • the purpose is to create a calendar-specific hanger that can be enjoyed by the fans and people who enjoy it as a monthly calendar.
  • the present invention comprises a "wall-hanging portion A", a "folding space portion B", and a "hanging portion C" force. Since the calendar as a product is suspended, this name is a trademark called “Karengar”.
  • This "wall hanging part A” is a part for hanging on a wall, a plate or a position where it can be hung, and a hanging metal fitting with a round hole in the center is provided.
  • “Folding space part B” is a part for passing the “decorative moon calendar” through the space and folding it down. If there is a space where you can easily pass the paper for one year of the calendar, you can do its job.
  • “Hanging part C” is a part for hooking and fixing the “decorative moon calendar”. The “hanging support part” in FIG. It is useful to hook 35 and 37 where the tool 4 ”is bent and fix it at both ends 3 1 in FIG. The structure in which these three-part forces are constructed is called “Karenga Main Body 1”.
  • “Dedicated Suspension Tool 4” shown in FIG. 23 is a device that directly hangs [decorative moon-turning calendar] and hangs the calendar (Fig. 33). Until then, "Stopper 31" at both ends of Fig. 12 by fitting and hooking into the "hanging support part 22" of Fig. 14 of “Suspension part C" of "Karenga main body 1" above. It can be fixed with.
  • the fixed part 18 has one protection role and two fixing roles.
  • the role of protection is because the paper of the “decorative moon-turning calendar” folds back through the space of “folding space B” and hangs backward, so that the top of the calendar is rounded so that the calendar paper is not damaged.
  • the fixing function is a convex process 34 on the lower side to hold the “decorative moon turning force render 8” hung by hanging on the “exclusive hanger 4” so that it does not come off.
  • a "magnet 21a” is attached to the "protective fixing part 18" so that it cannot be removed without permission. This prevents the calendar from being easily removed.
  • “Suspension replacement part 2A” of “Suspension part C” is used for the metal clasp and paper clasp of the calendar using “Dedicated Suspension 4 and 5”.
  • “Suspension replacement part 2B” of “Suspension part C” is used for paper fasteners with the power render using “Exclusive suspension 6”.
  • the rounded "protection part 26" of [hanging replacement parts 3A and 3B] of "hanging part C" shown in Figs. 7 and 8 has a protective role.
  • the role of protection is rounded at the top so that the paper of the “decorative moon-turning calendar” is not damaged.
  • Figures 57 and 59 show the enlarged partial cross-sectional view of the calendar set.
