Abstract
L'invention concerne un dispositif de serrage multiple conçu pour une machine d'usinage par enlèvement de copeaux, comprenant : une base (12) configurée sous la forme d'un rail, ainsi que des modules (20) qui peuvent être serrés sur cette base de manière amovible. Des grilles (16, 26) coopérant les autres avec les autres sont formées sur chaque module (20) et sur la base (12) et servent à positionner le module, qui peut être déplacé sur la base, sur la longueur de cette base. Les modules (20) comprennent respectivement un système d'ancrage (25) qui coopère avec des éléments d'ancrage formés sur la base (12), de manière que le module puisse être serré sur la base. Les grilles (26) prévues sur le module (20) sont en contact avec les grilles se trouvant sur la base (12) à l'état non serré, tandis que le module (20) repose de manière centrée sur au moins un élément de guidage longitudinal plan (13), à l'état serré. Cette configuration permet de produire lesdits éléments de guidage avec plus de précision, sans engendrer de dépenses supplémentaires, et par surcroît de les manipuler plus simplement.
