Abstract

L'invention concerne un composé de ciment à base d'un ciment hydraulique, d'additifs, d'agrégats et de fibres d'acier. D'une manière plus spécifique, l'invention concerne un composé de ciment résistant à l'impact des balles et à l'absorption d'énergie qui comprend : de 40 à 60 % en poids d'un ciment hydraulique, de 0,10 à 1,0 % en poids d'un retardant, de 0,40 à 2,0 % en poids d'un agent antimousse, de 1,0 à 3,0 % en poids d'un dispersant, de 30 à 40 % en poids d'agrégats de silice de 0,05 à 0,30 mm et jusqu'à 1,50 mm ; de 5 à 30 % en poids de fibres d'acier et de 10,5 à 14,6 % en poids d'eau du mélange sec. De plus, le composé de ciment selon l'invention développe ses propriétés mécaniques et de résistance aux impacts des balles par la réaction chimique de l'aluminosulfate de calcium pendant 12 heures à une température ambiante comprise entre 20 et 40 ° C. Le composé de ciment selon l'invention peut être utilisé pour la préfabrication de carreaux permettant de former des parois, des murs, des plafonds, des sols, etc. et pour la réparation et/ou la fabrication in situ de parois, de murs, de plafonds, de sols, etc., qui sont résistants à l'impact des balles d'armes de calibres 9 mm, .357 Magnum, Magnum 44, .30 rifle, .223 rifle et 7.62 rifle.
