Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé pour synthétiser directement du peroxyde d'hydrogène à base d'hydrogène et d'oxygène comprenant une membrane poreuse pouvant être humidifiée, recouverte de manière catalytique. Selon la technique antérieure, le danger d'une explosion était très élevé, à cause du mélange de l'hydrogène et de l'oxygène en phase gazeuse, lors de la production de peroxyde d'hydrogène. L'objectif de l'invention est d'utiliser un contacteur à membrane pour le gaz et le liquide en vue d'une synthèse, ceci permettant d'éviter un contact direct des deux gaz de réaction dans la phase gazeuse. La mise en contact de la technique antérieure permettait l'introduction de l'oxygène à travers la membrane, et la concentration d'hydrogène diminuait dans une solution de réaction, par inertisation par de l'azote sur au moins la moitié de la concentration d'oxygène dissous obtenue à l'intérieur de la membrane à la limite de la phase gazeuse-liquide.
