  • the second variant is more preferable, that the car thief should not be searched by polices.
  • the software it is possible to provide the record in the CHIP of the car thief biometric points and dump of the information about him on the central database. It is possible to provide a more profound protection, when instead f the unique CHIP (established on an outstanding place) in secret places of the automobile is located a lot of CHIPS which continue to work at the mechanical destruction of the basic one.
  • the analysis shows, that the most dangerous variant of stealing is the non-authorized penetration into the automobile by the car thief in a mask, which mechanically destroys the basic CHIP 9.

But the trimming of any external wire from a power unit 7 on the noncontact CHIP, transforms the CIP in the alarm regime; such automobile will be searched as well as in case that driver has not passed the identification. Such automobiles basically cannot pass one of control body and even to move inside the region.
  • the thief has also other variant, to wait when the driver - owner will pass the identification and under threat of violence to force him to overcome the monitoring system. But such action gets under others, heavier, clause of the criminal code, that in it is protection.

Abstract

L'invention porte sur un procédé d'identification de véhicules, en particulier de voitures. Le procédé selon l'invention consiste, avant le contrôle de la carrosserie du véhicule, à organiser un flux de voitures où le changement de bandes n'est pas autorisé et à créer deux voies d'informations indépendantes pour chaque bande destinée à recevoir des informations biométriques, par exemple des informations reçues de repères visibles par biométrie au moyen d'une caméra vidéo et des informations reçues au moyen d'un récepteur radio qui élimine les informations biométriques de la puce sans contact dont la voiture est équipée, et à procéder à l'identification par comparaison. En cas de divergence des données biométriques reçues par les deux voies indépendantes, la voiture est retirée du flux commun et est soumise à une identification supplémentaire qui consiste à comparer les points biométriques du visage du propriétaire et les données contenues dans la base de données centrale.
