Abstract

Invenţia se referă la domeniul identificării mijloacelor de transport, în special a automobilelor.Dispozitivul de identificare a automobilului include un panou (1) ce conţine semne (3, 4) ce corespund punctelor biometrice ale feţei posesorului automobilului, semne ce conturează gabaritele panoului (1) şi surse punctiforme de lumină, aşezate în poziţiile de amplasare a semnelor (3, 4). Panoul (1) este fixat pe partea interioară a parbrizului sau a sticlei din spate. Semnele (3, 4) sunt executate în formă de acoperire cu peliculă conductoare de curent electric, formează un circuit electric (6) în serie şi sunt conectate la sursa de alimentare (7) printr-un stabilizator de curent (8), iar automobilul (2) este dotat cu un cip fără contact (9), ce conţine informaţie despre punctele biometrice ale feţei posesorului automobilului.Procedeul de identificare a automobilului constă în faptul că înainte de punctul de control fluxul de automobile cu mai multe benzi este organizat fără drept de a schimba banda de circulaţie, iar pe fiecare bandă sunt create câte două canale informaţionale independente pentru recepţionarea informaţiei biometrice, de exemplu, a informaţiei recepţionate prin intermediul camerei video (14) de pe semnele biometrice vizibile de pe panoul (1) automobilului şi a informaţiei biometrice recepţionate printr-un radioreceptor de pe cipul fără contact (9), instalat de asemenea pe panoul (1) automobilului. Identificarea este realizată prin compararea datelor biometrice, iar în caz de necoincidenţă a informaţiei celor două canale independente automobilul este eliminat din flux pentru o identificare suplimentară prin confruntarea cu biometria feţei posesorului automobilului şi compararea acesteia cu centrul de date.
