Abstract

Inventia se refera la domeniul identificarii mijloacelor de transport, in special a automobilelor. Dispozitivul de identificare a automobilului include un panou (1) ce contine semne (3, 4) ce corespund punctelor biometrice ale fetei posesorului automobilului, semne ce contureaza gabaritele panoului(1) si surse punctiforme de lumina, asezate in pozitiile de amplasare a semnelor (3, 4). Panoul (1)este fixat pe partea interioara a parbrizului saua sticlei din spate. Semnele (3, 4) sunt executate in forma de acoperire cu pelicula conductoare decurent electric, formeaza un circuit electric (6)in serie si sunt conectate la sursa de alimentare(7) printr-un stabilizator de curent (8), iar automobilul (2) este dotat cu un cip fara contact (9), ce contine informatie despre punctele biometriceale fetei posesorului automobilului. Procedeul deidentificare a automobilului consta in faptul ca inainte de punctul de control fluxul de automobilecu mai multe benzi este organizat fara drept de aschimba banda de circulatie, iar pe fiecare bandasunt create cate doua canale informationale independente pentru receptionarea informatiei biometrice, de exemplu, a informatiei receptionate prin intermediul camerei video (14) de pe semnele biometrice vizibile de pe panoul (1) automobilului si a informatiei biometrice receptionate printr-un radioreceptor de pe cipul fara contact (9), instalat de asemenea pe panoul (1) automobilului. Identificarea este realizata prin compararea datelor biometrice, iar in caz de necoincidenta a informatiei celordoua canale independente automobilul este eliminat din flux pentru o identificare suplimentara princonfruntarea cu biometria fetei posesorului automobilului si compararea acesteia cu centrul de date.
