This system aims to absorb the resulting shocks on the wheels by rolling effects, decreasing considerably the vibrations transmitted to the motorcycle, as well as to the driver.
  • the fixation system of the front wheel is achieved by an articulation (10) that connects the chassis (9) to the front fender (8) which backup the fork (5) which supports the wheel (6) by axle (7) , this articulation (10) together with the bearing (11) of the front damper (12) allows to keep the fender (8) aligned which supports rigidly the articulation of the fork direction.

That proposed kind of direction, suspension and fixation of wheels solution can be applied to any type of motorcycle or moped.

Abstract

La présente invention concerne un système de direction, de suspension et de fixation pour roues de motocyclette, l'amortissement se produisant en extension au niveau de la roue avant et par compression au niveau de la roue arrière. Le système de direction comprend un essieu directeur (1) relié à la fourche de support (5) de la roue avant (6) de la motocyclette par un mécanisme comprenant un bras de direction (2), une bielle (3) et un bras (4) de la fourche de support (5) de la roue avant. Le système d'amortissement est composé d'un amortisseur (12) fonctionnant en extension entre le châssis (9) et le garde-boue (8) de la roue avant (6). Le système d'amortissement de la roue arrière (20) comprend un amortisseur (14) fonctionnant par compression entre le châssis (9) et le balancier (16) qui assure, avec la bielle (18), la connexion avec le garde-boue arrière (19). Ce système de direction, de suspension et de fixation de roue proposé peut être appliqué à n'importe quel type de motocyclette ou de cyclomoteur.
