　容器を持つ手のすべての指先が自由な状態となり、容器を持った状態で更に他の物を持つことができる立食用容器を提供する。 　パーティー又はバーベキュー等での使用に特に適した立食用容器である。立食用容器は、表面が凹状に形成された容器本体と、前記容器本体の周縁部の一部に設けられ容器本体の裏面側から親指及び人差指を通すことができる差込孔を有する保持部とを具備することを特徴とする立食用容器。容器の周縁部で、保持部の両側に箸押え部を設けることもできる。

発明の効果
[0009] 本発明の立食用容器によれば、差込孔に親指及び人差指を通すと共に手の甲で 容器の裏側を支持することにより容器を安定に保持することができる。
[0010] さらに、本発明の容器によれば、差込孔を通った親指及び人差指を含む、すべて の指先は自由な状態であるため、容器を保持したまま、更に他の物例えばコップ等を 持つことができる。コップを持った人は、その手の姿勢を、コップ内の液体がこぼれ出 ないように無意識に調整するが、その調整はまた、容器内の食べ物が容器力 こぼ れ出な 、ように作用するのに寄与する。

[0012] 図 1において、参照番号 1は容器本体を示し、上面は食べ物を入れるために凹状 に形成されている。容器本体は、使用用途等により、陶磁器製、プラスチック製、木 製、紙製、金属製などの何れであっても構わない。凹状部の表面には、図 2に示すよ うに、食べ物を仕切るための線状突起 2が数本設けられる。この線状突起 2は、容器 本体 1が例えば紙あるいは薄い金属箔で形成される場合には、容器本体 1の強度を 増すための機能として重要である。容器本体 1の周縁部の一箇所は他の箇所に比べ て若干引っ込むように形成され、そしてこの部分に、二つの指挿入孔 3a, 3bを有した 保持部 4が取り付けられる。指挿入孔 3a, 3bの間隔は、親指と人差指を無理なく挿 入するのに都合の良い間隔である。また、左右どちらの手の親指及び人差指でも挿 入できるように、指挿入孔 3a, 3bは同一の形状 (直径)であることが望ましい。保持部 4は、容器本体 1と同一材料で一体的に形成されてもよぐまたは本体の材料とは別 の他の材料で別部品として構成されても良い。容器本体 1と保持部 4が紙、薄い金属 箔、薄いプラスチック等で一体的に構成される場合には、材料自体が若干の可撓性 を持って!/、るので、特に指が入る部分である保持部 4の材料としては好都合である。 容器本体 1と保持部 4が、陶磁器、木、厚い金属等で構成される場合には、可撓性を 有する紙等で構成される場合に比べて、保持部 4の指挿入孔 3a, 3bの間隔を若干 狭くするなどして、指が入り易いように工夫することが好ましい。また、容器の保持部 4 に指を入れて使用するときには、図 1のように保持部 4は容器本体 1の面に対して直 角に近い角度となる力 容器を使用しないで重ねておくときには、容器本体 1の面に ほぼ等しい角度となっている方が重ね易いので、紙、薄い金属箔、薄いプラスチック 等の可撓性を有する保持部 4は、容器本体 1に対して接続部 5において折り曲げ可 能な状態で取り付けられることが好まし 、。
[0013] 容器本体 1の周囲部で、保持部 4の両側部には、箸押さえ部 8a, 8bが設けられる。
容器本体 1が紙、プラスチック等で形成される場合には、材料自体に可撓性があるこ とから特に都合が良い。図 3に特に明確に示されている如ぐ利き手である右手を自 由にしたいとき、または、コップを図示の如く持っている状態で、利き手である右手に 持ち替えて飲む場合に、持ち替えに先立ち、利き手に持っていた箸を箸押え部 8aに 引っ掛けておくことにより、箸の脱落を確実に防ぐことができる。

[0023] 次に、本発明による立食用容器の使用方法を説明する。図 1乃至図 4に示す第 1実 施例にあっては、親指及び人差指を、容器本体 1の裏側方向から、保持部 4の指揷 入孔 3a, 3bにそれぞれ通し、容器本体 1の裏面の凹部 7が、図 1及び図 3に表わされ ているように、親指及び人差指の根元付近の手の甲に載るように持つ。このとき、親 指及び人差指を含むすべての指先部分は自由な状態であるため、コップ 10等を更 に持つことが可能である。コップ 10を手に持った状態では、人はごく自然に、そのコ ップ内の飲み物がこぼれないような姿勢を保とうとするので、それは同時に、容器本 体 1内の食べ物が容器力もこぼれ出ない作用に寄与することになる。コップ 10を手に 持った状態で、利き手の箸で容器本体 1内の食べ物を食べることができる。また、利 き手の箸を容器本体 1上に載せてから、コップ 10を利き手（図示実施例の場合には 右手）に持ち替えて飲むことも容易に行なえる。
