发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对上述存在的技术问题而提供一种实用性强、 节 约资源效果显著, 可以利用热辐射使旧沥青路面软化, 并快速剥离, 再将 旧的沥青路料二次原地利用的沥青路面软化翻修机。
一种沥青路面软化翻修机, 它是这样实现的:
它是由热辐射剥离装置、 二次加热传输装置及纵横向加热传输、 刮、 压装置三部分构成;
热辐射剥离装置是在加热器内设的多个网格中分别设有热辐射加热装 置, 加热器与剥离铲通过液压支承装置相连, 剥离铲后部设有二次加热传 输装置;

纵横向加热传输、 刮、 压装置的前部设有进料口, 外筒上设有多个热 辐射加热装置; 与外筒一端的电机相连的轴上设有螺旋杆, 螺旋杆一端设 有出料口; 外筒底部一端设有活动轴板, 外筒中下部设有弧形轨道, 弧形 轨道两侧设有弧形轨道轮; 外筒后部通过液压支承装置与刮板和压板相连。
所述的二次加热传输装置的传送带内设有主动轮和从动轮。

本发明的优点是可以使沥青路料再次原地利用, 实用性非常强, 可以 直接设置在工地上, 有利于节约资源, 减少环境污染。 本发明省去洗铯机 和洗铯工艺对路料粉碎性的损坏, 路料可再次原地利用, 因而节省原材料 及往返运输路料的费用, 同时也可以省去造价昂贵又不便于运输的摊铺机, 从而又大大降低了沥青路面大修的成本, 节约资金效果显著, 并且工程进 度也得到了较大的提高; 2004年末我国高速公路通车里程已高达 34000公 里, 而目前还在快速增长, 因此高速公路大修市场非常巨大, 具有很好的 市场前景, 经济效益及社会效益可观。

第三部分: 纵横向加热传输、 刮、 压装置的前部设有进料口 18, 外筒 12的外壁上设有多个热辐射加热装置 21; 与外筒 12—端的电机 14相连的 轴上设有螺旋杆 13, 螺旋杆 13—端设有出料口 19; 外筒 12底部前端设有 活动轴板 15, 外筒中下部设有弧形轨道 11, 弧形轨道两边设有弧形轨道轮 10。 外筒 12后部通过液压支承装置 22与刮板 16和压板 17相连。 轨道上 设一电机, 外筒 12可以在弧形轨道上往返运动。
具体实施时, 热辐射加热装置 2、 20、 21可以是由微波、 光波或电磁 波等均可。
使用时只要将加热器 1前端连接件上的圆孔用螺丝紧固于大功率机动 车上即可, 将第二部分二次加热传输装置和第三部分纵横向加热传输、刮、 压装置也设置在宽体窄驾驶室的机动车上一同使用, 所载装置可延伸出车 体前, 所用电源可根据施工地点不同, 可自带发电机和电网电力两用。

杆 13进行搅拌传输的同时, 又一次经过热辐射加热装置 21的加热过程, 直至路料经外筒 12—端的出料口 19落入刮板 16和压板 17前, 即可进行 铺平初压工作。 经过刮板 16和压板 17的平铺工序后, 最后只需由压路机 压平, 该路面即铺设完毕。

本发明所述的沥青路面软化翻修机, 它主要是以网格化、 多点式利用 微、 光波辐射, 软化沥青路面, 由于微波有较强的穿透性, 而光波地表加 热较快, 电磁波用于桥梁结头处, 在很短的时间内可使 4厘米左右的沥青 路面软化, 达到可以剥离的目地, 而对软化剥离出的沥青路料可重新加热 绞拌后再次使用, 从而大大节省了沥青路面大修的费用。
与现有沥青路面洗铯工艺相比省时、 省力、 省资金、 大大减少资源浪 费, 而且具有环保等优点。
本发明所述的沥青路面软化翻修机的第一部分热辐射剥离装置可用于 冰雪路面及机场跑道融冰雪; 还可以利用微波辐射控制水中藻类生长, 土 壤杀虫灭菌等一机多用。
