Claims (7)
- 사각 기둥을 횡축으로 눕힌 형상의 프레임(3)의 일측면에 발전기(2)를 설치하고, 그 타측면에 적외선 발생기(1)를 설치하고, 상기 발전기(2)에서 적외선 발생기(1)까지 연결되어 에너지를 전달하는 전선(4)으로 이루어지되, 상기 적외선 발생기(1)는 그 저부가 요철형상을 취하고, 그 요철형상 면에 중첩되도록 크롬 재질의 반사판(13)을 인접한 반사판과 사잇각이 45°가 되도록 설치하고, 그 반사판에 인접하여 다수개의 적외선 램프(14)가 설치된 것에 있어서,상기 적외선 램프(14)는 텅스텐을 발열체로 하고, 그 내부에 할로겐가스 및 질소가스를 봉입하여 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 아스팔트 가열장치.

- 도로 새김(Street print)을 위해, 미리 포설된 아스팔트를 가열하여 아스팔트에 유동성을 부여한 후, 그 유동성을 갖는 아스팔트의 상부로 다이아몬드형, 벽돌형, 아치형, 타원형, 원형 등 균일하게 반복되는 무늬를 갖는 틀을 거치하고, 틀이 거치된 아스팔트 위로 컴팩트를 이용하여 가압하여 다짐하고, 다짐이 완료되면 틀을 제거하고, 그 상부로 코팅제를 도포하는 것으로, 상기 가열은 제 1항에서와 같은 적외선 가열장치를 통해 발생되는 0.8 ~ 9 ㎛의 적외선으로 0.5 ~ 30분간 가열하여 아스팔트를 30㎝의 깊이로 균일하게 90 ~ 350℃로 상승시키거나, 또는 통상의 마이크로파 발생장치를 통해 발생되는 1500MHz의 고주파를 이용하여 0.5 ~ 30분간 가열하여 90 ~ 350℃로 상승시키는 것에 있어서,상기 코팅제는 1차 코팅제로 시멘트 25 ~ 35중량%, 탄산칼슘 30 ~ 40중량%, 규사 25 ~ 35중량%, 폴리카본산계염 4 ~ 8중량%, 하이드록시에틸셀룰로즈 6 ~ 9중량%를 균일 혼합하여 이루어지고, 2차 마감 코팅제로 아크릴 폴리머 35 ~ 55중량%, 시멘트 30 ~ 39%, 실리카 15 ~ 25%를 균일 혼합하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 아스팔트 가열방법.
