技术领域 本发明涉及一种安放通信或电子设备用的箱体, 尤其涉及一种用于 安装通信设备的箱体。
背景技术
良好的箱体环境是保证通信产品安全稳定运行的前提条件之一, 通 信设备安装箱体对于环境有明确的要求, 如气候环境要求、 生物环境要 求、 空气洁净度环境要求、 机械应力环境要求等。 然而通信设备箱体现 实状况往往是封闭性较差, 不能满足设备防护等级要求, 而且由于所处 周边环境较差, 特别是箱体建设在污染源附近时, 如冶炼厂、 煤矿、 采 暖锅炉等粉尘富集的环境, 直接受到腐蚀性气体、 粉尘等各种环境因素 影响, 导致设备以及功能模块上很容易积聚大量的粉尘。 同时, 随着通 信业务量的变化, 功能模块本身温度变化也受外界环境影响, 如在白天 业务量较大的情况下功能模块的温度较高, 反之在夜晚业务量小的情况 下功能模块的温度较低。 当功能模块的温度降低到一定程度时, 空气中 的水汽在其表面凝结产生水珠凝露, 凝露与堆积粉尘混合物就会附着在 功能模块上, 由于粉尘中含有大量的腐蚀性物质, 从而会加速腐蚀功能 模块上的元器件和单板, 严重地影响通信设备的使用寿命。
为了降低凝露和粉尘对通讯设备的腐蚀, 保证设备可靠运行, 提高 其使用寿命, 设备常常采用额外防护措施, 具体的额外防护措施有:
1、 整机结构防护, 将通信箱体全封闭;
这种措施的缺点是需要耗费大量材料, 同时施工成本也加大。
2、 对元器件和单板进行表面涂覆抗腐蚀材料;
表面涂覆工艺复杂, 需要定制专用设备, 而且涂覆后对大功率功能 模块的散热有较大影响, 同时功能模块维修去除涂覆材料比较困难, 综 合成本增加, 不能满足客户良好性价比需求; 再有抗腐蚀材料价格较高, 加工工艺复杂, 综合成本增加, 不能满足客户良好性价比需求。
这就需要有一种全新的合理有效的通信箱体结构, 以有效地减少箱 体中的粉尘; 同时通过在箱体中合理布置, 以减少在设备中产生凝露, 从而使设备与功能模块不需要额外防护设计, 就能满足产品运行环境要 求, 综合成本降低。
发明内容 本发明提供一种用于安装通信设备的箱体, 可以减少或避免在设备 中产生凝露, 还可减少粉尘的污染, 从而使设备与功能模块不需要额外 防护设计, 就能满足产品运行环境要求, 综合成本降低。
根据本发明的一方面, 提供一种用于安装通信设备的箱体, 在箱体 中设有间隔单元, 将箱体分成用于设置通信设备的设备室与通道; 间隔 单元上开有连通设备室与通道的内门; 通道与箱体外相通处为外门。
所述的内门与外门分別设于箱体通道的两端。
所述的设备室内还有空调机安装部, 且所述的通信设备与空调机安 装部分别设于设备室的两边。
所述的空调机安装部位于开设内门的一边。
所述的空调机安装部与通信设备的高度不同。
所述的箱体上还可以开有窗户。
所述的窗户开设于设备室中内门的一边。
所述的窗户开设于通道中。
所述的间隔单元为隔墙板。
由以上技术方案可知, 本发明所述的信设备箱体, 在箱体中设有间 隔单元, 将箱体分成设备室与通道; 间隔单元上开有连通设备室与通道 的内门; 通道与箱体外相通处为外门。 内门与外门错开的结构, 可以使 由外门可能进入的粉尘也会在通道中被截留下来, 不会进入设备室中对 通信设备造成危害。
此外, 空调机设于设备室的斜上方, 这样空调机出来的冷风不直接 吹向通信设备, 不会造成通信设备温度过低, 也就不会在通信设备上产 生凝露。 为了减少粉尘进入箱体的机会, 箱体上不开窗户或少设窗户。 无论是门与窗户在布置时避开污染源。 尽量減少粉尘进入箱体的机会。 从而使设备与功能模块不需要额外防护设计, 就能满足产品运行环境要 求, 综合成本降低。

具体实施方式 本发明所述的通信设备箱体, 其具体实施方式如图 1:
一般用于安装通信设备的箱体, 箱体内部需布置通信设备 1和为保温 而设的空调机 2; 本发明在箱体中设有隔墙板 5, 将箱体分成设备室 7与通 道 8, 隔墙板上开有连通设备室 7与通道 8的内门 3; 通道 8与箱体外相通处 为外门 4。
当然, 也可以采用其他的间隔单元来取代所述隔墙板。
图 1中所示, 外门 4设在箱体的前面的左端, 内门 3设于隔墙板 5的右 端; 这种设有隔墙板 5 , 内门 3与外门 4错开的结构, 可以使可能由外门 4 进入的粉尘会在通道 8中被截留下来, 不会进入设备室 7中对通信设备 1造 成危害。
设备室 7内安装通信设备 1与空调机 2; 通信设备 1安装于设备室的左 端, 远离内门 3 , 这样即使有进入设备室 7中的粉尘也很难到达通信设备 1 上。 空调机 2的安装部设于设备室 7的右端, 其高度要比通信设备高一些, 也就是设于通信设备 1的右斜上方, 这样空调机 2出来的冷风不直接吹向 通信设备 1 , 不会造成通信设备 1温度过低, 也就不会在通信设备 1上产生 凝露。
为了减少粉尘进入箱体的机会, 箱体上最好不开窗户。 如确需在开 窗户时, 可以将窗户 6开在如图 1所示箱体右端的墙上、 或者开在通道中 箱体前面的墙 Ji。
需要注意的是, 无论是门与窗户, 在布置时都尽可能避开污染源。 尽量减少粉尘进入箱体的机会。 以上所述通信设备箱体, 仅为本发明较佳的具体实施方式与有代表 性的具体实施方式, 同时所述通信设备箱体的结构也仅是有代表性的结 构; 但本发明的保护范围并不局限于此, 任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人 员在本发明揭露的技术范围内, 可轻易想到的变化或替换, 都应涵盖在 本发明的保护范围之内。 因此, 本发明的保护范围应该以权利要求书的 保护范围为准。

权 利 要 求
1、 一种用于安装通信设备的箱体, 其特征在于, 在箱体中设有间隔 单元, 将箱体分成用于设置通信设备的设备室与通道; 所述间隔单元开 有连通设备室与通道的内门; 通道与箱体外相通处为外门。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的用于安装通信设备的箱体, 其特征在于, 所述的内门与外门分别设于箱体通道的两端。
3、 根据权利要求 1所述的用于安装通信设备的箱体, 其特征在于, 所述的设备室还包括空调机安装部, 且所述的空调机安装部与通信设备 分别设于设备室的两边。
4、 根据权利要求 3所述的用于安装通信设备的箱体, 其特征在于, 所述的空调机安装部位于开设内门的一边。
5、根据权利要求 3或 4所述的用于安装通信设备的箱体,其特征在于, 所述的空调机安装部与通信设备的高度不同。
6、 根据权利要求 1所述的用于安装通信设备的箱体, 其特征在于, 所述的箱体上还开有窗户。
7、 根据权利要求 6所述的用于安装通信设备箱体, 其特征在于, 所 述的窗户开设于设备室中内门的一边。
8、 根据权利要求 6所述的用于安装通信设备的箱体, 其特征在于, 所述的窗户开设于通道中。
9、 根据权利要求 1所述的用于安装通信设备的箱体, 其特征在于, 所述间隔单元为隔墙板。
