Abstract

La présente invention concerne un procédé pour appliquer un renfort structurel (2) sur un profilé fermé ou déjà fermé en raison du processus (1), en particulier un profilé transformé par formage sous haute pression intérieure. Ce procédé consiste à ménager au moins un évidement (3) dans le profilé (1), à introduire le renfort structurel (2) dans cet évidement (3) du profilé (1), puis à visser le renfort structurel (2) au profilé (1), le renfort structurel (2) fermant alors en même temps l'évidement (3) du profilé (1). Cette invention concerne également un profilé fermé ou déjà fermé en raison du processus (1), en particulier un profilé transformé par formage sous haute pression intérieure qui comprend un renfort structurel (2). Ce profilé (1) est pourvu d'au moins un évidement (3) dans lequel le renfort structurel (2) est introduit. Le renfort structurel (2) est vissé au profilé (1) de manière à fermer l'évidement (3) du profilé (1). On obtient ainsi un procédé pour appliquer un renfort structurel (2) sur un profilé fermé ou déjà fermé en raison du processus et un profilé fermé ou déjà fermé en raison du processus présentant un renfort structurel qui sont simples et économiques à réaliser et qui n'entraînent pas d'irrégularités des composants liées à la chaleur.
