Abstract

L'invention concerne un échangeur de chaleur comprenant au moins un tube ou une paire de plaques définissant un passage d'écoulement possédant une section de faible hauteur. Cet échangeur de chaleur est équipé d'un moyen permettant de déclencher des turbulences comprenant une pluralité de rangées de structures, logé à l'intérieur du passage d'écoulement, de façon à produire une faible chute de pression ou une forte chute de pression. Ce moyen permettant de déclencher des turbulences comprend des structures de faible hauteur conçues pour remplir au moins partiellement les sections de faible hauteur du passage d'écoulement et ainsi réduire le débit de dérivation. Dans certains modes de réalisation préférés de l'invention, l'échangeur de chaleur comprend des tubes ou des paires de plaques définissant des passages d'écoulement comportant des bords de faible hauteur, le moyen permettant de déclencher des turbulences comportant également des bords de faible hauteur.
