Abstract

L'invention appartient au domaine de la médecine et sert à désinfecter ou à stériliser des matériaux ou des objets. Le dispositif comprend une chambre de travail munie d'un goulot de chargement et de déchargement des objets à désinfecter ou à stériliser. Le dispositif comprend un accessoire pour pressuriser ou dépressuriser la chambre de travail, une source de gaz désinfectant et/ou stérilisant. A l'intérieur de la chambre de travail on a monté une source de produit neutralisant et/ou un absorbeur de gaz désinfectant et/ou stérilisant, réalisé de manière à pouvoir être activé avant, pendant ou tout de suite après l'injection du gaz désinfectant et/ou stérilisant dans la chambre de travail. La vitesse de neutralisation et/ou d'absorption est choisie de manière à ce que la durée d'action du gaz désinfectant et/ou stérilisant sur les objets placés dans la chambre de travail soit suffisante pour que l'effet désinfectant et/ou stérilisant puisse se développer, et que l'effet du produit neutralisant et/ou de l'absorbeur soit suffisant pour la neutralisation ou l'absorption complète du gaz stérilisant au moment où le processus de traitement est terminé. La source de gaz désinfectant et/ou stérilisant et la source du produit neutralisant et/ou de l'absorbeur sont disposées à l'intérieur de la chambre de travail, de manière à être éloignées l'une de l'autre à une distance maximale. L'invention permet de neutraliser et/ou d'absorber le gaz désinfectant et/ou stérilisant dans la chambre de travail du dispositif après le traitement des objets soumis à la désinfection ou à la stérilisation.
