Abstract
L'invention appartient au domaine de la métallurgie et concerne plus précisément des procédés, des dispositifs et des compositions de bains de fusion destinés à l'application de revêtements sur des pièces en fonte et en acier par l'immersion dans le bain de fusion d'aluminium, de zinc ou de leurs alliages. L'invention concerne aussi des procédés de préparation de la surface d'articles avant l'application d'un revêtement et des flux utilisés pendant l'application de revêtements à partir de bains de fusion de zinc dopés d'aluminium. Le procédé prévoit l'immersion totale de la pièce qui reçoit un revêtement dans le bain de fusion du caloporteur qui est disposé sous la couche du matériau de revêtement en fusion. Après l'immersion dans le bain de fusion du caloporteur, on retient la pièce jusqu'à ce qu'elle atteigne la température du bain de fusion puis on la retire à travers la couche supérieure du matériau en fusion; un revêtement est appliqué à ce stade. Le dispositif se présente comme une cuve verticale réchauffée de l'extérieur comprenant un corps interne réchauffée, qui forment un bain de fusion circulaire. Le bain est muni d'une partie supérieure supplémentaire montée par-dessus.
