Abstract

L'invention concerne un ensemble de création d'une articulation métatarsophalangienne, comportant un implant (2) en cuvette, présentant des contours extérieurs bombés, destiné à être logé sur le moignon métatarsien (1) du gros orteil, se présentant sous la forme de deux parties sphériques. Ledit implant (2) comporte un élément de protection (4) formé sur l'arête de base (3), s'étendant dans un segment circulaire de 30° à 180°.
