在移动增值业务中, 个性化回铃音 (Coloring Ring Back Tone, 简称 "CRBT")业务是一项用户作为被叫用户时生效的业务。具体的说, 就是申请 业务的用户可以通过多种方式设置或管理回送给呼叫自己的用户的回铃音, 当有用户呼叫该用户时, 主叫用户听到的就不再是单调的回铃音, 而是由被 叫用户在系统中设定的个性化回铃音, 回铃音可以是一段音乐, 也可以是被 叫用户自己设定的留言等。

在 WCDMA和 TD-SCDMA系统中, 对于回铃音的处理, 核心网 (Core Network, 简称" CN") 网络侧向用户设备 (User's Equipment, 简称" UE")提 供了两个选择, 一是被叫终端播放回铃音, 一是 CN网络侧提供回铃音。 当 被叫终端播放回铃音时,被叫终端根据 CN网络侧发送的振铃消息(Alerting) 携带的信息元素(Information Element, 简称" IE"), 播放自身存储的铃声; 当 CN网络侧提供回铃音时, 被叫终端播放由 CN网络侧提供的回铃音。
现有的技术方案中, CN协议框架中为 12.2Kbps语音用户提供了铃声文 件, CN可以实现 12.2Kbps语音信道的回铃音。
在实际应用中,上述方案存在以下问题:现有的回铃音的技术应用在 VP 业务时, 回铃音实现的效果参差不齐, 而且不能够实现回铃图像。 造成这种情况的主要原因在于, 一方面作为被叫用户 UE的手机性能和 质量不统一, 且回铃音不是网络统一定制, 具体的说, 现有的技术方案中, CN为 VP业务搭建的是透明通道, CN的协议层不涉及解析高层的 Y?业务 图像和声音的处理, 因此 CN无法简单的通过 12.2Kbps语音信道给主叫用户 播放网络定制的业务回铃音, 限于不同的 UE在处理上的差异, 通过透明通 道传送的非网络定制的回铃音在主叫用户 UE上播放的效果参差不齐; 另一 方面, 根据相关协议规定, 现有 VP业务的回铃形式只有声音, 没有和回铃 相关的回铃图像, 无法由 CN网络侧播放定制的回铃图像给主叫用户 UE。 发明内容

为实现上述目的, 本发明提供了一种可视电话业务中的回铃音和回铃图 像实现方法, 包含以下步骤:

图 4是根据本发明的一个较佳实施例的 3G系统中回铃音和回铃图像实 现方法的流程图;
图 5进一步具体说明了图 4所示的实现回铃音和回铃图像的方法的流程; 图 6是根据本发明的另一较佳实施例的 3G系统中回铃音和回铃图像实 现方法的流程图。
具体实施方式
为使本发明的目的、 技术方案和优点更加清楚, 下面将结合附图对本发 明作进一步地详细描述。
图 3显示了依照本发明的实现可视电话业务中的回铃音和回铃图像的系 统。
如图 3所示, 该系统包括控制模块 1、主叫用户 2和被叫用户 3。该主被 叫用户均为用户终端一 UE。
其中, 控制模块 1在 VP业务的主叫用户 2发起呼叫并等待被叫用户 3 接听时, 获取可视电话业务中的主叫用户 2支持的语音和图像编码格式; 并 按照主叫用户 2能够支持的编码格式, 通过 VP业务系列协议中的语音和图 像通道, 向主叫用户 2播放预先定制的语音和图像 (回铃音和回铃图像)。
其中, 主叫用户 2能够支持的编码格式可以由控制模块 1通过解析该主 被叫用户的 VP业务交互信息元素 (Information Element, 简称 "IE")获取, 也可以通过控制模块 1和主叫用户 2预先协商决定。 这样, 就能有效保证回 铃音播放的效果和质量, 并且支持回铃图像。 当然控制模块 1还获取可视电 话业务中的被叫用户 3能够支持的编码格式, 通过 VP业务系列协议中的语 音和图像通道, 向被叫用户 3播放预先定制的语音和图像。
另外, 在依照本发明的实现可视电话业务中的回铃音和回铃图像的系统 应用于 WCDMA系统或者 TD-SCDMA系统时, 该控制模块 1可设置于核心 网 (CN), 而实现可视电话业务中的回铃音和回铃图像的系统应用于固网、 Internet时,该控制模块 1可设置于介于主被叫用户之间的交换机或者路由器。 为了更好的说明本发明方案, 下面结合上述图 3所示的系统结构来说明 本发明的较佳实施例。 需要指出的是, 在较佳实施例中, 以实现可视电话业 务中的回铃音和回铃图像的系统应用于 WCDMA系统或者 TD-SCDMA系统 为例进行说明。
根据本发明的一个较佳实施例的 3G系统中实现回铃音和回铃图像的方 法的流程如图 4所示, 该图所示流程的执行时间有两种。 一种是在 CN准备 向 RNC发出用于振铃 (Alerting) 的直接传送 (Direct Transfer) 消息时; 另 一种是 CN在收到来自无线接入承载(Radio Access Bearer, 简称 "RAB") 的分配响应(RAB Assignment Response)消息后,准备向 RNC发出用于连接 ( connect) 的直接传送 Direct Transfer消息之前。
如图 4所示, 首先进入步骤 310, CN解析主被叫用户的 VP业务的协议 交互信息, 并获取主叫用户的语音和图像编码格式。 其中, 该步骤中解析的 交互信息可以是 VP业务的相关 IE。
接着进入步骤 320, CN选择性过滤和屏蔽主被叫用户之间传输的语音和 图象。可以理解, 上述两个步骤都要求 CN解析 VP业务系列协议, 即 CN此 时对于 VP系列协议来说并非透明通道。
接着进入步骤 330, CN采用步骤 310中获取的主叫用户的语音和图像编 码格式, 向主叫用户播放回铃音和回铃图像。 其中, 该回铃音和回铃图像由 CN网络侧定制, 并通过 CS64Kbps业务信道播放给主叫用户。
接着进入步骤 340, CN收到被叫用户发送的连接 (Connect) 或断开 (Disconnect) 消息后停止播放回铃音和回铃图像。 其中, Connect表示被叫 用户接受主叫用户的呼叫, Disconnect表示被叫用户拒绝主叫用户的呼叫。
图 5进一步具体说明了图 4所示的实现回铃音和回铃图像的方法的流程。 如图 5所示, 在 CN中的主交换模块(MSC)准备向 RNC发出用于振铃 (Alerting) 的直接传送 (Direct Transfer) 消息时; 或者 MSC在收到来自无 线接入承载(Radio Access Bearer,简称" RAB")的分配响应(RAB Assignment Response) 消息后, 准备向 RNC发出用于连接(connect) 的直接传送 Direct Transfer消息之前, 该流程主要包括:
l. VTAPP Connected:主叫用户收到 Alerting后,开始和被叫用户协商建 立 VPAPP通道。
2. VP Application: Session Setup(Codec aligned): 建立线程, 准备主被叫 用户之间的通信。
3. VP Application:Codec's initialization: 主被叫用户之间完成编码协商,
MSC通过对编码协商信令进行解析,来获得主叫用户所支持的语音和图像编 码方式。
4. VP Audio and Video Stream opened (RX): 主被叫用户之间完成语音和 图像流的端口建立, 准备开始接收图像。 MSC通过对该过程的数据流解析, 获知主被叫用户可以进行图像发送和接收。以上过程均由协议交互信息实现, 而在过程 3中, 协议交互信息包括编码协商信令, 且编码协商信令包括主叫 用户所支持的语音和图像编码方式,因此 MSC通过解析协议交互信息即可获 得主叫用户所支持的语音和图像编码方式。
5. MSC开始向主被叫用户发送回铃音和回铃图像。
6. 由于此时 MSC正在向主被叫用户发送回铃音和回铃图像, 主被叫用 户之间并不需要进行数据的传送, 所以 MSC屏蔽用户数据, 不转发给对端, 仅维持 MSC和用户之间的 VP链路(选择性过滤和屏蔽主被叫用户之间传输 的语音和图象)。
7. MSC收到来自被叫用户的 connect消息后,转发 connect消息给主叫用 户, 并中止回铃音和图像。
8. MSC转发主叫用户的 Connect ACK消息给被叫用户。
9. MSC开始转发用户的数据: 同时主被叫用户不再收到来自 MSC的回 铃音和回铃图像, MSC不再屏蔽和过滤数据, 开始进行用户数据的收发。
由此, 通过上述流程, 使得 CN网络侧中的 MSC可以在主叫用户以 VP 业务呼叫被叫用户时, 向其播放有质量保证的回铃音和回铃图像。
值得注意的是,核心网 CN主要包括 MGW (媒体网关,用于处理用户面 数据)和 MSC (用于处理控制面信令)。 并且, 由于 MSC只能对控制面信令 (例如上述的编码协商信令)进行处理, 且控制面信令都是经由 MGW传送 到 MSC, 而 MGW可对控制面信令以及用户之间的 VP数据进行处理, 所以 上述 CN中 MSC实现的播放回铃音和回铃图像的流程也可由 MGW实现,其 流程一致, 在此不再复述。
基于本发明的上述原理, 在如图 6所示的本发明的另一个实施例中, 采 用了其他方式获取 VP业务中主叫用户 UE支持的语音和图像编码格式,实现 本发明的目的。和前一个较佳实施例相同, 图 6所示流程执行时间也是在 CN 准备向 R C发出用于振铃(Alerting)的直接传送(Direct Transfer)消息时、 或者在 CN收到来自 RAB的分配响应(RAB Assignment Response) 消息后, 准备向 RNC发出用于连接 (connect) 的直接传送 Direct Transfer消息之前。
如图 6所示, 首先进入步骤 410, CN和主叫用户事先约定或协商基于 CS64Kbps业务信道的语音和图像编码格式。需要说明的是,该步骤可以在主 叫用户发起 VP业务呼叫后, 在下一个步骤进行之前任意时刻进行。
接着进入步骤 420, CN通过 CS64Kbps业务信道以步骤 410协商得到的 语音和图像编码格式, 向主叫用户播放回铃音和回铃图像。 与前一个实施例 相同, 该回铃音和回铃图像由 CN网络侧定制, 并通过 CS64Kbps业务信道 播放给主叫用户。
接着进入步骤 430, CN收到被叫用户发送的 Connect或 Disconnect消息 后停止播放回铃音和回铃图像。如上所述, Connect表示被叫用户接受了主叫 用户的呼叫, Disconnect表示被叫用户拒绝了主叫用户的呼叫。
实现可视电话业务中的回铃音和回铃图像的系统应用于固网、 Internet (利 用因特网拨打 IP电话)时, 其处理流程与上述依照图 4和图 5的描述基本一 致, 唯一不同之处在于该控制模块为介于主被叫用户之间的交换机或者路由 器, 当然也可以是交换机或者路由器中的一控制单元。 在此不再复述。
虽然通过参照本发明的某些优选实施例, 已经对本发明进行了图示和描 述, 但本领域的普通技术人员应该明白, 可以在形式上和细节上对其作各种 各样的改变, 而不偏离所附权利要求书所限定的本发明的精神和范围。

Claims

权利 要 求 书
1. 一种实现可视电话业务中的回铃音和回铃图像的方法, 其特征在于, 在网络侧设置具有解析功能的控制模块, 该方法包含以下步骤:
A控制模块获取可视电话业务中的主叫用户支持的语音和图像编码格 式;
B所述控制模块采用所述语音和图像编码格式, 通过电话业务系列协议 中的语音和图像通道, 向所述主叫用户播放所述回铃音和回铃图像。
2.根据权利要求 1所述的实现可视电话业务中的回铃音和回铃图像的方 法, 其特征在于, 所述方法在以下时刻执行:
所述控制模块准备向无线网络控制器发出用于振铃的直接传送消息时, 或者
所述控制模块收到来自无线接入承载的分配响应消息后, 准备向所述无 线网络控制器发出用于连接的直接传送消息前。
3.根据权利要求 2所述的实现可视电话业务中的回铃音和回铃图像的方 法, 其特征在于, 还包含以下步骤:
D 当所述控制模块收到来自所述可视电话业务中的被叫用户的连接或 拒绝消息后, 停止播放所述回铃音和回铃图像。
4.根据权利要求 3所述的实现可视电话业务中的回铃音和回铃图像的方 法, 其特征在于,
所述步骤 A中, 所述控制模块通过解析所述主被叫用户的可视电话业务 的交互信息元素, 获取所述语音和图像编码格式; 并且, 所述方法还包含以 下步骤:
C所述控制模块屏蔽所述主被叫用户之间传输的回铃音和回铃图像。
5.根据权利要求 3所述的实现可视电话业务中的回铃音和回铃图像的方 法, 其特征在于,
所述步骤 A中, 所述控制模块与所述主叫用户事先约定或协商所述语音 和图像编码格式。
6.根据权利要求 4或 5所述的实现可视电话业务中的回铃音和回铃图像 的方法, 其特征在于,
所述步骤 B中,所述控制模块通过 64千比特每秒电路交换业务信道向所 述主叫用户播放所述回铃音和回铃图像。
7.根据权利要求 1到 5任意一条所述的实现可视电话业务中的回铃音和 回铃图像的方法, 其特征在于, 所述方法用于宽带码分多址系统、 时分同步 码分多址系统、 固网或 Intemet。
8.根据权利要求 7所述的实现可视电话业务中的回铃音和回铃图像的方 法, 其特征在于,
在所述方法用于宽带码分多址系统或时分同步码分多址系统时, 所述控 制模块为核心网中的 MSC或 MGW,且该核心网根据主被叫用户之间的协议 交互信息获取可视电话业务中的主叫用户支持的语音和图像编码格式, 该协 议交互信息中的编码协商信令包括主叫用户所支持的语音和图像编码方式; 在所述方法用于固网或 Internet, 所述控制模块为交换机或路由器。
9.根据权利要求 8所述的实现可视电话业务中的回铃音和回铃图像的方 法, 其特征在于,
在所述核心网向主被叫用户发送回铃音和回铃图像的情况下, 核心网屏 蔽用户数据, 不转发给对端用户, 仅维持核心网和用户之间的 VP链路。
10. —种实现可视电话业务中的回铃音和回铃图像的系统, 包括控制模 块和主被叫用户, 其特征在于,
控制模块获取可视电话业务中的主叫用户支持的语音和图像编码格式; 以及
所述控制模块采用所述语音和图像编码格式, 通过电话业务系列协议中 的语音和图像通道, 向所述主叫用户播放所述回铃音和回铃图像。
11.根据权利要求 10所述的实现可视电话业务中的回铃音和回铃图像的 系统, 其特征在于,
所述控制模块准备向无线网络控制器发出用于振铃的直接传送消息时, 或者所述控制模块收到来自无线接入承载的分配响应消息后, 准备向所述无 线网络控制器发出用于连接的直接传送消息前, 所述控制模块获取主叫用户 支持的语音和图像编码格式并向主叫用户播放所述回铃音和回铃图像。
12.根据权利要求 11所述的实现可视电话业务中的回铃音和回铃图像的 系统, 其特征在于,
当所述控制模块收到来自所述可视电话业务中的被叫用户的连接或拒绝 消息后, 停止播放所述回铃音和回铃图像。
13.根据权利要求 12所述的实现可视电话业务中的回铃音和回铃图像的 系统, 其特征在于,
所述控制模块通过解析所述主被叫用户的可视电话业务的交互信息元 素, 获取所述语音和图像编码格式;
并且, 所述控制模块进一步在收到来自所述可视电话业务中的被叫用户 的连接或拒绝消息后, 屏蔽所述主被叫用户之间传输的回铃音和回铃图像。
14.根据权利要求 12所述的实现可视电话业务中的回铃音和回铃图像的 系统, 其特征在于,
所述控制模块与所述主叫用户事先约定或协商所述语音和图像编码格 式。
15. 根据权利要求 13或 14所述的实现可视电话业务中的回铃音和回铃 图像的系统, 其特征在于,
所述控制模块通过 64千比特每秒电路交换业务信道向所述主叫用户播 放所述回铃音和回铃图像。
16. 根据权利要求 10到 14任意一条所述的实现可视电话业务中的回铃 音和回铃图像的系统, 其特征在于,
所述系统用于宽带码分多址系统、 时分同步码分多址系统、 固网或 Internet
17.根据权利要求 16所述的实现可视电话业务中的回铃音和回铃图像的 系统, 其特征在于,
在所述系统用于宽带码分多址系统或时分同步码分多址系统时, 所述控 制模块为核心网中的 MSC或 MGW,且该核心网根据主被叫用户之间的协议 交互信息获取可视电话业务中的主叫用户支持的语音和图像编码格式, 该协 议交互信息中的编码协商信令包括主叫用户所支持的语音和图像编码方式; 在所述系统用于固网或 Internet, 所述控制模块为交换机或路由器。
18.根据权利要求 17所述的实现可视电话业务中的回铃音和回铃图像的 系统, 其特征在于,
在所述核心网向主被叫用户发送回铃音和回铃图像的情况下, 核心网屏 蔽用户数据, 不转发给对端用户, 仅维持核心网和用户之间的 VP链路。
