本发明采用如下技术方案:一种表面为曲面的塑料蜂窝复合板,包括: 一塑 料面板和一塑料底板,该塑料面板为曲面形,该塑料面板的边缘与该塑料底板的 边相连接,其间形成一封闭空间; 至少一蜂窝纸芯层, 该蜂窝纸芯层位于塑料面 板和塑料底板之间,该蜂窝纸芯层与曲面形的塑料面板之间形成一异形空间;至 少一塑料发泡填充体,该塑料发泡填充体填充于蜂窝纸芯层与曲面形的塑料面板 之间的异形空间内。

前述的塑料面板、塑料底板可为吸塑塑料板、吹塑塑料板或热压直接成型塑 料板。
前述的塑料面板边缘向下弯折,塑料底板边缘向上弯折,弯折形成的边框互 相叠合连接, 该叠合处采用超声波焊接方式或胶粘方式进行密闭性固定连接。
前述的塑料面板、 塑料底板的边缘为正方形、 矩形、 圆形、 椭圆形或异形。 由上述对本发明的描述可知,采用本发明的结构,将发泡填充体和峰窝纸芯 层有机结合,填充在曲面塑料面板和塑料底板之间,创造性地实现异形表面的塑 料峰窝复合板, 以适应具有该种需要的场合,克服了长久以来业内人士认为塑料 蜂窝复合板难以实现异形表面的偏见。

具体实施例
本发明的具体实施例一, 参照图 1和图 2, '一种表面为曲面的塑料蜂窝复合 板,包括一塑料面板 1和一塑料底板 2,该塑料面板 1为略微向下凹陷的曲面形, 该种形状适于作为椅面, 该塑料面板 1边缘 11向下弯折, 塑料底板 2的边缘 21 向上弯折,弯折形成的边框互相叠合连接,该叠合处采用超声波焊接方式或胶粘 方式进行密闭性固定连接,其内部形成一封闭空间,该封闭空间内设有一蜂窝纸 芯层 3,该蜂窝纸芯层 3顶面与曲面形的塑料面板 1内侧面之间形成一异形空间, 该异形空间内填充有一塑料发泡填充体 4, 该蜂窝纸芯 3底面与塑料底板 2之间 紧密贴合。
塑料底板 2向下凸出形成一凸部 22,该凸部 22内侧面与蜂窝纸芯层 3之间 埋设有内衬件 5, 内衬件 5可为管件、 型材、 注塑件、 五金件中的一种或几种所 构成的复合件;可通过管件或型材构成一封闭框体,注塑件或五金件作为加强件, 通过卡接、螺紋连接或焊接固定在该框体的角部, 可以加强角部抗冲击能力, 也 起连接作用; 也可通过管件或型材构成一 U形框体、 或一 II形框体、 或一 H形 框体,注塑件或五金件作为加强件,通过卡接、螺紋连接或焊接固定在该框体的 角部。
塑料面板 1、 塑料底板 2可为吸塑塑料板、 吹塑塑料板或热压直接成型塑料 板, 其边缘的形状可为正方形、矩形、 圆形、椭圆形或异形, 并不局限于其中的 某一种。
由于本复明巧妙的将发泡填充体 4和蜂窝纸芯层 3有机结合,填充在曲面塑 料面板 1和塑料底板 2之间形成的空间内,即有效的利用了蜂窝纸芯层 3垂直方 向强度高、用料少等优点,又克服了蜂窝纸芯层 3上顶面难以加工为异型曲面的 困难, 使曲面塑料峰窝复合板具有良好的实用性。
本发明的具体实施例二, 参照图 3和图 4, 包括一塑料面板 1和一塑料底板 2, 该塑料面板 1形状为略向上凸起的曲面形, 且一边较高一边较低, 该种形状 适于作为扶手;该塑料面板 1边缘 11向下弯折,塑料底板 2的边缘 21向上弯折, 弯折形成的边框可以互相叠合连接, 形成一封闭空间;
蜂窝纸芯层 3下底面黏结在塑料底板 3上, 其两边缘处设有内衬件 5, 该蜂 窝纸芯层 3顶面与曲面形的塑料面板 1内侧面之间形成一异形空间,该异形空间 内填充有一塑料发泡填充体 4。
其余结构与实施例一相同。
本发明的具体实施例三, 参照图 5, 塑料蜂窝复合板, 塑料面板 1基本为平 面, 其边缘处向下倾斜形成锥面, 蜂窝纸芯层为两层 31、 32, 其上层 31的边缘 相对于下层 32的边缘向内缩进, 塑料面板 1的曲面相应包括一对应于蜂窝纸芯 层上层 31顶面的平面部分和一由该平面部分周缘向蜂窝纸芯层下层 32周缘延伸 的锥面部分 10, 而其发泡填充体 4填充于该锥面部分 10、 蜂窝纸芯层上层 31 外周面、 蜂窝纸芯层下层 32顶面边缘之间形成的空间内。 该种复合板的顶面大 部分区域为平面, 其边缘处形成锥面, 适于桌面板等需要使用该种形状的场合。 其塑料面板 1和塑料底板 2之间没有埋设内衬件,而是在塑料底板 2底面边缘处 设有起支撑、 加强作用的加强杆 50。
上述仅为本发明的几个具体实施例,但本发明的设计构思并不局限于此,凡 利用此构思对本发明进行非实质性的改动, 均应属于侵犯本发明保护范围的行 为。
工业实用性
本发明一种表面为曲面的塑料蜂窝复合板,巧妙的将发泡填充体 4和蜂窝纸 芯层 3有机结合,填充在曲面塑料面板 1和塑料底板 2之间形成的空间内, 即有 效的利用了蜂窝纸芯层 3垂直方向强度高、用料少等优点,又克服了蜂窝纸芯层 3上顶面难以加工为异型曲面的困难。 且加工简单、 大批量工 化生产, 具有 良好的工业实用性。

Claims

权 利 要 求
1、 一种表面为曲面的塑料蜂窝复合板, 包括:
一塑料面板和一塑料底板, 该塑料面板为曲面形, 该塑料面板的边缘与该塑 料底板的边相连接, 其间形成一封闭空间;
至少一蜂窝纸芯层, 该蜂窝纸芯层位于塑料面板和塑料底板之间, 该蜂窝 纸芯层与曲面形的塑料面板之间形成一异形空间; .
至少一塑料发泡填充体, 该塑料发泡填充体填充于蜂窝纸芯层与曲面形的 塑料面板之间的异形空间内。

2、如权利要求 1所述的一种表面为曲面的塑料蜂窝复合板,其中,所述塑料 底板向下凸出形成一凸部, 该凸部内侧面与蜂窝纸芯层之间埋设有内衬件。
3、如权利要求 1所述的一种表面为曲面的塑料蜂窝复合板, 其中,所述蜂窝 纸芯层的外周缘与塑料面板、 塑料底板边缘连接处之间埋设有内衬件。
4、如权利要求 2或 3所述的一种表面为曲面的塑料蜂窝复合板,其中, 所述 内衬件为管件、 型材、 注塑件、 五金件中的一种或几种所构成的复合件。
5、如权利要求 4所述的一种表面为曲面的塑料蜂窝复合板,其中,所述的管 件或型材构成一封闭框体,所述的注塑件或五金件作为加强件,通过卡接、螺纹 连接或焊接固定在该框体的角部。
6、如权利要求 4所述的一种表面为曲面的塑料蜂窝复合板,其中, 所述的管 件或型材构成一 U形框体、 或一 II形框体、 或一 H形框体, 所述的注塑件或五 金件作为加强件, 通过卡接、 螺紋连接或焊接固定在该框体的角部。
7、如权利要求 1所述的一种表面为曲面的塑料蜂窝复合板,其中, 所述的塑 料面板呈向内凹陷的曲面或向外凸出的曲面。
8、如权利要求 1所述的一种表面为曲面的塑料蜂窝复合板,其中, 所述的蜂 窝纸芯层为两层,其上层的边缘相对于下层的边缘向内缩进,所述塑料面板的曲 面相应包括一对应于上层蜂窝纸芯层顶面的平面部分和一由该平面部分周缘向 下层蜂窝纸芯层周缘延伸的锥面部分,所述的发泡填充体位于该锥面、上层蜂窝 纸芯层外周面、 下层蜂窝纸芯层顶面边缘之间形成的空间内。
9、如权利要求 1所述的一种表面为曲面的塑料蜂窝复合板,其中,所述的塑 料面板、 塑料底板为吸塑塑料板、 吹塑塑料板或热压直接成型塑料板。
10、 如权利要求 1所述的一种表面为曲面的塑料蜂窝复合板, 其中, 所述的 塑料面板边缘向下弯折,塑料底板边缘向上弯折,弯折形成的边框互相叠合连接, 该叠合处采用超声波焊接方式或胶粘方式进行密闭性固定连接。
11、 如权利要求 1所述的一种表面为曲面的塑料峰窝复合板, 其中, 所述的 塑料面板、 塑料底板的边缘为正方形、 矩形、 圆形、 椭圆形或异形。
