- the PTC resistance element 4 is arranged at a point on the average radius with respect to a circle (strip-shaped circle) formed by the heating coil 1 when viewed from the lower side of the plate 3.
- the average radius represents the radius of the circle formed by the center line of the belt-shaped circumference formed by the heating coil 1. This is because the temperature distribution is generated on the bottom surface of the pan 6 in accordance with the magnetic flux distribution generated by the heating coil 1, and the temperature distribution is relatively high on the circumference of the average radius, and the other parts (the heating coil). This is because if the PTC resistance element 4 is placed on the average radius, the abnormally high temperature can be detected with high sensitivity, because the temperature near the center and outside of the circle formed by 1 is relatively low.

Further, the control unit 2 stops the supply of current to the heating coil 1 when the temperature of the plate 3 detected via the PTC resistance element 4 exceeds a predetermined set temperature during the current supply. This prevents the pan 6 from becoming overheated. If the set temperature is exceeded, the current to the heating coil 1 may be suppressed.

Give selectively.
- the pan 6 placed on the plate 3 is heated by electromagnetic induction by the heating coil 1.
- the temperature of the pan 6 is transmitted to the PTC resistance element 4 through the plate 3, and the resistance value of the PTC resistance element 4 changes according to the temperature of the pan 6.
- the temperature detection unit 23 of the CPU 22 detects the temperature of the pan 6 based on the resistance value change of the PTC resistance element 4. Based on the detected temperature value, the heating control unit 24 of the CPU 22 determines the power output adjustment. Based on the determination result, the coil energization control unit 21 adjusts the output of the heating coil 1.
- an AC voltage is applied between the terminals of the PTC resistance element 4 from the commercial AC power supply 11 via the insulating transformer 12, and the PTC resistance element 4 generates heat by the AC power. Since the insulation transformer 12 is provided between the commercial AC power supply 1 1 and the PTC resistance element 4, for example, even if the PTC resistance element 4 is short-circuited, the failure range is expanded to other locations due to the large energy of the commercial AC power supply 11. Since there is nothing, safety can be ensured. In addition, since an AC current is passed through the PTC resistance element 4 to heat it, it becomes difficult to generate electromidality due to a long-term DC current supply, and a conduction failure caused by this can be prevented.

- the thick broken line represents the temperature of the lower surface of the plate 3 (hereinafter referred to as plate temperature ⁇ ) detected in a state where the PTC resistance element 4 is heated by applying a voltage higher than a predetermined voltage.
- the plate temperature Tn is shown as a comparative example for explaining the operation of the plate temperature Tp, and the NTC resistance element is arranged at a position sufficiently away from the PTC resistance element 4. Unlike this operation, when a temperature detection operation is performed by applying a very small voltage to the PTC resistor element 4 to detect the resistance value, the plate temperature Tp changes in the same way as Tn.
- the pan temperature Ta and the plate temperature Tn are equal to the ambient atmosphere temperature.
- the temperature at this time is Tnl.
- Tj 260 ° C. above the Curie point Tc.
- the operating point of the PTC resistance element 4 moves to the high temperature side as in the case where the ambient atmosphere temperature rises. For this reason, the plate temperature Tp also rises, and overheat detection operation is performed with the plate temperature ⁇ at the elapsed time tl as the set temperature Tp-u.
- FIG. 5 is a diagram showing a temperature detection operation when the pan 6 is heated by a rapid temperature change.
- the heating control unit 24 controls the heating coil 1 so that the output current to the heating coil 1 is increased, the pan temperature Ta rises with a steep slope from the initial value Tnl, and a large time delay occurs with respect to this temperature rise.
- the plate temperature Tn also gradually rises from the initial value Tnl with a gentle gradient.
- the plate temperature Tp also gradually rises with a gradual gradient from Tpl, which is higher than Tnl, with a time lag with respect to the rise of the pan temperature Ta.
- the plate temperature Tp reaches the set temperature Tp-u at, and the plate temperature Tn reaches the set temperature Tn-u at an elapsed time t4 with a delay.
- the time delay of overheat detection is shorter when the plate temperature Tp reaches the set temperature Tp-u than when the plate temperature Tn reaches the set temperature Tn-u.
- the temperature is detected based on the change in the resistance value of the PTC resistance element 4, that is, the change in the heat generation amount. Can be realized.

- element numbers used in the description of the second embodiment elements having the same configuration as in the first embodiment are given the same numbers and the description thereof is omitted.
- an NTC resistance element 104 is provided in contact with the lower surface of the plate 3.
- the NTC resistance element 104 is arranged at the center of the circle formed by the heating coil 1 when viewed from the lower side of the plate 3. Since only a small voltage for resistance value detection is applied to the NTC resistance element 104, the amount of current is very small, and a large detection error occurs when the induced current due to the magnetic flux generated by the heating coil 1 is superimposed. End up. In order to avoid this influence, when the heating coil 1 has a band shape with no gap as in the second embodiment, the NTC resistance element 104 is arranged at the center of the circle.
- control unit 2 is a heating button
- the heating coil 1 is switched between supplying and stopping current, and the temperature detected by the PTC resistor element 4 or NTC resistor element 104 is predetermined during the current supply.
- the set temperature of is exceeded, supply of current to heating coil 1 is stopped. This prevents the pan 6 from overheating.
- FIG. 7 is a circuit block diagram showing a configuration of the electromagnetic cooking device shown in FIG.
- the temperature of the pan 6 can be obtained by detecting the resistance change of the NTC resistance element 104 due to heat transfer through the plate 3 by the temperature detection unit 23 of the CPU 22 of the control unit 2.
- the temperature detection value is transmitted to the heating control unit 24 of the same CPU 22 together with the temperature detected by the PTC resistance element 4 to determine the power output adjustment.
- the coil energization control unit 21 adjusts the output of the heating coil 1.
- the temperature can be detected by the PTC resistance element 4 and the NTC resistance element 104, respectively. Since the power output adjustment is determined, a high-performance electromagnetic cooker is realized.
- Embodiments 1 and 2 described so far energization to the heating coil is stopped (or suppressed) when the temperature detection value reaches the set temperature.
- the pan 6 with a small heat capacity is heated with high power, the pan temperature Ta rises very rapidly, so there is a concern that the temperature measurement system of the present invention cannot perform safe overheat detection. Remain. For this reason, when the detected temperature change amount per hour is large, not just by determining whether the set temperature has been reached, that is, the detected temperature rise per unit time by the PTC resistance element (or NTC resistance element) is predetermined.
- the set temperature Tp_u Even before n_u, it is conceivable to stop (or suppress) energization of the heating coil 1 by a command from the heating control unit 2 to the coil energization control unit 21.
- overheat detection delays can be prevented.
- the PTC resistance element 4 has both the role of detecting the temperature by changing the resistance value and the role of preheating so as to keep the vicinity of the temperature detection element at a high temperature. Also, it is good as a configuration that plays these roles with separate elements.
- a heating resistance element 204 that is also in contact with the lower surface of the plate 3 is provided as a preheating portion in the vicinity of the NTC resistance element 104 that is in contact with the center of the lower surface of the plate 3.
- the NTC resistance element 104 plays a role of temperature detection, and therefore, as shown in FIG. 9, it is connected to the temperature detection unit 23 of the CPU 22 of the control unit 2 and its change in resistance value is detected.
- the temperature value obtained from this change in resistance value is transmitted to the heating control unit 24 of the same CPU 22 to determine the power output adjustment. Based on the determination result, the coil energization control unit 21 outputs the output of the heating coil 1. Adjustments are made.
- the heating resistance element 204 plays a role of preheating so as to keep the vicinity of the NTC resistance element 204 at a high temperature. Therefore, the heating resistance element 204 is connected between the secondary coil terminals of the insulation transformer 12, and the insulation transformer 12 is connected from the commercial AC power source 11. Through AC power. Even with such a configuration, it is possible to realize an electromagnetic cooker with little overheating detection time delay.
