Abstract

本発明は、複数キャリアを用いた同時通信に対応したスケジューリングと再送制御方式を提供する。利用するキャリア各々について、伝搬路情報及びデータ復号結果の通知を行わせ、再送回数の管理を行うことで、複数キャリアの同時再送制御を行う。これによって、基地局−端末間で同時に複数のキャリアを用いて通信を行う場合にも、再送制御を含むスケジューリングができる。また、通信品質の向上、スループットの向上ができる。

Description

通信制御方法、 無線通信システム及び無線通信機 技術分野
本発明は、 マルチキャリアによる無線通信システムの再送制御方法に関するも ので、 特に移動通信システムに適用して好適である。 背景技術 明 第 1図に、 一般的なセルラ通信のシス田テム構成を示す。 複数の端末 (移動局) 1 0 3、 1 0 4、 1 0 5、 1 0 6が無線を介して基地局 1 0 1、 1 0 2と通信を 行い、 基地局 1 0 1、 1 0 2は基地局制御局 1 0 7の制御の下、 前記端末同士、 もしくは、 固定網 1 0 8に属する通信機器と通信を確立する。 固定網 1 0 8に属 する通信機器と通信を確立する場合、 所属する全端末の中から一部の端末を選択 する。
このような無線通信システムにおいて、 基地局におけるスループットを向上さ せるために、 所属する端末の中で通信可能な伝送速度の高いものを優先して選択 する手段 (スケジューリング)が知られている。 例えば、 A. Jalali, R. Padovan l, and R. Pankaj, Data throughput of し i)MA— HDR a high efficiency- high da ta personal communication wireless system, " IEEE VTC— Spring 2000, Tokyo, Japan, May 2000. (非特許文献 1 ) に、 所属する端末各々に測定させた伝搬路状 況を受信可能な最大伝送速度という形で通知させ、 平均レートとの比が最大の端 末を送信対象として決定することにより、 端末間の公平性を確保しつつ基地局の スループットを向上させる技術が示されている。
また、 時間ダイバーシチの効果を得る方法として、 A R Q (Automatic Repeat reQuest) 方式による再送制御を行い、 更に過去の同一データの受信結果を利用 して復号を行う H A R Q (Hybrid ARQ) 方式が知られている。
これらの方式の組合せにより、 端末間の公平性を確保しつつ、 各端末との通信 は端末の状態に応じた品質の通信を行うことが出来る。 例えば 3GPP2 C. S0024 Ve rsion4.0 "cdma2000 High Rate Packet Data Air Interface Specification" pp .9-62—9-67 (非特許文献 2) では、 伝送速度毎に最大再送回数を設定して HA R Q通信を行い、 再送終了時 (最大回数送信終了、 もしくは端末側から復号完了の 通知を受信) にスケジューリングを行う技術が示されている。
従来技術の制御シーケンスを第 2図に示す。 まず、 基地局は送信対象とする端 末に向けて送信データとパイロット信号の時多重信号 (201) を送信する。 端 末は該パイロット信号から S I R (信号对干渉電力比) を算出し (202) 、 D RC (その S I Rで受信可能な最大伝送速度の情報) を基地局側へ送信する (2 04) 。 また、 同時に、 拡散されたデータの誤り訂正復号を行い (203) 、 誤 り検出結果 (205) を基地局側へ送信する。
結果の送信は受信の 3スロット後であるため、 誤り訂正復号は 3スロット以内 に行う。 基地局は誤り検出結果を基に再送か新規データ送信かを判断し、 新規デ ータ送信時は全端末の DRCを基に送信対象とする端末を決定する (206) 。 従来技術の基地局におけるデータ送信タイミングを第 3図に示す。 時刻 1で送 信したデータ (301) に対するデータ復号結果 (302) は時刻 4に受信され る。 その結果を基にスケジューリング (303) の要否を判定し、 時刻 5の送信 データ (304) を時刻 1で送信したデータ 301の再送とするか新規データと するかを決定する。
このようにデータ復号結果の返信を待つ必荽があり、 データの再送は 4スロッ トおきとなる。 よって、 時刻 1におけるデータと時刻 2、 3、 4におけるデータ は各々独立に送信可能であるため、 基地局は 4並列でデータ送信を行う。 以降、 データ送信タイミング 1を例に記述する。 タイミング毎の時刻 t .1— 1と絶対時 刻との対応は第 3図の通りである。
従来技術のスケジューリング動作トリガを第 4図に示す。 これは時刻 t 1-4 において端末 Aの第 1のデータ (以降 " A1" と表記) (401) の再送が終了 (402) してスケジューリング (403) が行われ、 端末 Aが選出され時刻 t 1—5からデータ A 2 (404) が送信開始される場合である。 前記データ復号 結果が復号成功であった場合の他、 規定の再送回数を再送終了した場合に 402 が有効となる。 従来技術のスケジューリングは所持データの優先度による選出と評価指標によ る選出の 2段階で行う。 第 5図は基地局に A、 B、 Cの 3端末が所属し、 端末 A は優先度 1、 2、 3のデータを格納するキュー 501、 502、 503各々にデ ータを持ち、 端末 Bは優先度 1、 2、 3のデータを格納するキュー 504、 50 5、 506のうち 506にのみデータを持ち、 端末 Cは優先度 1、 2、 3のデー タを格納するキュー 507、 508、 509のうち 508、 509にデータを持 つ場合の例である。 この場合、 最も優先度の高い優先度 1のキューにデータを持 つ端末 Aを送信対象とする。
第 6図は基地局に A、 B、 Cの 3端末が所属し、 端末 Aは優先度 1、 2、 3の データを格納するキュー 501、 502、 503のうち 502、 503にデータ を持ち、 端末 Bは優先度 1、 2、 3のデータを格納するキュー 504、 505、 506のうち 506にのみデータを持ち、 端末 Cは優先度 1、 2、 3のデータを 格納するキュー 507、 508、 509のうち 508、 509にデータを持つ場 合の例である。 この場合、 最も優先度の高い優先度 2のキューにデータを持つ端 末 Aと Cのうち、 通知する評価指標の高い方の端末を送信対象とする。
従来技術の動作フローチャートを第 7図に示す。 まず、 前回送信したデータに 対するデータ復号結果 (ステップ 701) を受信する。 ステップ 701が復号成 功であるか、 もしくは規定の回数再送を行った場合、 スケジューリングの動作ト リガを有効とする (ステップ 702) 。 ステップ 702のスケジューリングの動 作トリガが有効である場合、 所属する全ての端末について、 最も優先度の高い送 信データの情報と、 通知する伝搬路情報を収集する (ステップ 703) 。 ステツ プ 703の結果より、 送信データを持つ端末が存在する (ステップ 704) 場合 、 最も優先度の高いデータを持つ端末を候捕に選出し (ステップ 705) 、 ステ ップ 703で収集された伝搬路情報から算出した評価指標が最も大きな端末を送 信対象とする (ステップ 706) 。 送信開始したデータは送信待ちキューから削 除し、 上位層による再送制御の可能性を考慮して一定時間削除待ちのキューに格 納する (ステップ 707) 。
従来方式による端末側無線通信機の構成を第 8図に示す。 アンテナより受信さ れた信号は無線周波数回路 (801) にてベースバンド帯域の信号に変換され、 該、 ベースバンド帯域の信号は、 変復調部 (810) に入力され、 復調器 (80 2) にて検波等の復調処理が施され、 符号化単位毎に誤り訂正復号化器 (804 ) にて復号される。 なお、 誤り訂正復号化器 (804) にて復号する際には、 過 去に受信した同一データに関する復調結果を加算して (803) 随時誤り訂正復. 号を行う。 通信路復号化器 803にて誤り訂正された結果は誤り検出部 (805 ) において誤りを検出し、 誤りの有無を受信品質情報として作成する。 該、 受信 品質情報並びに伝搬路情報は、 パイロット信号生成部 (806) で生成されるパ ィロット信号、 並びに誤り訂正符号化器 (807) にて通信路符号化を受けたデ ータ信号と変復調部 (810) の多重化器 (808) にて符号多重化される。 前 記、 多重された信号は変調器 (809) にて変調され、 無線周波数回路 801を 介して無線伝搬路に送出される。
該、 受信側無線通信機から送出された信号は、 第 9図に示す基地局側無線通信 機にて受信される。 基地局側無線通信機は復調部 (906) で全端末分の復調を 実行する。 801、 802、 803の動作は端末側無線通信機と同様である。 伝 搬路情報抽出部 (904) は前記伝搬路情報を、 データ復号結果抽出部 (905 ) は前記データ復号結果を各々抽出する。 906で収集されたデータ復号結果と 再送回数管理部 (907) で管理する再送回数よりスケジューラトリガ作成部 ( 908) が動作トリガを作成し、 該動作トリガと収集された伝搬路情報より送信 データ決定部 (909) が送信データを決定する。 該送信データは削除待ちデー タ管理部 (910) に移されると共に誤り訂正符号化器 (91 1) にて通信路符 号化を受け、 パイロット信号生成部 (91 2) で生成されるパイロット信号と多 重化器 (913) にて符号多重化される。 前記、 多重された信号は変調器 (91 4) にて変調され、 無線周波数回路 (901) を介して無線伝搬路に送出される
発明の開示
従来のシステムでは基地局—端末間は単一キヤリァを用いて通信を行うことを 想定していたが、 周波数方向のダイバーシチ効果を考慮すると、 同時に複数のキ ャリァで通信を行うことも有効であると考えられる。 現在はそのような複数キヤ リァのスケジユーリング、に対応していないという問題がある。
従って、 本発明の第一の目的は、 複数キャリアを用いた同時通信に対応したス ケジユーリングと再送制御の方式を提供することである。
利用するキャリア各々について、 伝搬路情報及びデータ復号結果の通知を行わ せ、 再送回数の管理を行うことで、 複数キャリアの同時再送制御を行う。
本発明によれば、 基地局一端末間で同時に複数のキヤリアを用いて通信を行う 場合にも、 再送制御を含むスケジューリングが可能となる。 また、 複数キャリア であることの利点を活用し、 特定端末の通信品質を向上させることやシステム全 体のスループットを向上することが可能となる。 図面の簡単な説明

本発明の実施の形態について図面を参照して説明する。
(第 1実施形態)
本発明では、 第 1図に示す従来と同様のセルラ通信のシステム構成が用いられ る。 キャリア毎の送信先端末は、 従来と同様時刻毎に一つだが、 複数キャリアを 用いて通信を行う点が従来と異なる。 これにより、 時刻毎に同時送信可能なデー タ量が増加し、 その特徴を利用した新たな再送制御が可能となる。
以下、 本発明の再送制御アルゴリズムについて説明する。
本発明の第 1の方法の制御シーケンスを第 1 0図に示す。 まず、 基地局はキヤ リア各々について、 送信対象とする端末に向けてデータとパイロット信号の時多 重信号 (1 0 0 1 ) を送信する。 端末は全てのキャリアについてパイロット信号 から S I R (信号対干渉電力比) を算出し (1 0 0 2 ) 、 キャリア毎に伝搬路情 報を基地局側へ送信する (1 0 0 4 ) 。
また、 受信データがある端末は、 自局宛の受信データが存在するキャリア毎に 拡散されたデータの誤り訂正復号を行い (1 00 3) 、 データが正しく復号され たか否かを示す各々の誤り検出結果 (1 00 5) を基地局側へ送信する。 基地局 は、 キャリア毎の送信待ちキューに存在するデータのスケジューリング (1 0 0 6) において、 誤り検出結果が通知されたキャリアについて誤り検出結果を基に 再送を行うか新規データを送信するかを判断する。
再送を行うと判断されたキャリアについては、 データが正しく復号されなかつ たことを示す誤り検出結果を通知した端末に向けて復号できなかったデータを再 送する。 新規データを送信すると判断されたキャリアおよび誤り検出結果が通知 されなかったキヤリァ各々について、 全端末のそのキヤリァに対する伝搬路情報 を指標として送信対象とする端末を決定する。
キャリア毎のスケジューリング (1 006) において行う、 第 1の方法による スケジューリング動作の概念を第 1 1図及び第 1 2図に示す。
第 1 1図は、 時刻 t 1 - 1において、 キャリア 1、 2、 3、 4、 5、 6、 7、 8でそれぞれデータ A 1、 B l、 C l、 A2、 B 2、 C 2、 A3、 B 3を送信す る場合の例である。 着色した部分はそのデータ送信の結果、 新規データの送信の ためのスケジユーリングの動作トリガが有効となったキヤリアとそのスロットを 示し、 それ以外のキャリアのスロットについては、 次のスロットで再送を行う。 また、 第 1 2図は、 時刻 t 1— 1における端末 A、 B、 Cのキャリア 1〜8に 対する伝搬路情報 (1 20 1、 1 20 2、 1 20 3) を示す。 このとき、 例えば 時刻 t 1— 1ではキヤリア 2で新規データの送信が決定され (1 1 0 1) 、 優先 度が同じ場合は各端末の伝搬路情報 (1 20 1、 1 20 2、 1 20 3) のうちキ ャリア 2対応部分 (1 204) にのみ注目して端末 Bをキャリア 2の次の送信対 象に選出し、 時刻 t 1— 2ではデータ B 4の送信を開始する。 同様に、 時刻 t 1 — 2ではキャリア 7にのみ注目する。 このように、 キャリア毎には従来の技術と 同じ構成を適用可能である。
本発明の第 1の方法の動作フローチャートを第 1 3図に示す。
まず、 キャリア毎の前回の送信データに対するデータ復号結果 (ステップ 1 3 0 1) を受信する。 前述したステップ 70 1と同様の基準でキャリア毎に、 再送 を行うか新規データの送信を行うかを判定する (ステップ 1 302) 。 また、 全ての端末について、 最も優先度が高い送信データの情報と、 端末から 通知されるキャリア毎の伝搬路情報を収集する (ステップ 1 3 0 3 ) 。 新規デー タ送信を行う全てのキャリアについて (ステップ 1 3 0 8 ) 、 前述したステップ 7 0 4〜 7 0 7と同様の手順で送信対象端末を決定する。 従来技術と同様に、 送 信を開始したデータは一定時間削除待ちのキューに格納する。
このように、 従来のスケジューラを並列化する第 1の方法によれば、 同時に送 信可能なデータ数がキヤリァ数だけ増加するという効果、 及び端末毎に伝搬路状 況の良いキヤリァでの通信が可能となるという効果がある。
次に、 キャリア毎のスケジューリング (1 0 0 6 ) の第 2の方法を説明する。 本発明の第 2の方法は、 複数キヤリアであることを同時伝送にも利用することに よりデータの再送完了を加速する。
例えば、 第 1 4図の場合、 時刻 t 1— 3終了時点でキャリア 3、 4、 8がスケ ジユーリング可能となり、 データ A l 、 A 3、 B 2、 B 4、 C 2が再送中である 。 このとき、 第 1の方法では 1 7 0 1のように新規送信データのみをスケジユー リング候補とするのに対し、 第 2の方法では 1 7 0 2のように再送が完了してい ないデータもスケジューリング候補として送信待ちキューに再投入し、 別のキヤ リアを利用して前記再送が完了していないデータを並列送信することにより、 完 了にかかる時間を短縮する。 このとき、 新規送信データと再送用データを別々の キューで管理し、 再送用データを優先してもよい。
すなわち、 HA R Qが未終端である場合、 送信中 (選出済み) のデータもスケ ジユーリング対象にする
本発明の第 2の方法を利用した再送完了時間短縮の例を第 1 5図に示す。 デー タ A 1は 6回受信した時点で復号完了するデータとする。 時刻 t 1一 2からキヤ リア 2を、 時刻 t 1—3から更にキャリア 7を利用してデータ A 1が同時伝送さ れることで、 時刻 t 1一 3の時点で 6回分の受信が完了し、 データ A 1の復号が 完了する。 よって、 従来 6スロットであった復号完了までの時間は 3スロットに 短縮される (1 9 0 3 ) 。
(第 2実施形態)
本発明の第 2の方法の動作フローチャートを第 1 6図に示す。 1 3 0 1 〜 1 3 0 8の動作は第 1の方法と同様である。 スケジューリングの候補となるデータを 収集する時に、 復号に失敗した (データ復号結果 (ステップ 1 3 0 1 ) が復号失 敗であった) データ.のうち、 再送回数が複数回残っているものを送信キューに再 投入する動作 (ステップ 2 0 0 1 ) が追加される。 スケジューリングの候補に再 投入されたデ一タを加えることにより、 データの送信開始から完了までにかかる 時間の短縮が可能となる。
第 2の方法によれば、 全データの再送完了までの所要時間を短縮できるという 効果がある。
(第 3実施形態)
次に説明する本発明の第 3の方法は、 キャリアのリソース利用効率の向上を目 的とする方法である。 第 3の方法では、 新規送信データが存在しない場合にのみ 第 2の方法の再投入を行うことで通信リソースの利用効率の向上を図る。
例えば第 1 7図の場合、 時刻 t 1—2では新規データが存在しない (2 1 0 1 ) ため再送未完了のデータを再投入し (2 1 0 2 ) 、 キャリア 7でデータ A 1の 並列送信を開始する。 対して時刻 t 1—3では新規データが存在する (2 1 0 3 ) ためデータの再投入は行われず、 キャリア 3ではデータ A 4の送信が開始され る。
ここで、 再投入するデータの決定基準は第 2の方法と同様だが、 再投入された データは新規送信データに対して優先度を下げる必要のある点が異なる。
本発明の第 3の方法の動作フローチャートを第 1 8図に示す。 1 3 0 1〜1 3 0 8の動作は第 1の方法と同様である。 スケジューリングの候捕となるデータを 収集する時に、 データを持つ端末が存在しない場合は復号に失敗したデータを送 信キュー再投入する動作 (2 2 0 1 ) が追加される。
(システム構成)
以下、 上記アルゴリズムを実施するためのシステム及び装 ¾構成について説明 する。
本発明の第 1の方法を実施するための第 1の端末側無線通信機の構成を第 1 9 図に示す。 誤り訂正復号化器 8 0 4、 誤り検出部 8 0 5、 誤り訂正符号化器 8 0 7、 変復調部 8 1 0の動作は従来の構成における端末側無線通信機と同様である 1Q
。 ただし、 キャリアが複数になることに伴い、 誤り訂正復号化器 804、 誤り検 出部 805、 誤り訂正符号化器 807、 変復調部 8 1 0を含む処理系列が、 キヤ リアの数だけ増加する。
アンテナで受信した信号は無線周波数回路 1401を経てベースバンド信号に 変換され、 キャリア毎に異なる (系列の処理部に振り分けられ) 、 その後、 従来 の構成と同様の手順で誤り訂正復号を含むデータの受信処理が行われる。 各キヤ リアごとに生成されたデータ復号結果と伝搬路情報とは変復調部 810で符号多 重されて変調処理を受け、 作成された全キヤリァ分の変調信号は無線周波数回路 (1401) で周波数多重されて無線伝搬路に送出される。 なお、 データ受信が ないキャリアについてはデータ復号結果の送信は行わないが、 伝搬路情報は全て のキヤリァについて送信を行う。
該、 受信側無線通信機から送出された信号は、 第 20図に示す第 1の構成の基 地局側無線通信機にて受信される。 復調部 906の動作は従来の構成における基 地局側無線通信機と同様であり、 受信された信号は無線周波数回路 1501を経 てベースバンド信号に変換され、 キャリア毎に異なる復調部 906によって全端 末分の受信データ、 伝搬路情報、 データ復号結果が出力される。
該、 出力を全キャリア分収集し、 受信データ (1502) 、 伝搬路情報 (1 5 03) 、 データ復号結果 (1 504) を作成し、 再送回数管理部 (1505) の 管理するキャリア毎の再送回数とデータ復号結果 (1 504) よりスケジユーリ ング動作トリガ作成部 (1 506) がキヤリァ毎に動作トリガを設定する。 該動作トリガと伝搬路情報 (1503) より送信データ決定部 (1 507) が キャリア毎の送信データを決定する。 誤り訂正符号化器 (1 508) にて通信路 符号化を行い、 パイロット信号生成部 (1 509) で生成されるパイロット信号 と多重化器 (1 510) にて多重化する。 前記、 多重された信号は変調器 (1 5 1 1) にて変調され、 無線周波数回路 (1401) を介して無線伝搬路に送出さ れる。
送信データ決定部 (1507) は、 次の送信データを送信タイミング毎にキヤ リア数だけ格納するレジスタと、 送信待ちキューに存在するデータを格納するメ モリを有し、 全キヤリァ分のスケジューラ動作トリガ及ぴ全端末の全キヤリァ分 の伝搬路情報を基に、 次の送信データを決定する機能と決定した送信データを出 力する機能を持つ。 送信データの決定は、 スケジューラ動作トリガが有効である キャリアについて、 送信待ちキューにデータが存在する端末の中から、 そのキヤ リァの伝搬路情報に基づき次に送信先とする端末を決定し、 送信データを格納す るレジスタのそのキャリアに対応する部分を、 該端末の新規送信データに更新す ることで実現される。 送信データの出力は、 更新されたレジスタの內容を全キヤ リァ分出力することで実現される。
次に、 本発明の第 2の方法を実施するための第 2の端末側無線通信機の構成を 第 21図に示す。 無線周波数回路 (1401) と変復調部 (810) の動作は第 1の構成の端末側無線通信機と同様である。 同じデータに対する再送が複数キヤ リァで同時に行われる可能性があるため、 全キヤリァの復調結果とプリアンブル 情報 (1 701) を基に復調結果の加算 (1 702) と誤り訂正復号 (1 703 ) を行う点が第 1の端末側無線通信機の構成と異なる。 この場合、 誤り検出部 ( 1 704) から得られる誤り検出結果 (1705) は、 そのデータに対応する全 てのキャリアへの入力とする。
第 2の基地局側無線通信機の構成を第 22図に示す。 削除待ちデータ管理部 ( 1801) 、 送信データ決定部 (1802) 以外の動作は実施例 1の基地局側無 線通信機と同様である。 削除待ちデータ管理部 (1801) は、 送信データ決定 部 (1802) において送信対象として決定されたデータを、 一定時間メモリに 格納する機能と、 データ復号結果 (1 505) 及びキャリア毎の送信中のデータ の残り再送回数を入力とし、 復号に失敗し且つ再送回数が複数回残っているデ一 タを送信データ決定部 (1802) の送信キューへ再投入する (1 803) 機能 を持つ。
なお、 本発明の第 3の方法を実施するためには、 送信データ決定部 (1802 ) の送信キューに新規送信データが存在するか否かを示す情報を、 送信データ決 定部 (1802) から削除待ちデータ管理部 (1801) へ伝える構成とすれば 良い。
なお、 データの再送方法については、 前述した符号語全体を繰り返し送信し、 再送により受信側における信号電力を高めることで復号が成功する可能性を高め る方法の他、 再送時には同じ符号語に属する別のデータを送信し、 再送により受 信側における符号の冗長性を高めることで復号が成功する可能性を高める方法を 用いても良い。 この場合、 送信局の削除待ちデータ管理部 1 8 0 2では送信済み データが属する符号語を格納し、 再送が決定された場合には送信済みデータが属 する符号語の同じまたは別の一部を送信データとして出力する。
送信済みデータのデータ復号が成功したことが確認された場合、 または再送回 数が所定の数に達した場合は、 符号語全体を削除待ちデータ管理部 1 8 0 2から 削除する。
受信局の復調結果加算部 1 7 0 2では、 再送データとして受信されたデータを 受信済みのデータと重ね合わせるのではなく、 同じ符号語に属するデータをつな ぎ合わせて出力し、 誤り訂正復号器 1 7 0 3において一まとまりとして復号を行 5 o
なお、 第 2の構成において再投入するデータを 5 0 1〜5 0 3のようなキュー 構成において優先度の高いキューに投入することで、 再投入データが優先的に送 信対象として選択されるようにしても良い。
また、 第 2の構成において再投入データであるか否かにより評価指標の係数を 変更することで、 再投入データの評価指標を同キュー内の一般データより大きく することで、 再投入データが優先的に送信対象として選択されるようにしても良 レ、。 この際、 Q o S (Quality of Service) 保証データである力否か等により再 投入データの間で優先度の差をつけることで、 Q o S保証データが優先的に送信 対象として選択されるようにしても良い。
なお、 第 2の構成において、 過去の通信状況を考慮し、 再投入データには状況 の良いキヤリァを優先して利用させることで再投入データの通信品質を優先的に 高めても良い。 産業上の利用の可能性
本発明は、 マルチキヤリァによる無線通信システムに適用することができる。 特に移動通信システムに適用すると好適である。

Claims

請求の範囲
1 . 少なくとも一の基地局と複数の無線通信端末を含み、 複数のキャリアを用い て再送制御を伴う通信を行う無線通信システムの通信制御方法であつて、 基地局において、
送信済みデータが存在する無線通信端末に関するデータ復号結果を入手するス テップと、
基地局から無線端末装置へ第 1のキャリアにより送信済みのデータの再送回数 と、 前記データ復号結果に基づいて該送信済みデータを前記第 1のキャリアで再 送するか否かを判断するステップと、
前記再送を行う場合は、 前記第 1のキャリア以外の他のキャリアについて送信 待ちデータのスケジューリングを行うステップと、
前記再送を行わない場合は、 前記第 1のキヤリァをおよび他のキヤリァについ て送信待ちデータのスケジューリングを行うステップとを有することを特徴とす る通信制御方法。
2 . 請求項 1に記載の通信制御方法であって、
各無線通信端末に関するキヤリァ各々についての伝搬路状態の判定結果を入手 するステップを有し、
前記送信待ちデータのスケジユーリングにおいては、 送信待ちデータのある無 線通信端末についての前記キャリアごとの伝搬路状態を用いてスケジューリング を行うことを特徴とする通信制御方法。
3 . 請求項 2に記載の通信制御方法であって、 前記各無線通信端末に関するキヤ リア各々についての伝搬路状態の判定結果は、 前期基地局が前記各無線通信端末 から通知を受けるものであることを特徴とする通信制御方法。
4 . 請求項 1に記載の通信制御方法であって、 前記送信済みのデータであっても 、 再送の必要なものは前記送信待ちデータとして扱い、 前記送信待ちデータのス ケジユーリングの対象とすることを特徴とする通信制御方法。
5 . 請求項 4に記載の通信制御方法であって、 前記再送の必要な送信済みデータ を送信待ちデータとして扱う際には、 前記再送の必要な送信済みデータを優先的 に送信用データ候補として選択することを特徴とする通信制御方法。
6 . 請求項 4に記載の通信制御方法であって、 前記再送の必要な送信済みデータ を送信待ちデータとして扱う際には、 前記再送の必要な送信済みデータを非優先 的に送信用データ候補として選択することを特徴とする通信制御方法。
7 . 請求項 1に記載の通信制御方法であって、 前記再送されるデータは、 送信済 みデータと同じ符号語.のうちの同じ又は別の部分であることを特徴とする通信制 御方法。
8 . 複数の端末と、 複数のキャリアを用いて再送制御を伴う通信を行う無線基地 局であって、
複数のキヤリァ分の信号の受信を行う受信部と、
複数のキヤリァ分の再送制御及ぴスケジユーリングを行う制御部と、 該再送制御または該スケジューリングされた複数のキヤリァ分の信号の送信を 行う送信部と、 を有し、
前記受信部は、 送信済みデータが存在する端末からデータ復号結果を受信し、 前記制御部は、
前記データ復号結果と、 該送信済みのデータの再送回数とに基づいて、 該端末 へ該送信済みデータを送信するために用いた第 1のキャリアで該送信済みデータ を再送するか否かを判断し、
前記再送を行う場合は、 前記第 1のキャリア以外の他のキャリアについて送信 待ちデータのスケジユーリングを行い、
前記再送を行わない場合は、 前記第 1のキヤリァをおよび他のキヤリァについ て送信待ちデータのスケジューリングを行うことを特徵とする無線基地局。
9 . 請求項 8に記載の無線基地局であつ τ、 前記制御部は、 前記受信部で受信さ れる信号を元に各端末に関するキヤリア各々についての伝搬路状態を判定し、 前 記送信待ちデータのスケジューリングにおいて、 送信待ちデータのある無線通信 端末についての前記キヤリアごとの伝搬路状態を用いてスケジューリングを行う ことを特徴とする無線基地局。
1 0 . 請求項 9に記載の無線基地局であって、 前記受信部は、 前記各端末から該 端末に関するキヤリァ各々についての伝搬路状態の判定結果を受信することを特 徴とする無線基地局。
1 1 . 請求項 8に記載の無線基地局であって、 前記制御部は、 前記送信済みのデ ータであっても、 再送の必要なものは前記送信待ちデータとして扱い、 前記送信 待ちデータのスケジューリングの対象とすることを特徴とする無線基地局。
1 2 . 請求項 8に記載の無線基地局であって、 前記制御部は、 前記再送の必要な 送信済みデータを送信待ちデータとして扱う際には、 前記再送の必要な送信済み データを優先的に送信用デ タ候補として選択することを特徴とする無線基地局
1 3 . 請求項 8に記載の無線基地局であって、 前記制御部は、 前記再送の必要な 送信済みデータを送信待ちデータとして扱う際には、 前記再送の必要な送信済み データを非優先的に送信用データ候補として選択することを特徴とする無線基地 局。
1 4 . 請求項 8に記載の無線基地局であって、 前記再送されるデータは、 送信済 みデータのと同じ符号語のうちの同じ又は別の部分であることを特徴とする無線 基地局。
1 5 . 基地局と複数の端末装置が、 複数のキャリアを用いて再送制御を伴う通信 を行う無線通信システムにおける端末装置であつて、
複数のキヤリァ分の信号の受信を行うことができる受信部と、
前記受信機から入力される複数のキヤリァ分の受信信号の復号を行う復号部と 前記復号部から得られるデータ復号結果を前記基地局へ送信する送信部とを有 し、
前記受信部は、 1のキャリアによる受信データがある場合は、 該 1のキャリア 以外のその他のキヤリァによる再送データの待ち受けを行い、
前記復号部は、 該その他のキャリアによる再送データを受信した場合は、 該再 送データを前記 1のキャリアにより受信された受信データとあわせて復号するこ とを特徴とする端末装置。
