背景技術
[0002] 従来、食品、例えば、茶、ジュース、スープ、アルコール類等の流動性を有する食 品、すなわち、流動性食品を収容する包装容器を製造する場合、ウェブ状、板状等 の包材が使用され、該包材の所定の箇所がヒートシール、超音波シール等の手法に よってシールされることにより、包装容器が形成されるようになっている。例えば、ゥェ ブ状の包材を使用する場合、充填機において、前記包材をチューブ状にし、包材の 内側からストリップテープを押し当てて縦シール装置によって縦方向にシールした後 、チューブ状の包材の中に液体食品を充填しながら、所定の間隔で横シール装置に よって横方向にシールして切断し、枕状の原型容器を形成し、該原型容器を更に所 定の形状に成形して包装容器を完成させるようにして 1ヽる(例えば、特許文献 1参照
。)。
[0003] ところで、前記従来の充填機においては、チューブ状の包材の搬送方向における 縦シール装置より下流側において、縦方向にシールされた直後の包材の内側に、縦 シール部分を押さえるプレツシャローラが回転自在に配設され、前記包材の外側に、 前記プレツシャローラと対向させて、プレツシャローラによる押圧力を受けるカウンタ口 ーラが回転自在に配設されるようになつている。したがって、包材が搬送されるのに 伴って、前記プレツシャローラ及びカウンタローラが包材及びストリップテープを挟ん だ状態で回転させられ、縦シール部分の合せ面及びストリップテープの貼着面を密 着させるようになつている。

発明の開示
発明が解決しょうとする課題

[0006] そのために、本発明の充填機においては、搬送される包材の縦シール部分の合せ 面より内方において、回転自在に配設された第 1の回転体と、前記包材を挟んで、前 記第 1の回転体と対向させて、回転自在に配設された第 2の回転体と、前記第 1、第 2の回転体の少なくとも一方の回転に伴って、回転検出信号を発生させる回転検出 信号発生部と、前記回転検出信号を読み込み、第 1、第 2の回転体の少なくとも一方 の回転異常を検出する監視処理手段とを有する。

請求の範囲
[1] (a)搬送される包材の縦シール部分の合せ面より内方において、回転自在に配設さ れた第 1の回転体と、
(b)前記包材を挟んで、前記第 1の回転体と対向させて、回転自在に配設された第 2 の回転体と、
(c)前記第 1、第 2の回転体の少なくとも一方の回転に伴って、回転検出信号を発生 させる回転検出信号発生部と、
(d)前記回転検出信号を読み込み、第 1、第 2の回転体の少なくとも一方の回転異常 を検出する監視処理手段とを有することを特徴とする充填機。
[2] (a)前記第 1の回転体は、永久磁石を備えたプレツシャローラであり、
(b)前記第 2の回転体はカウンタローラであり、
(c)前記回転検出信号発生部は、永久磁石の移動に伴って回転検出信号を発生さ せる請求項 1に記載の充填機。
[3] 前記監視処理手段は、プレツシャローラが正常に回転させられているときの回転検 出信号を基準信号とし、その後、所定のタイミングで回転検出信号を読み込み、該回 転検出信号と基準信号とを比較して、プレツシャローラが正常に回転させられていな い場合、プレツシャローラの回転異常を検出する請求項 1に記載の充填機。
[4] 前記プレツシャローラの回転異常が検出されたときに、操作者に異常の発生を報知 する報知処理手段を有する請求項 1に記載の充填機。
[5] (a)包材を搬送し、
(b)該包材の縦シール部分の合せ面より内方において、包材の搬送に伴って第 1の 回転体を回転させ、
(c)前記包材の搬送に伴って、包材を挟んで、前記第 1の回転体と対向させて配設さ れた第 2の回転体を回転させ、
(d)前記第 1、第 2の回転体の少なくとも一方の回転に伴って発生させられる回転検 出信号を読み込み、第 1、第 2の回転体の少なくとも一方の回転異常を検出すること を特徴とする充填監視方法。
