本发明涉及输送管道, 特别是一种能制成大管径的型材螺旋缠绕管。 技术背景
现有技术中用于输送的管道, 特别是大型的输送管道主要采用铸铁管、 水泥管。 这些管道在制作时需要大型的模具, 产品的运输也非常困难。 还存 在耐酸碱腐蚀性差等缺陷。 现有技术中的 PVC管道虽然具有耐腐蚀、 耐磨损 等优点, 现有技术中也存在采用一次成型的 PVC管道, 但也是采用模具成型, 不能做成大管径的管道。
中国专利 ZL92200016. 6公开了一种螺旋成型管的塑料缠绕型材。 该型材 一个侧边沿具有卡肋, 另一个边沿具有卡槽, 在连续缠绕成型时, 两者相互 卡紧而形成螺旋管道。 但存在的问题是: 用这种型材不能制成大管径的管道。 因为该型材的厚度是有限的, 由其构成大管径的管道肯定强度不够; 若重叠 缠绕, 由于层间无法固定, 不能相互固定, 强度仍然无法实现。
中国专利 ZL001330209 公开了一种由塑料型材螺旋缠绕成型的管道。 这 种管道可以通过多层缠绕而构成大口径管道。 但存在的问题是: 多层缠绕所 采用的型材在层间扣合的过程中, 很难扣合到位, 要求缠绕管道的设备结构 复杂, 而且耗材量大, 不能根据所缠绕管道的所需管径大小、 强度大小灵活 的选择型材用量和缠绕方式。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种能制成大管径的、 可以在现场制作的、 使用 寿命长, 可以根据所缠绕管道的所需管径大小、 强度大小灵活的选择型材用

本发明的上述目的是通过这样的技术方案实现, 即一种型材螺旋缠绕管, 由两种型材连续多层螺旋缠绕而成, 其中型材 A的边沿分别具有 T型肋和 T 型槽, 在 T型肋和 T型槽之间, 具有相间布置的凹槽和凸台, 在管道螺成型 旋缠绕中, 相邻的 T型肋和 T型槽相互嵌合自锁卡紧, 所述凹槽和凸台构成 螺旋凹槽、 螺旋凸台; 其特征是: 以型材 A为螺旋缠绕管的基层, 在其所形 成的螺旋凹槽或 /和凸台上嵌合型材 B, 所述型材 B为上下两端分别具有一个 凸台或凹槽, 或分别具有一个凹槽和一个凸台, 所述型材 B 的凹槽或凸台和 型材 A螺旋缠绕形成的螺旋凸台或螺旋相互槽嵌合锁紧, 构成螺旋管道的至 少一层重叠加强层, 所述重叠加强层上存在可与型材 A或型材 B继续嵌合的 螺旋凹槽和凸台。
对于管径需要更大或需要强度更大的螺旋管道时, 所述型材 B缠绕形成 的层叠加强层表面形成的螺旋凹槽或螺旋凸台上还可以继续与型材 B 的凹槽 或凸台嵌合构成另一层或更多层的重叠加强层。 所述型材 B可以根据管道强 度的需要在所述螺旋凹槽或凸台上相邻缠绕或间隔缠绕。

具体实施方式
参见附图 1、 2, 图中的型材 B的上下两端为凸台, 型材 A的边沿分别具 有 T型肋 1和 T型槽 2, 两者之间具有凹槽和凸台, 螺旋管道的基层由型材 A 缠绕构成, 在螺旋缠绕中重叠边沿的 T型肋和 T型槽相互嵌合自锁卡紧, 并 在基层表面形成螺旋凹槽和螺旋凸台。
参见附图 3, 该实施例中, 螺旋管道由型材 A上间隔缠绕一层由型材 B构 成的重叠加强层构成。
参见附图 4, 在该实施中, 螺旋管道型材 A螺旋缠绕的基层和两层由型材 B螺旋缠绕构成的重叠加强层构成。其中第一层重叠加强层中的型材 B为紧密 缠绕, 第二层重叠加强层为型材 B的间隔缠绕。
本发明的上述实施例中, 采用 PVC材料的型材 A、 B的凸台 4上具有锁扣 槽, 当缠绕管的直径很大时, 可以在其内嵌有加强筋带。 T型槽 2可以为燕尾 槽, T型肋 1为可与嵌合的燕尾肋。
本发明的一个较佳的实施例是: 所有在螺旋缠绕中相邻的型材 A和型材 相互嵌合卡紧并粘接加固; 所有相互嵌合的凹槽 3和凸台 4相互粘接加固。
本发明由于上述结构而具有以下的优点是:
1、 型材工厂化生产, 管道可现场绕制, 节约运输费用;
2、 重量轻, 仅为水泥管的 1/2, 管壁粗糙系数 N=0. 008-0. 01 ;
3、 耐酸碱腐蚀, 耐磨损, 抗震性能强, 抗位移能力强; 4、 管道的直径及强度或刚度可根据需要灵活、 任意调节, 节约成本。
5、 型材的结构和加工更加简单, 也使加工设备简化。
本发明可制作成大管径的输送管道, 是用于排污、 引水、 农业灌溉、 建 筑模板、 交通、 电讯的电缆铺设等领域。

Claims

权 利 要 求
1、一种型材螺旋缠绕管,由两种型材连续多层螺旋缠绕而成,其中型材(A) 的边沿分别具有 T型肋和 T型槽, 在 T型肋和 T型槽之间, 具有相间布置的 凹槽和凸台, 在管道螺成型旋缠绕中, 相邻的 T型肋和 T型槽相互嵌合自锁 卡紧, 所述凹槽和凸台构成螺旋凹槽、 螺旋凸台; 其特征是: 以型材 (A) 为 螺旋缠绕管的基层, 在其所形成的螺旋凹槽或 /和凸台上嵌合型材 (B), 所述 型材 (B) 为上下两端分别具有一个凸台或凹槽, 或分别具有一个凹槽和一个 凸台, 所述型材 (B) 的凹槽或凸台和型材 (A) 螺旋缠绕形成的螺旋凸台或 螺旋相互槽嵌合锁紧, 构成螺旋管道的至少一层重叠加强层, 所述重叠加强 层上存在可与型材 (A)或型材 (B)继续嵌合的螺旋凹槽和凸台。
2、 根据权利要求 1 所述的型材螺旋管道, 其特征是: 所述型材 (B) 缠 绕形成的层叠加强层表面形成的螺旋凹槽或螺旋凸台上与型材 (B)的凹槽或 凸台嵌合构成另一层或更多层的重叠加强层。
3、 根据权利要求 1 所述的型材螺旋缠绕管, 其特征是: 所述型材 (B) 在所述螺旋凹槽或凸台上可以相邻缠绕或间隔缠绕。
