目前, 手动黄油枪己经在汽车、 工程机械、 设备保养等各方面得到广泛的 应用, 但手动黄油枪普遍存在打油速度慢、 出油量低、 劳动强度大的缺点, 尤其 是需要压力较大的场合, 操作者付出的劳动强度更大。 目前国外市场上有一款电 动黄油枪结构复杂,加工成本高, 由于滑块与泵体接触面积大,产生摩擦力也大, 消耗的能量就多; 另外由于滑块的特殊结构, 导致加工困难, 运转时容易卡住滑 块, 导致电动黄油枪无法正常工作。 发明内容
本发明的目的是向本领域提供一种新型的便携式电动黄油枪, 并解决同类 产品结构复杂、 摩擦力大, 容易卡死的缺点。 解决上述问题采用的技术方案是: 便携式电动黄油枪, 该黄油枪由储油桶、把手、 曲柄连杆机构、柱塞、微动开关、 齿轮箱体、 齿轮减速机构和直流电机, 其特征在于:
A)所述的齿轮减速机构设置在所述的齿轮箱体内, 两端分别连接到所述的 直流电机的输出轴和所述的曲柄连杆机构的曲柄上;
B)所述的柱塞设置在所述的齿轮箱体上方, 一端连接到所述的曲柄连杆机 构;
C)所述的齿轮箱体上还设有放气阀、 加油阀、 放油阀和油堵螺栓) , 并通 过连接件设置出油管、 减压阀;
D)所述的把手连接到齿轮箱体上;
E)所述的把手上还设有电池组和幵关按钮, 所述的开关按钮与所述的微动 开关连动。
本发明的便携式电动黄油枪, 釆用曲柄连杆传动替代传统的滑块组件传动 结构,使得产品的结构紧凑、简单, 曲柄连杆部件加工成本低,运转时摩擦力小, 传动稳定可靠, 易于批量生产。 同时, 本发明的便携式电动黄油枪体积小, 易于 携带, 操作方便。
作为本发明的进一步改进, 所述的曲柄连杆机构包括依次连接的曲柄、 主 动连杆、 传动连杆和从动连杆, 所述的传动连杆与所述的柱塞连接。
所述的齿轮减速机构包括依次啮合的内齿轮、 行星齿轮总成和太阳轮, 所 述的内齿轮安装在所述的齿轮箱体内,所述的行星齿轮总成安装在所述的内齿轮 内, 所述的太阳轮安装在所述的直流电机的输出轴上, 并插入所述的行星齿轮总 成中心; 一个齿轮挡板压在所述的内齿轮的端面上; 一个电机固定板与所述的齿 轮箱体端面连接。
所述的把手由左把手和右把手构成, 便于组装。 所述的把手上方还设有用 于安放所述的出油管的自由端的套筒。所述的套筒由左套筒和右套筒构成, 所述 的左套筒和右套筒分别设置在左把手和右把手上。所述的齿轮箱体一端还设有挂 钩孔, 不用时可挂置。
作为本发明更进一步的改进, 所述的电池组通过插接方式与所述的把手连 . 接。所述的开关按钮设置在所述的把手内的导向板上, 所述的开关按钮内设有压 缩弹簧, 并通过一个限位挡板推动所述的微动开关。所述的把手内安装有抗千扰 线路板和自恢复保险丝。 附图说明
