Abstract

La présente invention décrit la formulation d'une résine thermoplastique, qui comprend 100 parts en masse d'une résine polyéthersulfone (A) et entre 5 et 80 parts en masse d’une résine polyesteramide cristalline liquide (B). Ladite résine (B) comprend, en tant que monomères de base, un ou plusieurs des composés suivants : 4-aminophénol, 1,4-phénylènediamine, acide 4-aminobenzoïque, ou des dérivés de ces composés. Ladite résine (B) comprend également un composant de type amide dans une proportion variant de 15 à 35 % molaire vis-à-vis du nombre total de liaisons. Ladite formulation de résine thermoplastique présente des caractéristiques de rigidité et de fluidité élevées, ainsi qu’un faible décollement de surface dans le cas d’une pièce moulée à partir de cette résine, et un excellent aspect de surface. Ladite formulation peut donc être utilisée pour fabriquer des pièces de mécanismes d’automobile et des pièces de mécanisme d’articles électriques ou électroniques.
