3、 由于其仅利用板檫上的擦拭用环形带来擦拭黑板, 及藉由毛 刷滚轮来将擦拭用环形带上沾附的粉笔灰刷下至笔灰盒内收集,然而 该擦拭用环形带于擦拭及毛刷滚轮于刷设时,该粉笔灰会因板擦的移 动而飘散于空气中, 部份的的粉笔灰即被使用者吸入身体中, 而危害 到人体的健康。
二、如中国台湾专利申请第 87206860号 "吸尘板擦装置"所示, 其主要在一槽状壳体内藉复数隔体固定一擦拭体,且使该擦拭体与壳 体间保留有适当间距的抽风隔间 ,而另于该壳体一侧设有球形壁以供 套接吸尘器的万向球头, 且再于其上另设有全方位摇控发送器, 然而 该公知专利案的结构于实际使用实施上乃具有下述的缺失:
1、 由于其利用一擦拭体来擦拭粉笔灰, 所以该擦拭体与黑板的 接触面便易因沾满粉笔灰而使其擦拭的效果大幅降低。
2、 因该粉笔灰大部份会沾附在该擦拭体与黑板的接触面上, 而 该接设吸尘器的吸风口则设于槽状壳体的一侧,所以其吸尘的效果并 不佳,除非该吸尘器的吸力相当大否则于擦拭体前侧的粉笔灰即无法 于擦拭时即立该由吸尘器将之吸入。
3、 由于其与吸尘器间以一连接管连接, 所以于使用上该连接管 会增加板擦的重量而造成使用上的不方便,尤其该连接管的设置更是 会千涉到使用者擦拭黑板的动作,且该连接管及吸尘器的结构亦使之 使用时较为占用空间。
三、 本发明人所申请的中国台湾专利案, 即申请号为 91221547 的 "板檫结构改良", 具有下述的缺失:
1、 于擦拭时主要由擦拭布提供擦拭的功效, 但擦拭布于擦拭时 所沾附的粉笔灰即容易因板擦的移动而再飘散于空气中,粉笔灰即被 使用者吸入身体中, 而危害到人体的健康。
2、 其具有一吸尘器与管体相接合, 吸尘器电源驱动后, 位于擦 拭布上或附近所擦拭过的粉笔灰或灰尘即经由管体吸入至吸尘器内, 但由于其与吸尘器间是以一管体连接,所以于使用上该管体会增加板 擦的重量而造成使用上的不方便,尤其该管体的设置更会干涉到使用 者擦拭黑板的动作。
本发明人有鉴于上述公知的板檫结构所产生的弊端,且藉其多年 相关产品的设计经验, 经长期上努力而开发设计出本发明的板擦。 发明内容 本发明要解决的技术问题是: 提供一种板擦, 其克服了公知技术 的缺陷, 具有擦拭效果良好、 操作使用轻便及不占空间等效益。
本发明的技术解决方案是:一种板擦,其包括一外壳体,一毛刷、 复数滚轮、 一垫块、 一擦拭布、 一抽风扇及一收集盒等构件, 其中: 该外壳体设有一向下开口的第一容室, 而顶面则设有嵌槽及第二容 室, 该嵌槽与第一容室相通, 第二容室与该嵌槽相通; 该毛刷设于该 第一容室中, 并接触于擦拭布的一侧面; 该复数滚轮枢设于垫块中; 该垫块固定于该外壳体的第一容室中,且使复数滚轮凸露于外壳体外 部; 该擦拭布呈圈状绕设于复数滚轮上, 以供可绕着垫块外侧滑移; 该抽风扇设于该第二容室中,且可由一动力件驱动其对嵌槽作抽风的 动作; 该收集盒设于该嵌槽上, 该第二容室中的抽风扇可将第一容室 的粉笔灰吸入收集盒中。

而此时如该开关 17为启动位置时,则该抽风扇 80便会透过该过 滤袋 91而将该刷落的粉笔由外壳体 10的通孔 110吸入收集盒 90中, 而且该粉笔灰并可藉由该过滤袋 91的阻隔而使其不会被吸入抽风扇 80之中, 而当该收集盒 90集收到适当量的粉笔灰时, 便可将其由外 壳体 10上拆离清洁。
请参阅图 5、 6所示, 当该板擦于推动时, 该设于垫块 60—侧的 滚轮 40便可借由弹性元件 51顶推该轴栓 50的滑块 500的作用, 而 使其保持有一弹性伸缩位移量, 并因此而使套设于该滚轮 40上的擦 试布 30可借其常保有一适当的张力以利于擦试。
请参阅图 7所示, 板擦整体可置于一充电座 Α上, 充电座 A可 设有开关,当开关打开后即可为该外壳体 10的第二容室 13中的电池 82提供充电的电力。
本发明的另一实施例,该盖体 16可盖合于外壳体 10的第二容室 13上, 而电池 82可改为非充电式, 当电池 82提供电力使用完毕后, 可将上盖 16取下, 更换第二容室 13中的电池 82。
本发明另一实施方式, 外壳体 10可具有一电线, 电线可透过电 路板后与电池 82相连, 使本发明的板擦亦可插电使用。
由于本发明具有上述特殊的结构,所以于实际使用时具有下列的 诸多优点:
1、 由于本发明利用擦试布 30的滑动而达到利用毛刷 20清洁粉 笔灰的作用, 而且该擦试布 30的内侧并有垫块 60将其支撑, 而使其 '与黑板的接触面积为一较大的平面, 所以其具有较佳的擦试效果。
2、 因本发明由毛刷 20刷落的粉笔灰, 及擦试布 30擦试的粉笔 灰可即时借由抽风扇 80将其吸入收集盒中, 所以可大量降低擦黑板 时吸入过多粉笔灰的情形。
3、 由于本发明用以吸收粉笔灰的抽风扇 80直接设于该板擦上, 所以使用上较为轻便, 而且亦不占用空间。
虽然本发明已以具体实施例揭示, 但其并非用以限定本发明, 任 何本领域的技术人员,在不脱离本发明的构思和范围的前提下或依本 发明专利保护范围所作的等同变化与修饰, 皆应属本专利涵盖的范 畴。

Claims

权 利 要 求
1、 一种板擦, 其特征在于, 包括有:
一外壳体, 是具有一向下开口的第一容室, 而外壳体顶面则设有 第二容室, 该第二容室是与第一容室相连通;
一毛刷, 是设于该第一容室中, 且邻近第一容室与第二容室相通 的位置;
一垫块, 是固定于该外壳体的第一容室中, 该垫块中并排的枢设 有二个以上的滚轮, 且使该等滚轮略凸露于外壳体开口外部, 然后以 擦试布圈状绕设于滚轮上, 使擦试布可绕着垫块外侧滑移, 并令擦试 布顶面与毛刷接触;
一抽风扇,是设于该第二容室中, 且由一动力件驱动其对一容室 作抽风的动作;
一收集盒, 是设于第一容室和第二容室之间, 并使第二容室中的 抽风扇可将第一容室的粉笔灰吸入收集盒中。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的板擦, 其特征在于: 外壳体顶面在第二 容室和第一容室间设有嵌槽, 此嵌槽是于外壳体两侧边设有两滑轨, 而该收集盒的两侧亦设有两槽沟可供滑嵌于该两滑轨上,使该收集盒 能组合于外壳体的嵌槽,该收集盒中设有一透气的过滤袋供将其内部 区隔成两部分, 其中的一部分是与该第一容室相通, 而另一部分则与 该第二容室相通,以使该第二容室中的抽风扇可透过该过滤袋而将第 一容室的粉笔灰吸入收集盒中。
3、 如权利要求 1所述的板擦, 其特征在于: 第二容室上方是盖 设有一盖体, 而该盖体上设有一启动该动力件的开关, 而该第二容室 中设有电池以提供动力件电力。
4、 如权利要求 3所述的板擦, 其特征在于: 外壳体一侧是设有 导片, 该导片是透过一充电电路连接至该电池, 以供其可利用一充电 座^1电池充电。
5、 如权利要求 1所述的板擦, 其特征在于: 垫块的两侧各设有 一侧片供轴栓枢设, 于该侧片的一端部是设有一滑槽, 而该枢设于垫 块一侧的轴栓两端是各设有一滑块滑嵌于该滑槽中,且于该滑块与滑 槽的一侧边间并设有一弹性元件供将其顶抵。
6、 如权利要求 1所述的板擦, 其特征在于: 第一容室的开口端 缘上是套设有一垫片, 该垫片是由一软质的材料所制成。
