本发明的目的在于提供一种通过手机短信确认方式办理银行转帐的系统, 以 实现户主对其银行帐户的资金变动情况的实时控制, 及时有效地避免在信用卡的 丢失、 存折或储蓄卡丟失、 票据密码被盗或印鉴被盗的情况下户主的帐户資金被 他人随意调拨或冒领的风险。

( e )短信收发模块自动检测是否收到户主手机发送的确认短信; 如果收到确 认短信, 短信收发模块通过专用网络或者公共网絡将该信息发送到银行服务器端; 否则, 短信收发模块反馈到转帐操作终端, 转帐操作结束;
( f )银行服务器端接收并转发户主的确认短信到确认模块, 该短信包含户主 身份验证信息及转帐确认信息;

本实施例中,所述的转帐操作终端是银行业务拒台的刷卡转帐操作终端; 所述 的短信收发模块是装有发送接收短信的芯片或软件的手机或者电话机,或者能通过 互联网发送手机短信的计算机, 或者专门制造的发送接收短信的设备。
本实施例中, 刷卡转帐操作终端与所述短信收发模块及所述确认模块之间是 通过专用网络实现相互连接的; 或者是将刷卡转帐操作终端与所述短信收发模块 及所述确认模块组合为一个设备, 它们之间是通过内部接口实现相互连接的。
本发明所述的通过手机短信确认方式办理银行转帐的方法参照图 2:
首先, 户主在某银行开设信用卡帐户, 该帐户绑定户主的手机, 即步驟 101。 然后, 户主与银行之间约定预留凭证, 存储于确认模块, 即步骤 102。
当有人持存折、储蓄卡或者信用卡在银行转出资金时, 银行职员刷卡后, 刷卡 转帐操作终端通过专用网络或者内部接口向短信收发模块发送转帐请求信息,即步 骤 103。 短信收发模块接收并解析来自刷卡转帐操作终端的转帐渚求信息, 编码并 发送短信到所迷银行帐户绑定的户主手机, 即步骤 104 , 短信内容为银行帐户、 要 转出的资金额度、 资金接受怅户或单位等相关信息。短信收发模块自动检测是否收 到户主手机发送的确认短信, 即步骤 105。 如果收到确认短信, 短信收发模块通过 专用网络或者公共网络将该信息发送到银行服务器端, 即步骤 106; 否则, 短信收 发模块反馈到刷卡转帐操作终端, 即步骤 107 , 转帐操作结束。 银行服务器端接收 并转发户主的确认短信到确认模块, 该短信包含户主身份验证信息及转帐确认信 息, 即步骤 108。 确认模块将户主身份验证信息与预留凭证进行比较和鉴别, 即步 骤 109; 如果确认户主身份, 确认模块按户主的指示向所述银行转帐业务处理模块 发送转帐处理指令, 包括转出资金或者拒绝转出资金的指令, 即步骤 110; 否则, 确认模块反馈到刷卡转帐操作终端, 即步骤 111 , 转怅操作结束。 银行转帐业务处 理模块通过专用网络接收并处理确认模块发来的转帐处理指令,再将转帐处理结果 通过银行服务器端反馈到转帐操作终端, 即步骤 112, 转帐操作结束, 打印交易单 据。
在步骤 112转帐成功后, 可增加通知户主的步骤, 即步骤 113 , 刷卡转帐操作 终端转发来自银行服务器端的转帐处理结果信息到所述的短信收发模块,再编码并 发送短信到所述艮行帐户绑定的户主手机。
上述方法中, 所述的预留凭证,是户主与银行之间预先约定的与户主身份有关 的个性化信息,如将户主的指紋扫描后存入手机作为预留凭证,或者将拍摄的特定 照片作为预留凭证,或者户主画的画作为预留凭证,或者是户主的签名作为预留凭 证,或者是手机录制的一段语音作为预留凭证,通过手机发送到银行的确认模块中 进行相应图像识别、 语音识别作为鉴定户主身份的预留凭证。
上述方法中, 所述的预留凭证与确认模块可以有以下对应的方式:
所述的预留凭证是由数字及英文字母组成的密码, 所述的确认模块是数字或 字母密码鉴别装置;
所述的预留凭证是户主录制的特定语音或音乐, 所述的确认模块是电话录音 装置或者音频识別装置;
所述的预留凭证是户主的手机号码或手机电子串号, 所述的确认模块是户主 电子特征识别装置;
所述的预留凭证是户主的指纹, 所述的确认模块是指纹识别装置;
所述的预留凭证是户主的签名或者印章, 所述的确认模块是笔迹鉴别装置; 所述的预留凭证是户主指定的图像, 所述的确认模块是图像识别装置。
上述方法中,所述的确认模块接收户主手机发来的特定文字短信或图像短信或 语音短信, 与确认模块中存储的预留凭证进行比较与鉴别。 本发明所述的通过手机短信确认方式办理银行转帐的方法也可以参照图 3: 首先, 户主在某银行开设信用卡帐户, 该帐户绑定户主的手机, 即步骤 201。 然后, 户主与银行之间约定预留凭证, 存储于确认模块, 即步骤 202。

本实施例中, 所述的转帐操作终端是银行业务柜台的人工转帐操作终端; 所迷 的短信收发模块是装有发送接收短信的芯片或软件的手机或者电话机,或者能通过 互联网发送手机短信的计算机, 或者专门制造的发送接收短信的设备。
本实施例中, 人工转帐操作终端与所述短信收发模块及所述确认模块之间是 通过专用网络实现相互连接的; 或者是将刷卡转帐操作终端与所述短信收发模块 及所述确认模块组合为一个设备, 它们之间是通过内部接口实现相互连接的。

在步驟 112转帐成功后, 可增加通知法定代表人的步骤, 即步骤 113 , 人工转 帐操作终端转发来自银行服务器端的转帐处理结果信息到所述的短信收发模块,再 编码并发送短信到所述银行帐户绑定的法定代表人手机。

在步骤 210转帐成功后, 可增加通知法定代表人的步骤, 即步骤 211 , 人工转 帐操作终端转发来自银行服务器端的转帐处理结果信息到所述的短信收发模块,再 编码并发送短信到所述银行帐户绑定的法定代表人手机。

Claims

权利要求
1、 通过手机短信确认方式办理银行转帐的系统, 其特征在于: 包括银行服务 器端, 确认模块, 艮行转帐业务处理模块, 转帐操作终端, 短信收发模块;
所述的银行服务器端存储有银行帐户, 该帐户是户主在银行开设的资金帐户, 该帐户绑定户主的手机; 所述银行服务器端通过专用网络与确认模块以及银行转 帐业务处理模块连接;
所述的确认模块, 存储有户主的预留凭证, 接收并解析由所述银行服务器端 转发的来自户主手机的转帐确认信息 , 将该信息与预留凭证进行比较和鉴別, 确 认户主身份, 并按户主的指示向所述银行转帐业务处理模块发送转帐处理指令; 所述的预留凭证, 是户主与银行之间预先约定的与户主身份有关的个性化信息; 所述的银行转帐业务处理模块, 接收并处理由所述确认模块发来的转帐处理 指令, 再将转帐处理结果通过银行服务器端反馈到所述转帐操作终端;
所述的转帐操作终端, 通过公共网络或者专用网络与所述银行服务器端连接, 接收来自银行服务器端的转帐处理结果信息; 所述的转帐操作终端与短信收发模 块相互连接, 向短信收发模块发送转帐请求信息;
所述的短信收发模块, 是用于发送和接收短信的设备, 通过公共网络或者专用 网络与所述 4艮行服务器端连接; 所述的短信收发模块, 接收并解析来自所述转帐操 作终端的转帐请求信息, 编码并发送短信到所述银行帐户绑定的户主手机, 自动检 测并接收来自户主手机的确认短信, 再转发到所述的银行服务器端。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的通过手机短信确认方式办理银行转帐的系统, 其特 征在于: 所述转帐操作终端转发来 ij银行服务器端的转帐处理结果信息到所述的 短信收发模块, 再编码并发送短信到所述银行帐户绑定的户主手机。
3、 根据权利要求 1或 2所述的通过手机短信确认方式办理银行转帐的系统, 其特征在于: 所述的 亍帐户是个人信用卡帐户, 或者个人存款帐户, 或者企业 帐户, 或者同业存款帐户, 或者 ¾家金库帐户。
4、 根据权利要求 1或 2所述的通过手机短信确认方式办理银行转帐的系统 , 其特征在于: 所述的短信选自文字短信、 语音短信、 图像短信的一种或者一种以 上的组合。
5、 根据权利要求 1或 2所述的通过手机短信确认方式办理银行转帐的系统, 其特征在于: 所述的转帐操作终端是消费场所的刷卡转帐操作终端, 或者是银行 业务拒台的刷卡转帐操作终端, 或者是银行业务拒台的人工转帐操作终端。
6、 根据权利要求 1或 1所述的通过手机短信确认方式办理银行转帐的系统, 其特征在于: 所述的转帐操作终端与短信收发模块是通过专用网络相互连接的。
7、 根据权利要求 1或 2所述的通过手机短信确认方式办理银行转帐的系统, 其特征在于: 所述的转帐操作终端与短信收发模块組合为一个设备, 它们之间是 通过内部接口实现相互连接的。
8、 根据权利要求 1或 2所述的通过手机短信确认方式办理银行转帐的系统, 其特征在于: 所迷的短信收发模块是装有发送接收短信的芯片或软件的手机或者 电话机, 或者能通过互联网发送手机短信的计算机, 或者专门制造的发送接收短 信的设备。

16、 一种通过手机短信确认方式办理银行转帐的方法, 其特征在于, 包括以 下步骤:
( a )户主在银行开设 4艮行帐户, 该帐户绑定户主的手机;
( b )户主与银行之间约定预留凭证, 存储于确认模块;
( C )转帐操作终端通过专用网络或者内部接口向短信收发模块发送转帐请求 信息;
( d )短信收发模块接收并解析来自所述转帐操作终端的转帐请求信息 , 编码 并发送短信到银行帐户绑定的户主手机;
( e )短信收发模块自动检测是否收到户主手机发送的确认短信; 如果收到确 认短信, 短信收发模块通过专用网络或者公共网絡将该信息发送到银行服务器端; 否则, 短信收发模块反馈到转帐操作终端, 转帐操作结束;
( f )银行服务器端接收并转发户主的确认短信到确认模块, 该短信包含户主 身份验证信息及转帐确认信息;
( g )确认模块将户主身份验证信息与预留凭证进行比较和鉴别; 如果确认户 主身份, 确认模块按户主的指示向所述银行转帐业务处理模块发送转帐处理指令; 否则, 确认模块通过银行服务器端反馈到转帐操作终端, 转帐操作结束;
( h ) 4艮行转帐业务处理模块通过专用网络接收并处理确认模块发来的转帐处 理指令, 再将转帐处理结果通过银行服务器端反馈到转帐操作终端。
17、 根据权利要求 16所述的通过手机短信确认方式办理银行转帐的方法, 其 特征在于: 在步驟 h后, 所述转帐操作终端转发来自银行服务器端的转帐处理结 果信息到所述的短信收发模块, 再编码并发送短信到所述银行帐户绑定的户主手 机。
18、 根据权利要求 16或 17所述的通过手机短信确认方式办理银行转帐的方 法, 其特征在于: 在步骤 e中, 所述短信收发模块预先设定一个自动检测的参数, 包括检测次数、 每次的间隔时间。
19、 一种通过手机短信确认方式办理银行转帐的方法, 其特征在于, 包括以 下步骤:
( a )户主在银行开设银行帐户 , 该帐户绑定户主的手机;
( b )户主与银行之间约定预留凭证, 存储于确认模块;
( c )转帐操作终端通过专用网络或者内部接口向短信收发模块发送转帐请求 信息;
( d )短信收发模块接收并解析来自所述转帐操作终端的转帐请求信息, 编码 并发送短信到银行帐户绑定的户主手机;
( e )银行人工确认模块自动检测是否接到户主的确认电话; 如果接到户主来 电, 进行户主身份确认; 否则, 反馈到转帐操作终端, 转帐操作结束;
( f )如果确认户主身份, 银行人工确认模块按户主的指示向银行转帐业务处 理模块发送转帐处理指令; 否则, 通过银行服务器端反馈到转帐操作终端, 转帐 操作结束;
( g )银行转帐业务处理模块通过专用网络接收并处理艮行人工确认模块发来 的转帐处理指令, 再将转帐处理结果通过银行服务器端反馈到转帐操作终端。
20、 据权利要求 19所述的通过手机短信确认方式办理银行转帐的方法, 其 特征在于: 在步骤 g后, 所述转帐操作终端转发来自银行服务器端的转帐处理结 果信息到所述的短信收发模块, 再编码并发送短信到所述银行帐户绑定的户主手 机。
21、 根据权利要求 19或 20所述的通过手机短信确认方式办理银行转帐的方 法, 其特征在于: 在步骤 e 中, 银行人工确认模块预先设定一个自动检测的参数, 包括检测次数、 每次的间隔时间。
