但是, SIG 的方案并不完美, 这表现在对呼叫蓝牙手机的来电的处 理上, 即: 所有呼叫蓝牙手机的来电均要通过移动电话网来接听。 当有 对蓝牙手机的电话号码的呼叫时, 移动电话网将通知蓝牙手机, 用户随 后在蓝牙手机上进行通话。 可以看出, 虽然蓝牙手机在网关的作用范围 内, 但来电信号依然要通过移动电话网来传递, 用户依然要忍受蜂窝电 话信号的干扰和衰减, 而且不能减少接听的通信费用。 发明内容
因此, 本发明所要解决的问题是: 当蓝牙手机和网关具备了本发明 所需要的呼叫转移功能后, 如何在蓝牙手机处于网关的作用范围内的时 候, 将来电转移到网关上, 从而使来电通过固定电话网络传递, 而不是 通过移动网络传递。
为了解决上述的技术问题, 本发明提供了一种在固定电话呼叫蓝牙 手机时实现呼叫转移的方法。 所述的方法包括步骤:
(a) 网关接收蓝牙手机请求加入网关所在的微微网的请求信息, 同 时蓝牙手机将自己的电话号码通知给网关;
(b) 网关将蓝牙手机加入自己的终端列表并且将该蓝牙手机的电话 号码注册到固定电话网;
(c) 当固定电话呼叫蓝牙手机时, 固定电话网根据网关注册的信 息, 知道该蓝牙手机已经加入网关, 则固定电话网转而呼叫该网关;
(d) 网关通知该蓝牙手机振铃;
(e) 一旦网关检测到蓝牙手机已离开网关所在的微微网, 就向固定 电话网发送信息以取消该蓝牙手机的电话号码的注册。
步骤执行的顺序一般是: (a ) ( b ) ( c ) ( d ) ( e ) 。
从上述方案可以看出, 当蓝牙手机和网关具备了本发明的呼叫转移 功能后, 来电将通过固定电话网络而不是移动网络传递。 这样, 用户能 够借助固定电话网络的稳定、 可靠的信号传输来提高通话质量。 通信费 用也由蜂窝电话的双向通信费用, 减少为固定电话接听来电的话费, 即 为免费。 附图说明

(b) 网关将蓝牙手机加入自己的终端列表并且将该蓝牙手机的 电话号码注册到固定电话网;
(c) 当固定电话呼叫蓝牙手机时, 固定电话网根据网关注册的 呼叫转移, 而将该呼叫转移到网关上;
(d) 网关通知该蓝牙手机振铃;
(e) 一旦网关检测到蜂窝电话离开网关所在的微微网, 就向固 定电话网发送信息以取消该蓝牙手机的电话号码的注册。
2、 按照权利要求 1 的方法, 网关检测到蜂窝电话离开网关所在的 微微网是在以下任一情况发生时, 即: 1) 网关使用在蓝牙标准中定义 的 HCI命令 "Read一 RSSI" 读取网关与蓝牙手机蓝牙链路的信号强度指 示 (RSSI)值, 当该值表明信号质量在指定阈值之下时, 2) 网关使用 标准 HCI命令 "Get— Link_Quality" 得到 1字节数值的链路质量信息, 该数值表明链路质量在指定阈值之下时, 3) 网关判断在发生的 HCI事 件中, 有与指定蓝牙手机的断链事件发生时。
