Abstract

L'invention concerne un sol (19) pour activités sportives comprenant une couche supérieure (21), sur laquelle il est possible de jouer, une couche d'amortissement (1) élastique et une couche intermédiaire (20) entre la couche supérieure (21) et la couche d'amortissement (1). L'invention est caractérisée en ce que la couche d'amortissement (1) élastique a une structure en cuvettes (5) se présentant sous forme de creux (2) d'une profondeur t équidistants les uns des autres et répartis sur la couche d'amortissement (1), ces creux résultant de l'usinage d'une ligne (3) d'épaisseur d, le rapport t/d étant de préférence égal ou supérieur à 1,2. La présente invention porte également sur un procédé pour réaliser une couche d'amortissement (1) élastique dotée de creux (2), cette couche étant en plastique usiné pendant le procédé. Ce procédé est caractérisé en ce que les creux (2) sont équidistants les uns des autres, qu'ils présentent une structure en cuvettes (5) et qu'ils résultent de l'usinage du plastique. Selon l'invention, une ligne (3) de plastique est ramollie et usinée sous l'action de la chaleur, cet usinage étant réalisé par application du vide ou d'un poinçon en des emplacements équidistants les uns des autres de la ligne (5) ainsi ramollie.
