在第二实施例中(图中未示), 缓冲器和固定装置的结构及构件可以掉换, 即, 弹性卷绕装置 200可设置在固定装置 30 中, 而緩冲器 20的结构则相当于 前述实施例中的固定装置。
在第三实施例中, 如图 4所示, 除固定装置由一片状固定件 300构成外, 其他部件与第一实施例相同。 固定件 300 可以螺钉或粘贴等方式固定在门内侧 表面或门柱上, 连接件 40的另一端与该固定件 300作固定连接。 当然, 固定装 置还可以采用其他方式固定在门内侧与门柱之间或门内侧表面或门柱上。
在第四实施例中(图中未示), 缓冲器和固定装置分别与连接件作固定连接。 连接件以弹性材料制成且足够薄。 而緩冲器可以是能夹在门轴缝中阻止门关闭 的任何形状的物体, 而固定装置可以是通过各种普通方式固定在门内侧表面或 门框上的任何形状的物件。 在使用中, 通过弹性连接件的伸缩性来达到本发明 的目的。
以上所述的仅是本发明的优选实施例。 应当指出, 对于本领域的普通技术 人员来说, 在不脱离本发明原理的前提下, 还可以作出若干变型和改进, 这些 也应视为属于本发明的保护范围。

Claims

权 利 要 求
1. 一种半自动防夹手装置, 其特征在于, 该防夹手装置包括一緩冲器(20), 在关门状态下, 其处于门外侧表面与门柱之间, 而在开门状态下, 其处于门轴缝 隙中,一保持所述缓冲器的固定装置(30, 300)以及一连接件 (40),所述连接件 (40) 的两端分别与所述緩冲器和固定装置作可伸缩连接。
2. 如权利要求 1 所述的防夹手装置, 其特征在于, 所述緩冲器(20)包括一内置 的可使所述连接件长度伸缩的弹性卷绕装置(200)。
3. 如权利要求 1 所述的防夹手装置, 其特征在于, 所述固定装置(30)包括一可 使所述连接件长度伸缩的弹性卷绕装置。
4. 如权利要求 3 所述的防夹手装置, 其特征在于, 所述的卷绕装置为一在固定 装置上设置的可使所述连接长度伸缩的弹性卷绕的卷绕架。
5. 如权利要求 1 所述的防夹手装置, 其特征在于, 所述固定装置(30)包括一内 置的可使所述连接件长度伸缩的弹性卷绕装置(200)。
6. 如权利要求 2或 5所述的防夹手装置, 其特征在于, 所述弹性卷绕装置(200) 包括一中空套筒(210) , 该套筒(210)的壁上沿纵向设有一第一细长孔(212) , 所述 连接件(40)从该孔中通过, 一空心卷筒(220) , 其置于所述套筒(210)内并使所述 连接件(40)的一端固定在其上, 一螺旋式弹簧(230) , 其置于所述卷筒(220)内, 一第一盖件(240)和一第二盖件(250) , 它们分别安置在所述套筒(210)的两开口端 上, 并且所述弹簧(230)的一端与所述第一盖件(240)连接, 另一端固定在所述卷 筒(220)上。
7. 如权利要求 6所述的防夹手装置,其特征在于,所述第一和第二盖件(240, 250) 之一的内端壁上设有一凹槽, 该凹槽接纳所述卷筒(220)的一端部并允许该端部 在其中转动。

9. 如权利要求 6 所述的防夹手装置, 其特征在于, 所述第一盖件(240)的内端 壁上设有一自其上凸起的圆柱体(244) , 所述弹簧(230)固定在所述圆柱体(244) 上。
10. 如权利要求 8所述的防夹手装置,其特征在于,所述第一和第二盖件(240, 250) 内端壁的凹槽(242, 252)与所述卷筒(220)的相应端部之间分别放置一辅助所述卷 筒转动的轴承(260)。
11. 如权利要求 9 所述的防夹手装置, 其特征在于, 所述弹性卷绕装置(200)还 包括一轴(270) , 所述第一盖件(240)的圆柱体(244)的自由端上设有一容纳并固定 所述轴(270)—端的轴孔(246) , 所述第二盖件(250)内端壁的凹槽(252)中设有一 容纳并固定所述轴(270)另一端的轴孔(254)。
12. 如权利要求 1 所述的防夹手装置, 其特征在于, 所述连接件(40)以弹性材料 制成且足够薄, 以致可置于关闭状态下的门缝中。
13. 如权利要求 2 或 5所述的防夹手装置, 其特征在于, 所述连接件(40)由柔软 具韧性的材料制成且足够薄, 以致可置于关闭状态下的门缝中。
14. 如权利要求 1 所述的防夹手装置, 其特征在于, 一牵拉件(50)固定在所述緩 冲器(20)上。
15. 如权利要求 14 所述的防夹手装置, 其特征在于, 所述牽拉件(50)是一固定 在所述緩冲器(20)两端的绳线。
16. 如权利要求 6 所述的防夹手装置, 其特征在于, 所述套筒(210)的外表面设 置一以韧性材料制成的保护层(280) , 该护层(280)上具有一与所述套筒(210)壁上 的第一细长孔(212)对齐的允许所述连接件(40)通过的第二细长孔(282)。
17. 如权利要求 6 所述的防夹手装置, 其特征在于, 所述固定装置(30)包括一圆 筒(310) , 该圆筒(310)具有一允许所述连接件(40)通过的孔隙(312) , —与所述连 接件(40)的另一端作固定连接的杆(320)。
18. 如权利要求 17 所述的防夹手装置, 其特征在于, 所述孔隙(312)自所述圆筒 (310)的一端沿纵向向内延伸形成半封闭式孔隙。
19. 如权利要求 17 所述的防夹手装置, 其特征在于, 所述固定装置(30)还包括 一阻止所述连接件自所述半封闭式孔隙(312)离开所述圆筒(310)的可拆式挡件 (330)。
20. 如权利要求 17所述的防夹手装置,其特征在于,所述固定装置(30)的圆筒(310) 的外表面设有一防滑层(350)。
21. 如权利要求 6所述的防夹手装置, 其特征在于, 所述緩冲器(20)包括一圆筒, 该圆筒具有一允许所述连接件(40)通过的孔隙, 一与所述连接件(40)的另一端作 固定连接的杆。
