Abstract

La présente invention concerne un procédé de détection d'anticorps anti-transglutaminase dans un échantillon de salive susceptible de contenir lesdits anticorps, caractérisé en ce que l'on soumet l'échantillon de salive à un prétraitement avec un composé mucolytique, puis en ce que l’on détecte lesdits anticorps dans la salive prétraitée par une réaction immune avec de la transglutaminase dans des conditions appropriées pour la formation d’immuno-complexes avec lesdits anticorps. Elle concerne aussi un procédé de diagnostic ou de suivi thérapeutique de la maladie coeliaque.
