Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft einen Oszillator mit einem Resonatorelement und einem Steuerelement zur Einstellung der Resonanzfrequenz des Resonatorelements auf verschiedene Werte, wo-bei das Resonatorelement aus mindestens einem Resonator besteht. Das Steuerelement kann als eine Steuerschicht zur Steuerung der Ausbreitungsgeschwindigkeit der akustischen Welle im Resonator realisiert werden. Das Steuerelement kann alternativ als ein Schalterelement ausgebildet sein und zur Schaltung verschiedener Teilzweige eines als ein Resonatormagazin bzw. eine Resonatorbank ausgebildeten Resonatorelements benutzt werden. Dabei ist vorzugsweise ein Trimmelement vorgesehen, mit dem eine Feinabstimmung der Oszillatorfrequenz möglich ist.
