Abstract

L'invention concerne des moteurs diesel fonctionnant avec un degré de compression élevé (jusqu'à 80). Le procédé consiste à créer un vide dans le collecteur d'admission et le cylindre lors du démarrage et à limiter le remplissage du cylindre par l'air lors du fonctionnement du moteur à des régimes compris entre le ralenti et le nombre maximal de tours. Le vide est créé par l'évacuation de l'air du collecteur d'admission, le dispositif d'injection de carburant, le régulateur du débit d'air et le papillon étant fermés. Une fois le degré de vide voulu atteint, une unité de commande électronique forme un signal destiné au démarreur pour faire tourner le vilebrequin et forme des signaux d'ouverture du dispositif d'injection de carburant et du régulateur du débit d'air pour assurer ainsi l'alimentation du cylindre avec de l'air et du carburant. Pendant la rotation du vilebrequin, le régulateur du débit d'air assure un niveau de vide prédéterminé dans le collecteur d'admission. Après le démarrage du moteur on cesse d'évacuer l'air du collecteur d'admission, et le régulateur du débit d'air est mis en mode de fonctionnement au ralenti. L'invention permet d'augmenter la fiabilité du démarrage et du fonctionnement du moteur à des régimes allant jusqu'au nombre maximal de tours, de prolonger la durée de vie du moteur et de réduire la consommation de carburant.
